ONE WORD-DIRTY, CARPET IS STAINED AND I COULD FEEL HOLES IN FLOOR THRU CARPETING. ALMOST EVERYTHING LIGHTS AND AIR WAS

Although the building was old, the 2 rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. We did not want housekeeping to go into our room when we were not nearby. (That is NOT to say that housekeeping was not trustworthy. We do that wherever we stay.) The owners were very accommodating when it came to us needing clean towels.
The pool was cleaned every day. It was nice to be so close to the beach!
We will be going back next year. Thank you John, Pat and son!

The a/c has been down for the whole building for three days. It's 7/22/16 claiming they are getting "parts". This hotel used to be nice, but the place is in bad disrepair. I will update this post if they fix the unit as I have a few more days here.

Cheap hotel, but you get what you pay for. Old building that needs a lot of maintenance. Cleaning could be better too..our room had multiple blood splatters on the wall, lamp shade, and in between the tile on the bathroom floor. We were there for 4 days and the housekeeper never came and we never got new/clean towels for the bathroom which was annoying, but we brought our own so we were okay. The location is nice right on the beach but the walk to the boardwalk is long, so driving is better. Nice pool. My second time staying here

Good price... Room wasn't the cleanest, it was hard to find staff that spoke English which makes things a bit difficult. Very few amenities.

Id recommend you to stay here it’s very nice it’s a long walk from the boardwalk but very close to the beach can’t sait next year to stay here again
