The room was nice. The the fact that I had to pay for parking was a bit of a not happy surprise. In certain parts of the hotel, it could probably be updated like the elevator, the floor is kind of coming up. But all around it was a nice stay. .

Room was comfortable and staff was great. However, breakfast was not good at all. Food was overcooked and unappetizing. Definitely an area to improve on.

The front desk clerk was friendly. The restaurant was closed when we arrived due to remodeling, but the desk clerk gave us a pizza delivery menu.

Staff was courteous. Hotel appears nicer than it is. “Bar” is a lose term. Only water available, air conditioner didn’t consistently work, and 2 elevators were down.

The hotel was cool itself. I mean, I only used it for a bed. But I was not told that for when I had to pay for Wi-Fi or parking I was told that there was a hold that I’d be getting back that I didn’t get back come to find out apparently it was for parking……. Didn’t tell me I had to pay for parking like I thought it was included in my stay. K

Room was tired and a little beat up. bathrooms throughout no soap or hand towels, one front desk associate "ravon" was very helpful. others were less.

The staff is great! I tried to check in late one evening, and their system (hilton's nation wide) was down, so the front desk ladies did what they could to get me in a room, and even gave me snacks due to the situation, which was so nice! I had a very good stay at this hotel — it was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. As of 9/18/25 they are still under construction the entrance to check in is a set of concrete steps up to a back door. As far as I could see there was no way to use one of the carts to get your luggage from your car into the hotel and I did not see any wheelchair accessible ramps either. Very satisfied, a good experience for a family trip.

The room is nice and the facilities are suitable. There is a bar for dinner and fresh beer is available. You can also buy it from outside in the shed outside the restaurant on the first floor. There are many choices of food around, many supermarkets, and Sam's Club. The university environment is also very good.

Very good service, perfect location. Close to restaurants and department stores. The only issue is that the room advertisements mention queen-size beds, but they certainly aren't. Apart from that detail, our stay was perfect.

Stepping into the roonm you immediately notice a musty smell - like the carpet should be replaced. The water was brown when I started to.fill the whirlpool tib I let it run for a few minutes and it cleared up, but I did not have a good feeling about using it.

There was only one person working the front desk, I had problem with TV and she was only to fix it! The elevators were out so had to use stairs and I just had open heart surgery! Hotel old and smelled musty and no desk chair at the desk in room! The clerk was very attentive!

Staff was very friendly..breakfast very good…bedding clean & comfortable but Hotel is run down…room smelled like mildew, toilet would not fully flush, floors in room were laminate and we had to wear shoes or else our feet were filthy.

The room was clean, the sheets were spotless but the comforter could have been cleaner. The heater worked well and I was able to run it at 68 degrees while I was gone so I didn't come back to a cold room on a sub-freezing night.

The property was close to eateries and to my family. The staff was ok, I placed my order on line. It stated that the total cost was the amount with taxes etc.. There was an additional $150.00 charge for a refundable deposit. That is my only complaint.

Okay if one night I will not come back too stay. I had ti ask for an iron and board. It was not in the room. Then I had to ask for a bucket for ice which there was none. I was given a bag. There was holes in the comforter. Overall stay was manageable but will not comeback.

Please recognize the staff for providing excellent customer service. I had to use my own Verizon hotspot due to the terrible internet connection provided by Sleep In. There needs to be better lighting in the bathroom area.

I rate this Inn a 5 star average. Rooms were nice, staff were nice and knowledgeable. Although, someone else name was on the welcome home paper on the bed. But I assumed the room was probably reserved for someone else. Didn't bother me much. Location was quite convenient for the purpose of my stay. Hotel manager provided refund for uber since shuttle was out of service.

Stayed 2 nights here. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. They also offer dinner and drinks but I did not either of those. My original room had an issue, so the staff quickly upgraded us to a much larger room with no issue. Overall good experience. Hotel is in a pretty central location, especially for what i wanted to see.
