The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a convenient start to a day in the city. The location is near One World Trade Center and within walking distance of the seaport; there are several metro stops nearby. I highly recommend it!

Upon check-in, the room was not in an acceptable condition. The shower curtain was missing, and the pots provided were incompatible with the induction cooktop, making them unusable. After I raised this with housekeeping, the replacements provided appeared to be old and taken from storage rather than appropriate kitchenware.

Additionally, the dishes available in the room were dirty, the bathtub contained visible hair, and basic amenities such as tea bags were missing. These are fundamental standards that should be ensured prior to assigning a room to a guest.

The on-duty front office manager, Ms. Gisselle’s response to my concerns was disappointing. She appeared nonchalant and did not offer an apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead, she stated she would pass the matter to housekeeping. More concerningly, she suggested that it is not the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that items like dishes are clean before handing over the room.

The hotel was nice, cozy, comfortable. However one downside is the housekeeping was slightly inconsistent. When i check in, dish washer detergent, toilet soap bar was not present, there are plates that are not cleaned properly in dishwasher. Other then those, nothing more to complain. Location is perfect

The room was modern, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable king bed and a nice balcony that added a relaxing touch. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully laid out.

The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always happy to help with any questions. The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to get around Bridgwater and explore nearby attractions.

Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’d happily stay here again.

The location was very convenient. The room was quite comfortable and fairly clean. Breakfast was ok but it was always crowded and there were not enough seats.
The bartender, Daniel, is so friendly and makes perfect drinks!

We had a king suite with a sleeper sofa to accommodate my son, husband, and me. It was a spacious room for NYC, and we were very comfortable. I have stayed at another hotel in Times Square, and prefer this one as it
is much quieter. It was conveniently located close to WTC and subway, so we could explore the rest of the city. Staff was helpful and courteous. Free breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the $25 room credit at the bar; Olgar and Jorge were great bartenders!

We haven't yet had a terrible experience with Residence Inn. This location is convenient to shopping although it's not close to Times Square. This is 1 of the best NYC hotel stays we've had. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was awesome. The only disparaging thing was parking. Once you park your car is in for the night or its an additional $65. Due to the weather we were not doing the subway (which is right around the corner).

Our first time in New York City. The room was very clean and updated. The service was wonderful, they answered every question we threw their way with patience and courtesy. The location was amazing as well, we were close to two subway lines, one of them being a large major one. Loved being near the 9/11 memorial/museum, WTC. There are several parking garages nearby that you can easily get to. We thought a 10 minute walk was very short especially in New York standards. Whenever we come back to NYC, we plan on using this hotel. It also felt like a very safe location compared to other parts of the city.

Service was fast, employees were very nice but their name tags need to be updated. I had to get close to Victor my cashier to see his name which was smudged out. He even had to assure me that I read his name correctly.

Every time I come in at 4:30 there’s no food being served cash registers off but have customers inside eating, sleeping or just simply sitting down in the dining areas.. and I once had a employee tell me they weren’t open but yet the doors were open people were inside and there were employees working and it says open 24 hour on the sign outside and online.. the false advertising has to stop.. and I will be calling corporate

One major letdown is that the upstairs section has been closed on two occasions, although it was later in the night they have no excuse, this city is about getting to the top not being on the same level. Another letdown, that was more apparent when looking for seating was the poor job of anyone who oversees the cleanliness aspect. Again, this city has a lot of people and although it's McDonald's you should expect a little more than it looking like a zoo. Three stars for the time, food, and hours.

Overpriced for the food you get. The staff is very friendly and the service overall was excellent. The food is ok, just not that great to be priced at this level. The place is a bit too packed for my taste there was like 6" on each side between our table and the next. With these prices they don't need to squeeze that extra table in

Have eaten at this location a couple of times. Service is very good, and the ambiance is nice (not too loud, well lit, etc). Most recently had the burger au cheval (with a fried egg and melted Swiss) which was excellent. Fries are always great here. A very nice spot for business or just any time you need a nice meal! Price is not cheap but decent value for Manhattan.

Good variety of food and beverages but not the best taste for the money. The pizza has a sourdough flavor to it if you like that, but I didn't care for it.

Poor experience. I ordered a cheesesteak. It came to $11.35. Fries would have been $3.30 extra. Pricey! Anyway the young guy (hispanic, just for purposes of identification) had a bit of a 'tude. I saw that he was getting ready to put my sandwich on the bread, and the cheese wasn't even melted. I asked him to let the cheese melt. He just looked at me, but left it. Then he and the cashier start cleaning their station. The grill guy picks up a filthy rag and sprays some cleaner. Then--just as I expected--he goes to pick up my bread again. I asked him to change his gloves. He gives me this look like I'm really asking him to climb a mountain. So, I go back to the register with my receipt, get a refund, and go elsewhere. I can't stand nasty people--attitude AND practices--working behind counters. I would never recommend this place and won't ever go there again. $11.35 sandwich made by a $1.98 staffer.
