Twilight Motel in Wildwood

Awful. First room we got was smaller than my bedroom at home and said it slept 5. Then the manager let us switch to a bigger apartment, which was alright. But then we had to switch back to another super small place, that was not clean. The "air conditioning" smelled like cigarettes while it was on. Also, the pool looked like it had algae in it, so we did not swim in it once. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

worst place to stay with a family. People were fighting outside our room at 3 o’clock in the morning. The rooms were dirty and water was leaking. The owner told us this is how motels work. We booked at a different motel the next morning and was told we wouldn’t get a refund for the next 4 days that we booked prior. Wouldn’t recommend, especially if you have children.

I guess you & I have different views on what a clean room is. Because I have never stayed in a room that dirty in my life. The fight was not the only reason we left. It had a lot to do with the cleanliness.

BEWARE !!!!! This motel was one of the worst motels I’ve stayed in. First off, we had to pay more than we were told over the phone with a shocking bill of almost 700. This two day stay was surely not worth 700 dollars. The vacation wasn’t enjoyable because of this room issue. We then got into the room and was given the wrong room as we requested a kitchen. We settled for the smaller one because it looked semi bigger. The pictures look nothing like the online ones did. Well anyways, Later that night we descovered ants and mold in our room. We couldn’t even open our dresser without smelling mold. The beds are cotts which are beyond uncomfortable. We had to buy air mattresses to put on them just to sleep thst weekend. Owner is very rude. Two of us had red marks on our legs which seemed to look like BED BUG BITES. We had to throw our stuff away and take what we wanted to keep to the dry cleaners to make sure we didn’t take anything home with us . Unbelievable. Save your money and stay away. Unfortunately i will get a rude reply and that is okay because we know the truth about this place and will never come back !
