Just left there not too long ago. I threw up the wings after 5 to 10 minutes of eating them. The hostess was in the bathroom changing the trash bag heard me in there throwing up. He told me he'll let the people know. All of sudden they want me still pay for the food. After it made me sick. I was literally gagging. I had to jump up and move quickly to bathroom. The manager was really rude. He said it take 24 to 48 hours for food poisoning. My fiance told him, "No that's not the case because I'm a register nurse It the food. I wasn't sick before I came in there. I sure wasn't drinking. What's sad I not mad about the food I was really mad how they handle it. Nobody cared! The manager said,"well I'll discount the wings but it's not the food that made you sick." That's all needed to hear so we grab our belongings and left. I never threw up food! Never! It was the food because after I got that food out my system I was fine! The manager told me don't ever come back here. I said, " Trust me we won't "!

I left one of my birthday presents here and once I got home I realized it and I called to ask them if it was still there and if they could hold it for me until the next day. The next day my mom went and got it and they took the money out of my birthday card..... Had to be an employee because they said they kept the present in their office. How could someone steal someone else's birthday money?? Just wrong. Also we waited about 40-45 minutes for our food even though the restaurant had few people in it. Never coming back to this location.

Came here on a date and had a pretty bad service experience for the first time at a Fridays. My food was alright but my girlfriend's orders were messed up. The spinach and artichoke bread was more like a pizza with barely any spinach and artichoke. That was pretty easy to look past since it was the appetizer but the issue comes down to the main dish and the service. She ordered a bacon cheeseburger and the waitress misheard her and ended up bringing out a Mac and cheese burger. Accidents happen and the issue could have been avoided but unfortunately it wasn't. She did not seem as if she wanted to fix the order and pretty much suggested with her response that she should just take the Mac and cheese part off the burger since it still had bacon on it.

This upset us but we maintained composure and tried to just take it off but there was no cheese on the burger. We asked for cheese and waited 10 minutes for her to come back to ask us if everything was alright, which shows she completely forgot our request. We asked again and she took another 10 minutes to bring out a single slice of cheese. By then, we no longer wanted the burger and got the manager to take it off the order.

Hopefully this inspires customer service to be more of a priority in the future.

I’ve been to this location before and I had to say this is the worst service I have ever experienced. The waitress had a nasty attitude she didn’t come and check on the table to make sure everything was alright. Then my friend had no silverware which we had already asked her to bring some. We had to get up and go to the bar and ask for silverware which was of course dirty. So as we continue to wait nobody came by we asked for the manager and she finally brought silverware. We ordered extra wings which never came out along with no refills so I requested the manager again she began to walk to my table but quickly turned around. We had to CALL THE STORE while sitting in the store just to get acknowledged and let them know. That we were ready to pay. Manager finally brings the check out and expected us to pay the bill in full with the wack ass service we received. She didn’t even offer a discount we had to ask. Overall I will not be going be to this location.

Waited 20 minutes for appetizer now over 40 minutes for food. Not enough staff and the place is filthy. Haven't seen waitress since last week. Never again.

First time at TGI Fridays. Seated quickly as restaurant was not busy. Took 15 mins to be greeted by server. While waiting, noticed other tables getting their food one plate at a time rather than together. Lots of apologies being handed out. Perhaps this was an off day (Sunday) for them, but my friend and I agreed we're not going back as food wasn't that great either.
