There was a very bad odor coming from the hallway. We were close to the elevators, so maybe it was from the elevators, but it was nasty.

The room was unacceptable, no curtains, no TV, A/C was on top of the bed. I was not able to stay in this room, and there were no options. I had to relocate to another hotel.

Shade in room was broken so people could see in and lights shining in face so couldn't sleep. Asked 4 times and went to front desk to be told they have no maintenance and nothing they could do.

The front desk staff is amazing and personable. MrsSunshine remember us from our first stay in June and made us feel at home a welcoming. The rooms clean and breakfast was good.

W me enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very convenient but a bit noisy. I think it was a busy weekend. Our room was clean snd comfortable.

Front desk was very helpful upon checking in and the breakfast was great. Pool was closed first day of our stay but once it opened up we had alot of fun. The handicapped lift was out of service in case anyone who needs it is wondering. Very convenient location-wise as well. I'll update when I get a chance to include names of exceptionally helpful staff. Thanks!!!
