Stairs ocean view room it's small building with not good ocean view.

First , had an issues checking in also the beds was not comfortable. Rooms need a bit of remodeling. The area is kinda ghetto. Will not be returning

The manager is the sweetest lady! Matter of fact the whole staff is amazing! Because of how great it was we will be rebooking for the summer! Thank you all again!

We were put in the 3 story over flow building next to the tower and the that changed our experience from times we have stayed here before. The building doesn't have an elevator and you have to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool. Not a big deal if you knew that was the building you were staying in but I didn't like the surprise. I probably would have stayed somewhere else if I had known.

Our first room, the stove didn’t work
We changed rooms
Next room
The faucet in kitchen dripped
And the toilet ran all the time
You could also hear a drip in ceiling when toilet above us was flushed
Regardless we had a fantastic time

The room had a great view and was right on the boardwalk. However, customer service was sort of lacking.

We had room 201 (separate king bedroom suite) toin the tower, so our balcony view was obstructed by a big palm tree, so I would choose a room higher up. The grounds and buildings were very clean and well manicured. We liked the clean pools and jacuzzi, too. We will definitely book here when we visit again next fall.
