We are very happy with overall stay and services Thank you We will come back soon!
Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Amazing stay, comfortable atmosphere and always a small walking distance from a good place to grab a bite to eat. If I ever find myself in the city of Austin again, you best believe my stay is going to be at the Austin Proper.
Great food options and cool room. The pool was a bit small and always full, it looked like a motel pool. We payed for late check out which is a bit pricey and they interrupted us twice. Fortunately they refunded half of the fee when we told management.
Only disappointment was not being able To get any food or drinks when we arrived at 11pm
Great stay overall. Bit of confusion with giving out reserved cabana away, but they made up for it with dinner comps at La piscina restaurant
Loved everything about this beautiful designed property! The bar was fantastic and the breakfast was one of the best meals we had in Austin!

Poor housekeeping service timing. Stained and dingy carpet. Foul smelling refrigerator.
Hotel was nice. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better. There were hair balls and strands of hair in the shower.
Relaxing and luxurious After a week on the beach, this was the way to relax and finish our family trip.
Beautiful place to unwind as they have a spa and a patio where you can relax with a glass of wine🍷not mentioning the confy bed and extra confy pillows💆‍♀️
Love the location, rooms were decent. However there was one night where we were at the pool, one of the service workers came out and saw my wife and I and a few other people in the hot tub, still decided to lock the gates and lock the doors and we had to hop the fences in order to get back inside the hotel so that wasn't fun! They could have at least told us hey I'm locking up. Overall It was a good...
From the moment we arrived at Hotel Viata, we were welcomed like old friends. The staff is genuinely warm and attentive in a way that feels effortless—every interaction, from the front desk to housekeeping, felt personal and sincere. They truly go above and beyond, not because they have to, but because they want to. That kind of hospitality is rare, and it made our stay feel incredibly special. The...
Hotel is nestled in hill country, such beautiful views and close to restaurants and retail. Loved the location! The Laurel restaurant is the hotel and the food is excellent. Love this hotel! Have stayed numerous times for work trips and for leisure. Service is impeccable and the location is perfect. Rooms have been recently renovated and are very nice. The only thing that is somewhat subpar is the pool - it’s still great but not as nice as it could be especially when compared to so many other new hotels in downtown Austin. But the location and service help compensate for...
We came into town to visit friends who recently moved to Austin, we looked and liked the location of the Four Seasons, so made that our base. It was a great choice. The hotel is within easy walking distance to hip restaurants, breakfast places, and sixth street with all the live music. But if you decide you want to have a different kind of day, the hotel also sits on a lake where there are paddle boarders...
Fantastic overnight to celebrate our anniversary. Upgrade, champagne and help with difficult to get dinner reservations. Can’t say enough good things! Great location!
The hotel itself was gorgeous and the staff was extra friendly and helpful. The lake view rooms were nice with cozy beds. The welcome fruit and chocolates were a sweet little welcome gift. The amenities were great and had a big 24 hour gym. room service had a pretty big selection and onsite restaurant was excellent especially if you wanted to dress up but not leave the property. The lobby bar was...
We cannot thank the Four Seasons Austin enough for their incredible hospitality during an unexpected detour from Dallas to Austin with our two babies under 2. Arriving at 1am, we were blown away to find our room perfectly prepared with two cribs, baby supplies, diapers, wipes, and our room service order waiting at the table. The staff’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail turned a stressful situation...
The location on the river is terrific and provides easy access to trails along the river and to downtown Austin. The staff is well trained , polite and helpful. Prices of rooms, food and parking seem high in relation to other first rate hotels in Austin.

They gave me a room facing a house going through construction and the noise woke me up super early and continued until I checked out. For such a huge place with many available rooms, why put me in a room like this?? I desperately needed sleep but nope.
Wonderful location - little oasis in middle of city. Grounds are beautiful, food is wonderful, and service is impeccable.
Staff is amazing. This hotel is so beautiful. It’s our favorite place to stay in Austin.
Amazing in every way!! Staff is so friendly and food is so good! Love all the decor of the hotel!
I have a bad back and the bed was very high for my 5’3” frame and very hard. The pillows were so soft that I couldn’t prop myself up. I wound up sleeping in one arm chair with my feet propped up on the other.
Top notch Best experience Ive ever had at a hotel. Grounds were beautiful, food and service were excellent.

