Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons in Greensboro

A really nice bigger hotel in the area that has a lot to offer and great location. Rooms were spacious, pool area was really awesome with a bar next to it. There was a great restaurant and all employees were nice. We would definitely stay here in the future. The only issue we had was we were part of a larger organization that gave us breakfast. One morning the breakfast was pretty bad, water in the eggs and hard bread. We made the best of it but the other days the breakfast was fine. To me everyone can have a bad day so🤷🏻‍♀️.

I have been in and around this Sheraton Greensboro Hotel for many years as they are the host hotel for my Alma mater, NC A&T, so I almost regret saying this was my first time staying there.

The Sheraton hosted the ADIDAS Clash Soccer Tournament and our stay there was great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are many amenities in the hotel and it was nice to see all the family and teams hanging out in the lobby after the games.

I already know the Sheraton does a great job hosting large events and I really enjoyed being able to experience it firsthand.

Staff was superb and always there to help! Some problems in the room but it was always fixed as soon as the front desk was notified. Safe in room didn't work even after it was Fixed, not due to staff or management just a low tech device. Overall stay was fabulous and I will definitely return when I am back in that area!

I have to say that we just recently stayed here because we searched out a hotel that had a restaurant. Well, it did have a couple as well as a bar and breakfast/coffee bar. However, when we arrived, nothing was open. This place was huge and nice but nothing was open. You had to walk around the building to the main entrance - which was the only entrance that was open. The escalators were roped off - not in use. There was a really nice bar but was not open. There were 2 conferences (could have been more) going on. We asked about everything being closed and they said it depended on how many people were there. There was no parking near the hotel, tons of people everywhere but absolutely nothing open. It was a real disappointment. Now, as for the rooms, they were clean and pretty nice, which was good. The vending area was sold out of all drinks and the ice machine was broken. This would not usually be a big deal but we got in late and expected a vending area or something. Nope., Nothing. All in all, a nice place if you are looking for a clean room and that is all.

I loved staying here while on business! It is one of the few places that still have robes. The hotel staff were super helpful and my room was quite clean! I only subtracted a star because this place charges to have packages delivered to you there. It was pretty pricey too. I had 4 boxes delivered to me, none were too heavy...yet they charged me $37 in "handling fees." I have stayed at numerous hotels across the country where I had packages delivered to me while I was there, and this is the only place that has charged me for it. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

We stayed here for the second time this past weekend. They were so accommodating, let us check in early at 10am after a 12 hour drive in, I called late in the evening for extra pillows to elevate my swollen feet and they came promptly. The room was nice and big, very clean, the staff were so kind. The pools were fantastic. We asked for a mini fridge and had by the time we got back to the room. Only disappointment was we couldn’t have a balcony room because they were all being painted. The balcony rooms over the pool area. Joseph’s restaurant is also delicious and reasonably priced. *****

We recently stayed at this hotel for a school event and it's definitely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. Extremely clean, no weird smells or questionable stains. The lobby has a lot of places to sit, and the ballrooms and event rooms are clean and tidy as well. The only issue we had was with elevators getting full too quickly and being unable to go up the stairs instead. Extremely easy access to the neighboring mall and provided a very comfortable stay!
