Conveniently located near subway station and have lots of restaurant nearby. Breakfast is okay. Room is clean but a bit small for 2. It was suppose to be a good trip that turned into a disaster on the early morning on the day that we were suppose to check out. My aunt was packing her luggage when the very heavy closet door suddenly fell down hitting her forehead and hand. I've immediately went down to reception to report it and see how they can help, but was told that they will have someone look at it after we've checked out. My aunt have to go down to the reception to show them her wounds before they have someone to come up and check on it. It was really very unprofessional for a Marriott group hotel to handle such incident this way. Their furniture were old, but it should at least be safe enough before letting guest check in. Fortunately this time my aunt just have slight injuries, we can't tell what will happened if that heavy door fell on a child. We hope the hotel will have regular checks performed on all their rooms.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It’s close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants without being too loud or busy. The room was small but as expected for a NY hotel. We were grateful for a good working a/c unit which we could adjust to warm or cool the room as we wanted. TV had Netflix (own login).
Breakfast was good, only a few cooked options which could’ve been improved but fresh waffles was a nice highlight! Some breakfast times were super busy and there were queues but we personally avoided this by going early.

The hotel is in a really good location. Just near port authority bus and just one block from time square. The staff are really friendly from the first time you arrive to the very last day. The breakfast is good. Just enough for what we needed. The rooms are very clean with lots of space. Would definitely recommend to others and would return again .

The hotel's location is excellent, the front desk service was incredibly warm and helpful, and the breakfast was great too. I didn't even mind waiting in line for the delicious homemade waffles! The gentleman who checked me in and the young man who checked me out were both very attentive and helped me cancel an extra room I had booked. When I left, they even thoughtfully asked about my Uber to the airport... I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to New York.

A duvelt without cover is very un hygenic as a Fiber is cleaned After each guest!

In my opinion, this place is a little bit over-advertised though food looks and tastes really good, not too pricey.
- not many burger options.
- variety of shakes and other sweet drinks.
Be prepared to wait for half an hour to find a seat, you always can eat standing, but sometimes even these spots aren't available.
It's also noisy there.

Very nice place. Is big place. They have table service. The staff is very fast and nice. Usually pack in here. The lines are huge always. The food is amazing love it. The train is right in the side. There's a few stores near by. They have bus service across the street. There's hotel nearby. Is a neat place. There are other restaurants nearby also. U can bring your kids. They sell cheese burgers cheese fries bacon fries and shakes and lots more. I really love they bacon cheese fries delicious. If you want some fancy fast food this is the place to go.

Shake shack has, without a doubt, the best burger for its value, and could easily give many of the more expensive gourmet burgers a run for their money. The patty is fairly thick and absolutely delicious and not overcooked; the veggies are fresh; and the sauce is a fun add to the burger. I'd highly suggest adding cherry peppers as well for a small added kick. The new shake shack app is especially useful to avoid the confusing line that always exists.

Shake shack burgers have to be some of my favorite burgers ever. The meat is tender and flavorful and the ingredients feel fresh. I also really enjoy the crinkle cut fries. The shack burger is a must try in my opinion.
This location, however, really isn't my favorite. It's incredibly busy and while that is understandable considering the location, it really isn't a great experience. It's quite hard to get a table and you kind of feel rushed to eat quickly by everyone standing around the tables wanting to get a seat. I say definitely go for takeout if you can, you'll enjoy your experience a lot more!

Very nice place with awesome food. It can be very crowded during times of 12noon to 3pm and 7pm to 9pm. Besides that the cashiers are fast with orders and the crew are entertaining and friendly

It's alright for the most part. Seems to be popular as a take out place more than a sit down. I recommend their Korean fried chicken if you did not ever try it. Otherwise it's the taste that took the city by storm.

Great chicken. The service is quick at this location I've been to two other locations and this was the fastest I've received food. The seasoned fries are good as well. They have happy hour mon-sun from 12-7.

The use white meat for their chicken strips and the food is so, so, so good! They make bibimbap really well too! They used to be open on Thanksgiving, but for the past 2 years, have been closed, which is a shame, as this was our 'Thanksgiving dinner' restaurant (we are visitors from Canada). Thus, we've had to reschedule our New York eating schedule to fit Bon Chon in! Yes, their food is that good! Highly, highly recommend!

Food is great, but the service needs work. We ordered and they ended up forgetting to put in one of our orders... their wings were also super small...10 pieces was not enough for 2 ppl. But the chicken is otherwise awesome! Soy garlic ftw!

Korean fried chicken is the bomb! Seriously, go, you'll love it. If you don't love it, your tastebuds are dead. Normally, I'd be all over the wings, but the husband isn't a wing guy, so we did the tenders. Half ginger soy, half spicy. Let's just say that spicy is an understatement. We'll go again if we are near one....please bring one to Boston. Oh, the staff, they were all great, tip them well!
