Hotel is under construction so be aware. They are converting from the "Nashville Airport Hotel" to a Hilton. Construction did not cause any discomfort. No loud noises or anything like that. So far it looks really nice. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Fridge in the room but no microwave.

Decent rooms. Beds were super soft but sheets were almost itchy, as it they were starched. Not a real issue though. Seems to be an old Holiday Inn or something of the like. It is currently being renovated and converted to the Hilton, so lots of construction inside and around the hotel. Other that that, no complaints.

Nice beds, adequate refrigerator, microwave in the laundry room(no cool) - really! Maid service decent but why did we have to ask for the tub to be cleaned? Water heater must be corrected immediately. Midday folks can live with construction improvements. Seems like a guest reception hour should be in order. Tricky but easy access of the hwy. Lastly get that Hilton Marquee in place!

The hotel was still transitioning to a Hilton property when we stayed, so much was still under construction, but it was nice and comfortable even so. It will be really nice when it's finished. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and Hilton took care of us as they always do. Breakfast was good also. Highly recommend!

This hotel is pretty, but don't be fooled by appearances.. The last time I stayed here, the cleaning staff left my door wide open-probably for hours. I wasn't pleased, but since my company has a relationship with them, I gave them another chance. That was a big mistake. I wound up having to dispute unauthorizrd charges on my credit card not once-but twice during the same stay. The second time, they denied that my company had a pre-approved payment arrangement with them then took ALL of the money on my credit card, leaving me without even money for food. Their solution-they suggested that I eat at their restaurant and bill it to my room Oh heck no!!! They will NEVER see one thin dime from me ever again! Not for me-or my company either.

Rented parking for a week. The desk clerk was very knowledgeable and got us on our way quickly. Shuttle driver was extremely attentive and made the short ride safely. Great experience!

Stayed here as a last minute diversion. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were quiet and updated. Beds were some of the more comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. I wish they had a normal breakfast in the morning, instead of a restaurant. Overall good experience.

I was only able to stay for a weekend and it was a great experience. The staff are very nice, they have a lot of amenities, their food is great. The chef would walk around asking if everything you were eating was ok. The rooms were very clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I will be going back soon and taking the family with me this time.
