The lobby and bar area look great but when we got to the room it was disappointing. The roomed smelled like greasy fried chicken, not fresh or clean. The bathroom was dated but also the more you looked the more you realized it was subpar. We checked out early and walking out, in the parking lot next to my car was nasty crusty underwear on the ground. It was a definite ICK.

My room was spotless! The staff is terrific especially the late night group who has to deal with all of us weary travelers with canceled flight! Very grateful and we will use this location again when I fly in to see my son who lives nearby

Didnt have breakfast, left at 5 am. Room service was delicious 😋. Clean room and very comfortable!

Our flight was delayed 23 hours. We got to the hotel exhausted and were assigned a room by the indoor pool. As we tried to rest it was as if we had 15 people inside our room shouting. We requested a room change and were told the hotel had a full house. So no rooms available, we were told. Also, you could tell the corners of the room had not been cleaned for weeks, as rhere are dead bugs and dirt. Room was too cold and the wall panel was not working. The technician asked the receptionist for a new room for us and a room magically appeared.

Marriott Greensboro staff Ron, Christina and Larry very careless , not helpful at all. Acted as they didn’t care to help us with anything, terrible way to treat guest that got stay here. If we pay stay at this expensive place I think we should be treated nicely. I shouldn’t show they just work here & they just don’t care about customer service, you have to deal with guess working at a hotel. Not to mention control panel didn’t work it was very cold in the room & also hidden dead bugs in the corners .

Airport hotel, but it is clean. The price is not cheap, which is related to the fact that there are many parents in North Carolina during graduation season. But it is still convenient for those who have to take a flight the next day.

I gave the hotel 3 stars because it's mostly fine overall. I have to say the front desk staff and housekeeping staff were both very friendly - well done there! They also gave us an upgrade which was also very much appreciated. However, there are a couple of negatives that pull this rating down. First, the restaurant was abysmal. We only went there for breakfast, but we visited on two separate days. From soupy under-cooked scrambled eggs on both days, to overwhelmed and unhelpful wait staff, the experience was a total failure on every level. The other reason for the 3 stars, is that the physical hotel and amenities are just ok. It's starting to get rather rundown in my opinion, and definitely needs some work. I would stay again, but probably only because of the price.

I’ve stayed here many times at it’s always a great experience. The concierge room is worth every penny - good food selection, service, and coffee 24/7. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a nice walking path down a closed road to a bridge and a pretty lake.

The stay was good for the price. The beds were really comfortable. However, we did have stink bugs in the room on the last day, and the lights at the pool did not work. We called the front desk, was put on hold and no one ever clicked back over. We enjoyed having an indoor pool at the hotel though. The staff was friendly. Quiet location.
