The rooms are spacious, immaculate and well appointed with comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great assortment of breakfast options.

So nice having a restaurant in the building, that is also open late, and our sandwiches were huge and delicious. Very comfortable rooms, spacious. It's just weird to drive into the Discount Tire driveway to get to the hotel, but after the first time, we found it readily. Convenient to restaurants and Meow Wolf.

I did t like that the restroom was not together . So toilet and shower then have to get out to do your hair and brush your teeth, un On my way! hen sharing a room .

The room was spacious,clean and had a sufficient outlets.
The breakfast area is clean and food was better than others,had good food selection.

Started with a clean room, but housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We asked for clean towels but didn’t receive any. I walked down to housekeeping room and got my own towels for family. I also emptied our own trash. Front lobby clerk in the morning was rude and I think he tried to be funny but was annoying with his words. We had a leak to ac unit.
Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Second day they ran out of coffee right away so I recommend going down early.
Pool was nice but water was not clear.

The hotel appeared clean and the staff tried to be helpful. However…when I checked in and went to my room, the door was open. I informed the front desk who said the maintenance team had been repairing something in there. When I went into the restroom, the floor was wet. I assumed it was from the repairs. The shower door would not stay closed. I told the front desk who said they would have maintenance look at it. The shower door never stayed closed during my entire stay. The elevators and sometimes the hallway smelled like gasoline or oil. The smell was very strong and would almost instantly give me a headache. The hotel looks nice and the price point is that of a nice hotel. A deeper look (and smell) says that it’s a hotel with a few problems.

This was our first time in Santa Fe and we thought we would be able to get out of the heat and go to a nice hotel to cool off. Instead we ended up with a room with a broken air conditioner. At least the window opened so we could cool off at night.
However, our view was another wall of the hotel.
I wish we would have known beforehand we would need to ask for a microwave in room. But, if I put down that we were bringing children the idea that a microwave might be needed should be assumed.
The staff was all very nice.
I hope the hotel sees this and has a maintenance person go to each room and check the ac units and maybe have someone take a look at the dirty pool water.

We stayed at the Hyatt while in town for a family wedding. About a 20 minute drive from the Plaza, this hotel is great and much less expensive. It was very clean and breakfast is included. The pillows were a bit soft for me but that’s just my opinion. Rooms are nice and a good size. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff. Quick checkin. Breakfast included. Plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

Every thing was good, the only thing that was frustrating was breakfast wasn’t available at the time they told us it would be. I was up early to get going and there was old looking fruit, a pile of bacon and a pot of green chile. I am not a meat eater so ended with a bagel so I had something in my stomach to get going.
