I just got here 4PM
1 GPS dos not gave me the correct address I called the number on my reservation a NICE lady answered and she tried to help me get here giving me all the clues she could she even put me on hold so she could walk out the bulging to try to see me but she couldn'tsee me anywhere (address GPS gave me was 10 min away) she got me to someone else (Guy) just asked me where I was so we both agreed that it was their address but obviously I was no way near by I end up asking people on my way and a officer was able help me get here because the guy who supposed to help was rude and so unprofessional saying well IDK u will have to figure it out hung up call us again if u have any other question and hung up on me (like wt*)
2 - Got here front desk lady Caroline chelp me checked me in so professional (SHE IS THE ONLY GOOD IN MY EXPERIENCE HERE so far)
Got in to the room and I always inspect the room on my way in (record and pictures) this room is dusty as dusty, stains damage furniture, dirty appliances and the tub OMG PLEASE LOOK AT MY PICTURES AND PROVE ME WRONG !!!!
Went downstairs mantion all of this to Caroline (front desk) she said she was going to let the housekeeping person know so all of this issues can b adjusted (is 4:45 pm and still waiting)......

You need to change you night staff....or should I say the current woman working the front desk right now. My daughter asked for a key and she refused. She does nothing and when I just asked if she has a problem with my family she threatened to call the cops on me. Everyone else is great, this lady, not so much.

When I booked this, it did not say anything about being a "TIMESHARE". You had to take your own trash out. Towels were limited n you could only get fresh towels on 2 days of the week and only a few hours. We had excursions planned on both of those days, so we had to go buy towels.
The bathroom had dirt piled up in the corners. The bathtub/shower had jets in it. The jets were black with nasty crud on it. Black crap on the edges n where the seams met, nasty black crap hanging loose, disgusting.
The kitchen floor was dirty, clearly wasn't cleaned n the carpets were not vacuumed. Build up really bad in the corners. The carpets were very worn.
We wanted a nice resort. Maid service daily n just a few nice touches. We literally got nothing.
The pool closed at 10:00pm, and you weren't able to access the gate to the beach. You had to go outside n around, very inconvenient.
The spa n sauna were on the top floor n you had to have a special key, get from the Desk Clerk. On 3 occasions, I asked for the key n was turned down.
The lobby was very small, by the time we brought the luggage cart in, there was literally no room in the lobby.
The couch in the living room, the cushions were broke down and you sunk in and it literally was awful trying to get up.
The whole place needs a BIG update.
We couldn't go to our room and relax because of the dirty conditions.
I did fill out the Review the Property gave me. They read it, and had absolutely nothing to say to me.
Very disappointing.
