There were cockroaches in the room. The property offered another room when we informed them but that was full of cockroaches too. We had little kids and had checked in very late so could not leave the hotel as it was very late in the evening. We were super uncomfortable throughout the night. Please process refund. And fix the pest issue so that others do not suffer since we brought cockroaches to our house.

This hotel was disgusting. The room was in terrible condition it smelled musty and moldy, there was broken furniture, and the worst part the pull out couch mattress was stained, moldy, and fully of bug casings and mouse poop. We specifically picked this room for the pull out because of the size of our family. When I talk to the front desk they would not give a refund but offered another room. I checked the second room thoroughly and it was just as bad so we left the hotel. At 10pm we had to pack up our family and find another place to stay. This was extremely disappointing. Will be filing a complaint to manager as well.

room was not as nice as photos online. Breakfast could have been better. Bed frame sticking out and could've hit or cut my leg, safety hazard. Staff was courteous and friendly.

Shuttle only goes to and from the airport Nowhere else so to get food so you’ll need delivery unless you have a vehicle or want to walk 15 to 20 minutes on a road with no side walk. Have a flight or you need to be there at four in the morning. You are not getting there cause the shuttle does not start till 4:20 even though first on the person on the phone said the shuttle starts at four which was my main reason for selecting this place. There cheeper places I could of picked that didn’t have a shuttle. Also, there’s a stupid early check in fee of $20 and if it’s before 11 it’s $50

We had to ask the front desk for sheets/a comforter for the pull out couch. (Not a huge deal). We appreciate the breakfast!
The smell of the room, furniture quality and bathroom cleanliness over all was a little… disconcerting.
We had a room to sleep in on our way to Florida at a decent price! It did the intended purpose.

I was in room 426 and my door.had a crack between the door and the door frame large enough that i couod see in the hallway and from the hallway, my bed. It did not give me a sense of safety and security. The option they gave me was to put tin foil in the crack.

Room was extremely warm the 1 night I stayed here. The room was dirty as well.

The room was very basic and the floor was terrible we had to put the corner table over a certain area because when you walked over it you can feel the dent and boards that they put down for whatever reason. The cleaning lady in the breakfast area was extremely rude.

Great hotel with free shuttle to the airport every hour. Very clean and conveniently located.

Coffee was out of service in the lobby the entire 5 days I stayed. Staff was not helpful, breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were very rude. The exercise room was untouched, not cleaned, and was not air conditioned. WIFI is terrible in entire building. I couldn’t do any work during my stay, I would definitely not stay here again while in Nashville.