We had a few drinks at the lobby bar. Prices were very reasonable, great location and the bar was gorgeous. It can be a bit of a wait, but not too bad. We had a table in about 10 minutes. They also have live music which is very nice. Would recommend stopping in if you're in the area.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... What a treat. First time in Austin and stayed at the beautiful Driskill Hotel. Aside from the beauty of the hotel, the customer service was everything you would expect from a Hyatt property. Naturally, my colleague mentioned the hotel was rumored to be haunted as we arrived...
Hip vibe, good music, make sure you flag down the bar staff with a $100 bill since this place is packed and you want service all night. Then when it comes time to close out the bill be fair and consider the level of service and tip according to service. You all thought I was gonna stiff my server didn’t you. Shame on you
The menu was incredible, the food was to die for, the service was impeccable. The restaurant itself was stunning. I loved our experience at the Driskill. We were even able to check our large bags with the hotel, since we changed for dinner in the hotel itself, despite not staying there overnight and just eating at the Grill. Everyone treated us so kindly.
We absolutely love this wonderfully opulent corner of what is otherwise known as Dirty 6th. If you're into the clubbing and loudness all the power to you, but it was refreshing to see a refined and luxurious place to enjoy a drink or two. We came for brunch and the food was fantastic. Service was excellent and we felt very comfortable and relaxed. Next time we will plan to stay at this historic hotel...

great service with great location. It's very safe place and convenient to ACC
The hotel is located on Second Street in downtown Austin, and the surrounding transportation and food are very convenient. There are many restaurants, but there is no Chinese food. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is average, and there is no European hotel number.
The location was great and I love the convenience of the Starbucks in the hotel.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, and there are many restaurants around. Hotel service is in place.

Staff was very courteous and professional. The check-in process was quick and painless. They took the time to explain the multiple amenities the hotel had to offer and where they were located. This hotel was very clean and in a decent area. There were plenty of places to eat around the hotel and some bars. Staffing was perfect as well and I would definitely stay again.
Great location if you want to be near 6th street. Staff was pleasant. They have a great bar/restaurant for mid and later day. Bed was super comfortable. Looked clean. Bathroom door looked a little un cleaned. If that’s my only complaint it’s not a big deal (easily overlooked I guess) Views were great. It is a college area. Had fun.
Staff was GREAT! View was AMAZING! But the bed was terrible and the downtown Austin has terrible homeless problem! Other than that I still would recommend this Hotel!
Watch out, if youre not a Hilton card member holder, they dont serve well. Only shampoo, conditioner and body wash they have at the bathroom, requested toothbrush at 8am and was told itll take 30mins as there was no housekeeping on duty. Also, we were stucked at the parking elevator as we head out.
Average, in line with expectations
I stayed here with a big group for an event and had a great experience! Every person I interacted with was super helpful. In particular, the UPS employees had great attitudes throughout the busy days, and the lobby attendants, specifically Clinton, went above and beyond! Great stay all around. Thank you!

This is our second time staying here for ACL festival weekend. They are dog friendly within limits. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great views of the city and Lady Bird lake from the upper floors. Very convenient if you're doing business or just trying to get the downtown vibe. Plenty of scooters nearby. The pool and poolside bar are hopping, and the little taco shop is not only convenient, but...
We were recently at the LINE for my sister's wedding reception. We were there all morning for bridal party hair and make up- the suite was more than ample to accommodate everyone and all of our things (more than 1 trash can would have been nice) I was able to check into my own room early with no issues. The valet attendants were super nice and quick! The location is great and is within walking distance...
I wasn’t overly impressed by my stay at The Line. The hotel is arty and chic, however lacs a lot of functionality and could use some updating. The location is great for getting around downtown and there are tons of scooters/ it’s very walkable. The hotel is rather dark. The entrance is like walking into a cave. We mentioned that the lights were out early in our stay and desk staff just laughed it...
The room's AC was inconsistent, difficult to find the right temperature. The room we had was right behind the elevators so it was hard to sleep hearing them going nonstop til 3am. The bathroom was also extremely dark and hard to even see yourself in the mirror.

