Great location

My stay at the Trump International Hotel in New York City was outstanding from start to finish. The property itself is immaculate, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional quality of its staff.

From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. In particular, the doorman James deserves special recognition. James went above and beyond to make my stay seamless and welcoming. He was consistently courteous, attentive, and proactive—whether assisting with transportation, offering helpful local insights, or simply greeting guests with a level of respect and friendliness that made a real impression.

It is rare to encounter service that feels both polished and sincere, and James exemplifies that standard perfectly. His presence alone elevated the entire experience.

If you are looking for a hotel that combines luxury, comfort, and truly world-class service, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City.

Great location - my husband and I ran around the park every morning. We booked a standard room, but there were apartments, they upgraded... nice lounge and pool. 🫶The breakfasts are classic and you need to book a table 1-2 days in advance, otherwise you risk not being seated, as the restaurant hall is very small.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The room was perfect with lots of space and had everything we could have possibly needed. The best thing about our stay was the staff, which went above and beyond for us. They were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Beautiful room views, delicious in room breakfast, wonderful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again when visiting NYC!

There's very little information available about hotels in New York City in Chinese, so I'm writing a detailed account of my stay here in the hopes that it will help others choosing hotels. The hotel is located on a corner of the Columbus Circle roundabout. I went to the Trump Tower by mistake, so be careful with the address when calling a taxi or using navigation. Central Park is just across the street, perfect for jogging or strolling. There are many restaurants, supermarkets (a huge supermarket with milk, fruit, and more) and shopping malls nearby, all within walking distance. You might be able to book a Michelin-starred French restaurant like Jean Georges through the hotel reception; I tried it and it was delicious.

The hotel lobby is very small, but there is luggage service. The room is shown in the picture. I stayed in the smallest, most basic double room, which is smaller than a standard studio. Hotel rooms in the city center are generally not very large. There were two walk-in closets and a kitchen with gas, microwave, cookware, pots, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The cookware in the room was dishwasher-washed and very clean. Disposable coffee cups were provided so I could bring my own coffee in the morning. The room was very clean, the towels were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I wore earplugs to bed because the city center isn't quiet. The room was cleaned before bedtime each day, and a glass bottle of Evian and chocolate chip cookies were placed on the bedside table. Two bottles of water were also provided upon check-in. The room was cleaned twice a day and was very clean.

Great location and service. We stayed in a suite that was very suitable for our family. The front desk and doormen were great. I am glad this time I picked this hotel for my stay in NYC.

The hotel is right next to Central Park. Outside the window is the land of New York, where every inch of land is worth a lot of money. Most attractions can be reached on foot. Valet parking is convenient and fast. In addition, there is a subway station downstairs, so transportation is convenient. The hotel looks very old, but it is very well maintained. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an old-money aesthetic. Water and various special snacks are delivered every day, which is very considerate and interesting. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and there is never any garbage or dirty towels piled up in the house. The suites have a living room, kitchen, and double bathrooms, and the space is much larger than hotels of the same level. The staff is enthusiastic but not excessive. The doormen, front desk staff, and guest rooms are very friendly and are always ready to provide convenience for customers. I will come again after staying for a week.

Good and safe

We enjoyed every moment at Trumps International New York. Great view from our room. Big kitchen that we can even make a full cooking (but obviously not)
The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was superb. All the staff welcomed us with great service mind attitude including the cleaning lady.
