The staff was very nice, the hotel was beautiful, the only thing is the kitchen was very tiny and the fridge did not work good at all. Also the tv in the rooms are so outdated, you can't even watch Netflix, the best thing about the room was the bathroom and how big it was. All the facilities are good. And the best part is Jet Luxury has free valet parking in strip

Front desk check-in / out needs more staffing. Room / condo was as described. Not the view as depicted. Informed the front desk both the sink and shower drain were very slow and needed attention. Had breakfast at the bar restaurant. Very good and reasonable priced.

Clean room with a great view. Main electric being at the main door meant was inconvenient. Check in was smooth, service was excellent, particularly the Bell desk and Valet Services, Miguel was awesome. Didn’t eat there but food, bar and Starbucks conveniently located. 5 mins to the Cosmopolitan conference area. Would absolutely stay again.

This place is great¡! Great prices, great staff¡! Theyre really friendly! Free coffee for guests. Laundry room available. Although the rooms are quaint, they come equipped with a small fridge & a microwave!¡ My ONLY complaint however is that the floors were bad/dirty when we arrived... Writing a review only to highlight how amazing the front desk lady Misty was. Me and my friends were at a dead end with no available rooms in Vegas and she was quick to accommodate us and made sure we were well taken care of. Place isn't a 5 star luxury but the service is amazing. And super close walking distance to Fremont!

The rooms are small but exactly what you need for Vegas who stays in their room anyway? Very quiet! Which is kind of impossible to achieve when you are downtown. Parking is good and free. Constant trouble with key entry to room. One day no room service when returning from day outing. Room clean. Very helpful switching to another room due to nighttime noise in room above.

We had a great stay at this hotel last night, better than expected, the room size was good, the facilities were well equipped, we enjoyed truly high floor mountain views, it was far better than the triple priced hotels we stayed few days ago.

The hotel is a bit cheaper than the ones next door, probably because it's a bit further away from ** (a 10-minute walk). But being a bit far from ** isn't a problem, as it's not too noisy.

Excellent stay! They offer free luggage storage, and it's quite convenient to get there from the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Plus, there's a restaurant and convenience store right downstairs, which is super handy. The front desk staff were also very friendly.

It might have been the off-season, so the room rate was incredibly cheap. Although the facilities were luxurious, there was practically no service. No toiletries were provided, so I'd recommend guests bring their own. However, the transportation was very convenient, and parking was free, which is a great perk in Las Vegas.

I booked a king-sized bed room, but the front desk gave me a twin room, saying there were no king rooms available. This made me quite upset, especially since my colleague, who arrived an hour after me, got a king bed. The room was spacious, but the cleanliness was just okay. The front desk service was very slow; I had to queue for over an hour to check in.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Room is big and good for the price. The location is slightly further off the ***** (around 10mins walk). Provides valet parking and parking was free for us (tips only).

And its definitely not something we travel with, so we did end up eating out the whole time not being able to have quick cereal in the morning was a bummer. Front desk behavior was not co operative. My half family’s was on different levels. Although booking was together. Parking facilities was weird. Pool was crowded and cleanness was compromised.

My experience was a well worth one!!! It was amazingly beautifully remodeled...I Loved my room and the space for the price was great!!! I felt like I was in Hawaii or somewhere tropical......Anyway I enjoyed my stay....and will stay cation again soon!!!!

Nice place to relax. Although as they checkin is at16.00 and checkout is at 10.00, a one night stay is not worth it if you want to enjoy the pool.  They were unable to accommodate late check out and only guests can use the pool. Suitable for children to play, there is a swimming pool in the hotel, you can bask in the sun. It is close to the airport, but a little far from those **, you need to take the hotel shuttle bus to get there. The washing machines and dryers in the laundry room are all coin-operated. You can walk to the outlet mall to shop.

Spacious hotel. Equipped with all conveniences. Various rooms with different layouts. Due to the location of the hotel, the ***** can only be reached by taxi. It is not accessible for pedestrians, as there is no sidewalk to walk on in certain parts of the route to the ***** and public transport boarding points are limited.

Although this hotel is a bit away from the center of Las Vegas, it wasn’t an issue at all since an Uber ride cost only around $10. It is a lovely place. During my visit I did not have hot water and the microwave stopped working so I managed. I was only there one night so I made the best of it. Give it a shot, I just may have caught a clunker of a room.

The first room they gave me was already occupied. Scary that I was given keys to an occupied room. We walked in and the occupants were not present but all there stuff was. This could have been a lot worse.

The location is within the same parking lot with other hotel chains such as IHG, Courtyard, etc, across from the football stadium and In and Out burger.. Manager was very rude to our kids. Yelled at t for taking the free hot chocolate from the lobby (they weren’t making a mess), and playing board games in the lobby, and quietly playing hide and go seek with teammates. This is not a family/kid friendly hotel. If they were disturbing other and causing damage that would be one thing, but harassing our kids for being kids is another. Won’t stay here again

The hotel accommodations were average, but the overall facilities and services were good. On August 18th, around 6:00 AM, the hotel's fire alarm system went off falsely, and it wasn't shut off by hotel staff for about 30 minutes. This indicates inadequate training regarding the system, resulting in everyone not getting a good night's sleep.