I stayed in June 2025 and this property is under renovation so I don’t recommend going there soon!!
Under construction at the time of our stay, so a lot of dust in the air and on surfaces. Extra cleaning would have been nice to see, but other than that, everything else was nice.
Clean spacious rooms, beautiful pool, well equipped gym. The only downside is the amount per night to park. It has gone up tremendously in the past few years. 55 for self park, 63 for vallet. This is probably the deal breaker for us to return
There was a long wait when checking in. If you don't have a terrace, you may not have to wait.
The location is very good, right by the Colorado River. Watching bats on the bridge in the evening is a great view of the Colorado River in Austin. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with new facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to CJ in valet—he went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and stress-free. Five stars for his excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations. Keep in mind parking will cost you about $60, whether you self park or use valet
Very Nice place. High end. Luckily my Son works at an Omni. Great staff. Awesome building. Neat artwork. Very helpful and pleasant staff from the Valets , Front Desk, Maids and Security. You all helped make my stay less lonely when my Sons were busy or working. Thank You.
Highly recommend the Omni! Even before I arrived, a manager reached out to inquire if I needed anything. Beck at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. The condition of the property was disappointing considering it was a Westin. Bed was very creaky, bathroom shower had a crack in the floor. Shower door broken so water leaked outside. Toilet was finicky to flush.
Perfect location to explore Austin. Heart of downtown walking distance to 6th St. We appreciated that there was entertainment/pool party at the hotel while we were there. There was construction taking up most of the lobby while there so we were unable to experience it. We did have some billing issues that were eventually resolved regarding room service. Nice stay!
Front desk staff made check-in fast and effortless. Having valet parking (especially with a lot of construction on the street) was a welcome plus.
The hotel is lovely until you go outside. Sidewalks are dirty, lots of homeless and slumy alley view from our room.
Lots of things happened in this hotel during my 1 night stay that it ruined the trip for me
It was very close to bars and different places to eat at, the staff was really friendly, valet parkers were pretty cool and efficient, the parking was super expensive but thats city life! Otherwise really enjoyed my stay!

Amazing place to stay in Austin. Great vibe, super friendly staff, fantastic pool. Lot’s of construction nearby, but still easily walkable to food and parks. Will stay here again on our next trip to Austin.
Loved this place, great decor and staff. The on-site restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced given the quality and atmosphere. The pool is small but clean and fun. Everything was good, the only thing we needed a shower chair because my husband has a prosthetic leg, they provide me with one, but it wasn't in good condition.
Good afternoon. It went badly for me since one day they didn't clean the room and the most delicate thing is that you lie that the door was locked. I only occupied it to sleep, I can't comment on its amenities.
Clean lobby, helpful staff. Area outside property is a bit sketchy so I recommend not walking around.

We were placed in a handicapped room that we did not request, and there is no microwave. The bathroom drain did not work correctly; I had to put a towel down to stop water from splashing out after showering. The air conditioner was noisy.

I had a great time at Hilton canopy, the location was awesome and there were several restaurants within walking distance. At night it was definitely lively and there would’ve been plenty of bars for me to go to if I wasn’t so cozy in the room. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean, I can’t say enough about how polite and engaging the staff was. I would absolutely Choose to stay...
Great team- everyone greets you with a smile and kind word. Will definitely be staying here again!!
Went to Austin for a girl’s trip. The staff was so accommodating by letting us have our rooms close together.
Wow - Would Go Again. Old vs New Austin. Stunning The Hilton canopy located on W. 6th St. in downtown Austin, Texas, was absolutely outstanding. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was impeccably clean, featuring a stunning urban loft style with a balcony that offered a view of the pool and Sixth Street. This area is one of the best in town. We strolled to J Carver's for dinner, which...
Good location lots of bars and restaurants near by nice staffs
The hotel is right off sixth Street but feels very private and secluded its acute point hotel the service staff housekeeping and front desk were amazing very accommodating. The cleanliness was very good if I come back to Austin, I would definitely stay again or recommend this place.

Found a cockroach in my room - no compensation was offered. Overall a little refreshment would be necessary for this place.
Very good, nothing to say about the quality! Ever since I bought coupons here, I seem to be addicted. I come here every week to look for discounts!
The room was clean and comfortable with a lot of space, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the location was great for accessing downtown Austin. Conveniently next door to a Circle K fuel station if you need to pick any extra bits for your room! Plenty of parking onsite.
Our favourite stay of the whole trip! This place is such a gem, the room is great but the real winner is the stunning lobby area and pool. Such a fab place to chill out and right next to the lovely Hideout restaurant. Fab location, easy drive to anywhere from here.
a little dirty but mainly a good hotel
All you can eat breakfast is included ! Serve yourself a variety of tidbits reminiscent of elementary school fare... powdered eggs, "biscuits" & a gravy like substance accented by questionable pastries & fruit, watered down coffee, juices, milk ,oatmeal, cereals & "make your own " waffles round out the variety offered until 9 a.m. (you must consume it in the lobby.) ☆☆ I would like to add that a couple...

