The hotel is excellently located for exploring downtown Philly—just steps away from major attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-priced, with all the essentials I needed for a short stay. While the space—especially the bathroom—was on the smaller side, it was functional. The only major downside was an unexpected fire alarm at 4am, which was quite disruptive. Overall, a solid option if location and value are your top priorities.

Nice rooms, not too big not too small.
Great location, and not far from a Metro stop.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom was very modern.

Some equipments are outdated. In general, it’s a fair hotel if the price is competitive.

Door lock in the main entrance is broken.There is hair in the bathroom. No body wash, just soap. Anyway, the room is still confort to stay. With a gym room and free coffee all the time.

Good hotel, very well located. Has a lot of little details that make it confortable and convenient to stay in it. Parking though is very expensive, despite the discount they offer.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences ever at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and never stay here. When I went to check in they could not find my reservation (which I made through trip.com) and it look over 40 minutes to be able to check in. The hotel room was not clean and they require that you call the front desk every morning before 10:30 am to get your room cleaned which is ridiculous they should just ask you once at check in if you want your room cleaned. After my stay I was double charged for the room (which I had prepayed) and they have not been helpful on getting a refund so far, transferring me around and telling me they will call me back and not calling me back when they said they would. I have resorted to contacting my credit card company for a charge back. I would suggest paying a bit more and going to a nicer hotel in Philadelphia.

Excellent location. Very easy to walk anywhere. A bit of a small room but good for 1 or 2 people. Room is not sound proof at all, heard next door chit chatting late at night.
