Other reviews were helpful before we ever booked the 1st time… location is beside a railway…we knew to bring a travel size sound machine to drown out possible noise.
A minor thing, there was a coffee maker in the room but only decaf coffee. Lastly, the 'mattress' felt more like a thick sleeping pad that one might use on the floor. We had no interaction with the staff other than check in so I can't say if they were friendly or not.
