The rooms have are neat and clean. The entrance wasn't to inviting with only one, single door.. I'd recommend either double doors or automatic sliding doors. The lot.. SUCK!! If you have anything bigger than an F150, don't bother booking here.. there's little room to maneuver!! I hope they expand it.

Nice place. Very clean but the water pressure was very low and the water never got hotter than lukewarm.

What an excellent hotel! Comfortable beds, and everything is pristinely clean. They have a nice free continental breakfast of muffins, bagels, and fruit but if you want more you can order eggs or avocado toast at extra cost. There is an IHOP a 2 minute walk away though. The staff is fantastic, especially Jonathan at the desk: so helpful, friendly and attentive that I thought he was the owner, he cares that much!

ROACH MOTEL! Boutique appearance like lipstick on the largest cockroaches I have seen in my 60 years, and bold we had just arrived, lights on, etc staff did not care, we left within 2 minutes and I would NEVER return. Don't be fooled.

I love everything about this hotel. The rooms are immaculate, service is amazing, the beds are so comfortable. We had some time to kill before seeing our friends so we decided to hang out at the bar. I had the flatbread pizza and meatballs and they were great! Very surprised, very, very good. I keep coming back and every year I find something even more to fall in love with this place. No staff on reception booked 2 men in a double room instead of 2 singles spent 3 hours waiting for them to come and change the beds after calling them 5 times don't anser phone going to reception 4 times on the hottest day of the year the lad on the counter seem to find it all amusing. Decided to try separate the beds ourselves only to find the mattress coverd in Pee stains n filthy so Decided to leave the hotel at 920pm stay well away from this hotel..

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Denim for a family wedding, and it was delightful! I am disabled, and the ADA room we stayed in was ground floor, easy to access, and immaculately clean. The housekeeping staff was friendly and funny; loved getting to chat with them a couple times. Lots of artwork (all of it denim- or jeans-themed). We also frequented the little hotel store a few times for water, snacks, and a couple souvenirs. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

My husband & I came to see a show at the Tanger Center. I love this funky, euro-style hotel. A concept hotel w actual art on the walls. Staff is friendly, there’s a cute little bar and sitting area in lobby. Rooms are clean and beds are amazingly comfortable!! Pillows were ideal for someone who doesn’t like fluffy. We actually walked to the Tanger Center which I do not recommend unless you’re into urban tactical adventure. I would definitely stay here again.

I had flight delays and was unable to make it in time for the reservation. When I called to explain the situation, the staff was unfriendly and would not make an exception to cancel. I offered to send proof of the flight issues but it was just a blanket statement of missing the 24 hour window. I do not recommend this hotel if there is any chance your plans could change, especially when the it's not within your control.
