Love this hotel! We’ve stayed here several times now and have had excellent service from the front desk the bar/food and our shuttle driver to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was pretty good. We will stay there again.

The room was clean and we loved the long bench under the tv. It was an oversized room so that was very nice.
The only issues we had was with the support staff: Check in was way to long, requested a super quiet room but our room backed up to the elevators so it was far from quiet. Maybe this person was new because she didn't know the ice makers were not at the end of each hall.

The hotel was decent at best. I picked this location because we had an early morning flight back to our area. I gave it a lower rating simply because of the staff I felt like the hotel staff was unprofessional, and we were given one of the worst rooms with the the window/ view being level with the back of the hotel and its heating/ ac unit
When I had requested something higher up with a city view my husband had never been to Nashville, and I wanted to show him how beautiful the city was. This is was less than a delightful example. But the room was clean. The bed was comfortable in the bathroom was nice.

Checking was easy, property was clean. Upon checking into our room, the floors were not swept. Both bed linens were visibly dirty and one bed had blood on the sheets. Sherri at the desk was very apologetic and moved us immediately. The new room was clean, toilet smelled of raw sewage and one of the bed skirts had crusted stain on it that we covered with a napkin not to touch.

The room service was upon request only, but we were not made aware of that until our 3rd day there, so our room didn’t get cleaned as I had expected. The elevator didn’t work about half the time we were there and we were staying on the 7th floor. The room ac also would never drop below 72, even though I set it at 68 at night time. Other than that, the staff was mostly friendly and the fitness center was much better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

We had room 515. It shared a wall with the hallway to the elevator. We got to hear the whirring of the elevator nonstop and the peoples conversations as they waited for the elevator. We also are near the ice machine, fortunately did not get used that much but was added noise. The last thing that was very inconvenient was the fact the shower did not drain when used. It was disgusting to see the water level rise. We were up for 3am for a flight out so there was nothing they would have been able to do in the time allowed. When we came downstairs for the shuttle the front desk attendant was sleeping.
The room was very comfortable and seemed updated. The bathroom also looked well kept, minus the drainage issue. I highly suggest to stay away from the X15 & X17 rooms which will have you near the elevator.
I did need feather free pillows because of an allergy and they were quick to accommodate.

Check-in was a bad first impression. The front desk staff looked like she didn’t want to be there — no smile, no greeting, no basic customer service. Just handed us the room key like they were doing us a favor.
The room itself was fine — nothing fancy, but no major issues. Clean enough and functional, so no complaints there.
The only reason we stayed here was because of the hotel’s long-term parking through a third-party provider. We left our car for five days and thankfully had no issues with that. So, if you’re just looking for a place to leave your vehicle while you travel, that part worked out.
Now the real issue — the shuttle.
It was an absolute mess. It took hours to arrive. And when it finally did, the driver didn’t help with a single bag or say a word about being late. Every time we called the hotel to ask where it was, we got the same generic answer: “He’s on his way” or “He just left, should be there shortly.” Spoiler alert: he wasn’t.
When the shuttle did arrive, the driving was rough and careless — he even hit a curb pulling in the hotel. Hotel is not far from hotel so no reason it should take more than 15 minutes to arrive.
I promise I’m not hard to please, but this was honestly ridiculous. If you’re relying on their shuttle service to catch a flight or get somewhere on time — don’t. Save yourself the frustration and just use Uber or Lyft.
Also, I’m not the only one. Look at the other reviews — the shuttle problems are a pattern, not a one-off.

Had a good time visiting there for the day the rooms were clean and spacious I didn’t have an issue there with noise. I was there on a Sunday. They have a nice bar and a good breakfast. Staff was great few miles away from the strip no problem getting Uber fast.
