The room was very clean. Everyone was super nice. The only downfall was having to go down 2 floors or up 2 floors for ice because the one outside of our door was broken

Staff was nice, you can tell they’re busy often, nothing seemed to bother anyone. Great location as well. We parked the truck and walked everywhere we wanted to go.

Room was okay. The noise level from outside prevented me from sleeping; really bad.

Room service comes every other day so you have to get your own fresh towels. Perfect location if you’re attending an event at the Spectrum center. Downside is you will need to wear the ear plugs they provide if you want to sleep through the night and early morning over the train that runs right outside the hotel. Staff have different information on valet and parking garage prices so we ended up paying...

The room was okay, a few things that needed to be fixed. And my card was deactivated twice as my stay was for 2 days. I checked in so I wouldn't be amongst the crowd and I still had to end up in the long line to have it reactivated. Some staff were noce, some not so nice. were very

Great place to stay Christmas week when visiting family. Love that we can take our pups! Clean, nice staff, breakfast is good but we do not care for the coffee. Disappointed the hot tub was down. Cozy accommodations. Kitchen was workable for a week. We will be back for the third time in Dec 26!

During the time I was there, it was extremely loud as I was passing rooms to reach my room. This was probably out of the hotel’s control, however, I experienced it.

The staff was very friendly at check in and the room and property is very clean and well kept up will stay here again when in the Charlotte area.

Don't like the doors for the washroom/showeroom. Something not right about the elevators, take too long to arrive. I would like to see Breakfast be served until 10am or 11am.

I forgot about the airport shuttle and took an uber. May be good idea to post signage at front desk of shuttle availability. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful.

The tub was did not have slip gards and I slipped and hit my head. I filled out an incident report and never received a call.

My check-in with Jesse and Jose was the best part. The hotel is really clean and close to many stores. My only complaint was room 342 had a ladybug problem. As I would remove about 2-3 some more would appear on the windows. They weren't all over the room but was kinda weird how they just kept coming back. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'll stay again!!!!

Didn’t try the breakfast, but it appeared fairly standard. The property, however, is always beautifully maintained and staff are universally helpful.

Upon arrival the shuttle van was parked in the middle of the unloading section so we had to carefully park in front of it. The room was clean and the shower was hot. This hotel was a wonderful choice for us because my daughter lives in "South End" and this is the only hotel in South End. In the past, I always stayed uptown (downtown), but it took 20 - 30 minutes for my daughter to get to our hotel, because of the traffic. Room was in pretty bad shape. Floor was dirty and the doors had holes in them as though someone punched them. We came back from dinner to the police and fire department out in front of the hotel lobby arresting someone and then searching around the outside of the hotel. This was very unnerving. Would not recommend this hotel.

I don't like your advertising In my case $121.00 for the night and then adding many more fees making a total of $150 I want to pay what is advertised. This practice is a sales gimmick. Just advertise $150. A bit disappointed.

I did not have any laundry services. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The parking was well lit and seems safe.

Do not stay here Staff was great, but they were kind of behind the 8-ball. My biggest beef was room keys consistently not working, even upon check in…staff told me this was a frequent problem with many guests….a room key might work one day, but not the next (or even later the same day). I put up with it for 3 weeks (recurring work assignment), & then changed hotels, as there appeared to be no end...

The room was clean and smelled nice, the carpet was clean and not weird feeling at all. The kitchen was clean with dishes and silverware put away correctly. The bed was really comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. The pillows were nice and fluffy enough for good rest.

Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Only issue was the surprise to pay for onsite unsecured parking. Very inconvenient because it required online payment only using a QR barcode scan system.

I wish they had complementary cookies or drinks. Also we had more than 5 people so I need to use the pull out bed in the couch and there was no sheets and blanket in the closet or anywhere in that matter so I had to run to the last floor and get some. But it was nice though.

Rodeway Inn on Archdale was just what I needed — simple, clean, and affordable. The location made it easy to get around Charlotte, and the staff was friendly and helpful. For the price, you really can’t beat it.

Coffee with powdered cream is not breakfast and isn’t even acceptable as coffee! At least put out liquid milk or preferably 1/2 & 1/2. Staff kind of blaise.

It was more expensive then the other Motel 6's I have stayed at. Check out was 11 am, which is ridiculous. Entire place was non-smoking. Only 1 place would deliver after dark.

The rooms were very cheap so I didn't expect much. My first impression showed a worn out infrastructure and many other signs of age. However, the rooms were surprisingly comfortablr with many outlets and also quite spacious. The service and cleaning were done timely without having to be asked, another rarity for a cheap motel. I would definitely recommend for those on a budget.

I rated our stay average because our room was clean but never got service for the 3 nights we stayed. When my husband asked the housekeeper, she gave him only one towel. Our sleep was average due to the less than pillows we had on our bed. The breakfast area was too crowded with kids due to a cheerleading conference, no fault of the hotel. For the age of the building, the Room was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front staff were friendly and welcoming. The area is a bit sketchy, and it can be very noisy from the outside due to the door seals.

This has, by and far, been the cleanest, friendliest, best run Motel 6 that I have stayed at. My room was made every day and I was given fresh towels daily (which does not happen at other Motel 6's I've stayed at), the staff was always friendly and acted like they wanted to be there. Overall very nice motel for this price point. Two negatives are the location and one of the workers named Z. Z, was very rude. Not only to me but to most of the guest. The location has very little food choices around. Also, a walk to the gas station is like walking thru a minefield. I was offered to buy every type of drugs every time I would walk out of my room. Once inside everything was great.