Trendy modern room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location when you need to run errands around and at the university.
Staff (including valet) was AMAZING and polite and very helpful which made everything run very smooth.
Great walk to Moody Center. Rooftop bar has a nice view but limited drink and food selections. There are other food and drink areas in the hotel. The burger place connected to the outside of the hotel was delicious and fresh. Overall it was a great stay!
The stay was great, it was a little confusing to enter the parking garage but once inside check in was super fast, Jose who was at the front counter was extremely friendly. The rooms were also very clean and nice. Will definitely stay here again.
It was great with the exception of the cost of parking. I had a hard time figuring out where to park. The building is not marked very well. Once o was settled it was fantastic. I really enjoyed the balcony it was private and a great place for a glass of wine.
Paid a room upgrade charge to only get no sleep due to AC not staying on in the month of May, blinking smoke detector light above the bed area. Called to have fixed and they couldn't have matienance come out until the morning. Left early. Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate with extra bags of ice and complimentary water.

Very nice hotel. Will come back again
The staff at the front desk was absolutely marvelous. They went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The valet attend was also very attentive. We eat at the restaurant and appreciated the recommendations the waitress provided. This made our stay very relaxing.
Enjoyed the new menu they rolled out, clearly! Great flavors, good portions - highly recommend. Love the new event series they’re incorporating in their calendar. Definitely going back soon!
We came in town for a memorial so we were already in a somber mood but what a beautiful stay and respite from the hard emotional things that we were going through. We thought it was beautiful breakfast at the hotel was delicious. They were awesome to give us waters as we left for the day and check out was easy as text. I highly recommend this place. The rooms were beautiful and who doesn’t like a...
My husband and I loved the Ella hotel. It looks like the perfect place for parties and weddings. I stayed at the Ella to convalesce after a medical procedure. The staff was beyond accommodating, and we enjoyed the hotel dining, gardens, pool, and comfortable rooms. The valet staff were very helpful in getting me around when I wasn't feeling my best.
Have come here twice now for work events using their catering services. Highly recommend them if you need to host an event. They are friendly, professional, and put out great brunch choices with options for everyone. They have valet parking and those staff members are also efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Quiet and comfortable, located within UT-Austin, it is very convenient to various attractions. Parking is $21.
The hotel is located near the campus, with direct access to the underground parking lot. The parking fee is reasonable and the hot water for bathing is good. The hotel is equivalent to a domestic four-star hotel. The mattress is soft. Bottled water and toiletries are not provided. The breakfast is American style, the quality is average, and the taste is edible.
Very nice and clean facility on the UT campus. 20-minute walk to downtown and the Colorado River. The room was immaculately clean and well-appointed, and it had an in room safe for valuables. Breakfast was great with a super buffet or a la Carte options. The location was easy to find and 2 minutes off hwy 35. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little too professional. I mean that they really...
The hotel is very good, close to the University of Texas
Attended an event here sponsored by Texas Mutual and it was great! The conference center is large and offers plenty of space. Facilities were very clean and in good repair. Wait staff was very courteous and attentive. Great place to hold any type of event!
Was at the hotel for a seminar. Breakfast was good -make your own breakfast tacos, fruit, and grits. The grits needed some salt. The setup of the room was fine. Plenty of seats and space. However, it was much to cold in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool is amazing as it looks in the picture. Great location right in the center of Downtown, very walkable to everything. Valet guys were all so friendly and professional. We took advantage of their free car service every day where they dropped us off and picked us up all over town. Front desk people were great, free wine upon arrival, cookies in the lobby daily. I loved that the bar/restaurant were...
Great location and hotel Wonderful stay. Staff great. Wish there were a few more hooks for towels in the spacious bathroom.
Had high expectations and they were exceeded ten fold. They think of every detail to make your stay comfortable and every single person that works there is smiling and readily available. Really and truly, 10 out of 10.
All great, but could improve on room service, missed a day for cleaning our room, and bathroom needs better lighting.
the hotel was beautiful and clean. The only complaints I have are; I paid with my credit card at the pool and closed my tab. however, they still billed it to my room. I had the payment receipts in my pool bag thank goodness! also, I had ordered a burger with room service at midnight. It was raw and cold in the middle. I called and told them. They offered to make another one but I honestly felt sick...
Very unique and attractive decor. Staff was always courteous and helpful regardless of time of day or night.
