Whatever you do, don't stay here. There is constant noise in the room. I arrived at the hotel around 3 AM and couldn't sleep because of it. I finally fell asleep around 5 AM, and at 6 AM the receptionist — his name was Tahmin — woke me up to move my car. The thing is, he was the one who showed me where to park in the first place! I only got one hour of sleep, and now I’m exhausted and can’t get back to sleep. They did nothing to make it right. Do NOT come here!!

Can’t even rate it. The most horrible place I’ve ever stayed, slept in our clothes on top the dirty sheets. Had to sleep with a mask on the smell of cigarettes was so horrible. Wish I could share pictures!
Missed booked my original hotel so was forced to stay here. Horrible is all I can say.

For those of you who are complaining why didn't you book yourself into the best western at $170 a night after Tax. You get what you paid for $117 a night . THe place smell like weed in the air because their is central air-condition and heater in winter so the weed smell comes through the vent. I only needed a good bed to sleep at night and that was offered to me. so all is ok when transiting through JFK. the staff was nice and accommodating the Latino Staff. but the Indian Girl in the day she needs to smile more and be welcoming to the guest that pay for her salary. Customer care is very important and first impression.. Overoll it was a nice place to stay and very convenient to the Metro train system into the city and back. for what I paid I think it was worth it - Thank you Jets Moto Inn God bless America

Okay for a one night stay in Queens.
Room was clean. Gentleman who was behind the glass in morning was friendly, lady at check in. Not so. I’m budget conscious so it worked out okay for an overnight.

It was really bad, the service, nothing it’s clean, every towel smelling bad, and the smell smoking it’s horrible. 0/100 it’s was really bad.

I liked there was another hotel next to it so that you can get a room at one or the other if booked in time.

Fast service. But there is not enough seat for everybody. There is only two or three seat for customer so if you order in the store you might have to stand and wait for like 10 minute. Cause they took less than 10 minute to prepare my order. Otherwise friendly employees.

I took the full video that the phone was ringing for more then 10 min & they don’t even care.
Customer service is really bad.
I called them before I come to store & they put me on hold for 14 min.
When I ask them why u guys not picking up the calls they replied they don’t pic up phone when they r busy.
They r not hygiene because they don’t wash hand after money handeling.

Horrible service. I placed on online order today 10/29/17 at 4:30pm. At 6:15pm order had not left the store for delivery. When I contacted the store, they said my order had not yet left because they were waiting on a delivery person to pick up the order from the store. When I asked how much longer that would take, I was told they did not know. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. It's ridiculous that they did not attempt to contact me to let me know of this very important issue so that I could decide whether I was gonna wait or cancel and make other arrangements; when they have my phone number and email.

Since they changed chefs the food doesnt taste good. Staff is always friendly and there's usually no wait to be seated.

I've eaten here all my life. Grew up in Briarwood. I still visit occasionally with my family. Went yesterday with an old friend and had good time reminiscing. It didn't hit until well after the bill came that my opinion of The Flagship shifted. It had to. My friend and I both had cheeseburger deluxe platters. The bill was almost $33. The beef patty tasty, but it was dwarfed by the bun. If the prices are so high and the portions are inversely related, I could just eat in Midtown Manhattan.
