Clean, comfortable and very good looking room. The quality of the hotel was also very nice. It was convenient to go for a steak dinner within walking distance, walk to our venue at Antone’s for a great show and walk back to the hotel to end the night.

Pool was very cold and not very clean, the pool deck had rusted metal fragments everywhere. The beds were not comfortable, with very flat pillows and thin blankets only.

Clean room and public spaces. Jezzie at the front desk and Marcos at breakfast were awesome! They were huge positives to the stay.

Great stay. Staff was friendly, check in was no issue. Valet parking was easy with in and out service. Onsite restaurant had a good selection of food. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved it was close to the bars and restaurants

The staff at check-in was amazing, especially Ladyfair. She went above and beyond in welcoming us and ensuring we had a good overnight experience. The room was clean, as was the bathroom however we did find a wad of tissue above the bathroom door. We only stayed one night but would stay there again.

The front staff was super friendly. The guys at the restaurant were helpful with the menu options. Lots of food to choose from and the portions were huge! Starbucks is in the first floor. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The Wyndham was a good hotel for a 5 day business trip to Austin as it was located very near the central business and entertainment areas with lots of dining choices nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

All the staff were nice, the room was clean, just smelt very gross on the third floor like old carpet. Also, it says free breakfast but they don’t have free breakfast. But overall good place to stay.

This hotel is convenient to Town Lake located along I 35. Unfortunately room location was terrible. I had a view of the garage wall and traffic noise off I 35.was aplifirhed.  Truck and motorcycles are very loud. We got very little sleep. I would not recommend this hotel if you think you might get a restful sleep.

Clean rooms and comfortable stay. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked good and fairly priced. They have a shuttle bus if you need to go somewhere which is convenient. Pool was out of order for cleaning but not a big deal as there are plenty of places to swim in Austin.

The one elevator situation and the $60 paid parking per night is the reason I’m rating this neutral. $30-$40 would seem more reasonable. Walls were also a little thin in the bathroom. Advertised as having a “breakfast buffet” but there wasn’t one. Just a restaurant where you can order/pay for breakfast. Generic bottles of water were $7. Parking overnight $68. Will never book again.

We were required to use the hotel’s valet parking which was $60 per night, totaling up to more than our entire reservation. We were not made aware of this caveat before hand. The hotel staff were nice, but there was solely one elevator working during our stay. Making our wait times for the elevator exceptionally long. Finally the hotel’s breakfast was not open for several days, with no prior warning...

Great experience but be warned breakfast is not included and you will be charged $80 per day for parking that is not mentioned until you arrive.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything looked clean and there was food options very close to the hotel.

Hotel was easy to find, lobby has a nice entrance. Check-in was easy (although my Hilton Honors wasn’t working). Zoey was kind enough to check in to make sure I had everything I needed. My only negative was a host named James who never had a smile on his face or greeted anyone.

The staff were all very attentive to my needs. There were some maintenance issues in the bedroom shower flooring. Cracked shower entry and floor.

It was a great stay everything was perfect. Love the amenities and convenience of everything. Breakfast was gd and my stay was so relaxing.

We were greeted by Zoe at the front desk, who took good care of us, offered us excellent choices of nearby, restaurants, and even gave us a snack bag and a cold beverage. We also enjoyed breakfast the following morning, and all of the staff members were cordial And helpful.

Have to say, having stayed at several hotels in the area, by a country mile this was by far the best & most enjoyable. The two ladies on reception were funny, full of exuberance & pleasure to interact with. Even if one thought speaking like Mary Poppins would make her an honorary British speaker… had to laugh.., keep it up ! Full marks for effort

The AC wasn’t working and I had to move 2 carts full of my stuff to another floor/room. The next room had no hot water.

The carpet had cigarette burns, elevator was down and the other elevator was dirty. The exteriors had trash and the lobby wasn’t welcoming. The staff was ok, just not as engaging as expected. The rooms were nice except they didn’t change out the sheets nor give us towels or toilet paper.

Parking was convenient, the hotel was good. The staff was really friendly. The only thing I could say is that the room had a weird smell, and the TV didn't really work. Most of the channels were not good, the signal was just bad.

The best place to stay in Austin best customer service and the place is perfect to walk everywhere and enjoy the weekend. The coffee shop is so charming and the best coffee and matcha lattes.

Loved the simplicity of this hotel. Perfect for an overnight stay and so easy to catch the shuttle to the airport.  The front check in person was professional. Airport shuttle driver very nice & prompt. The bistro on the evening was very good and reasonable. Devin at the bistro was super friendly and attentive. Front desk workers were helpful at check in and check out.

We wanted a hotel close to the Circuit if the Americas. It was. Bed was not as comfortable as I like. But room was clean. Took forever for water to get hot in sink and shower and water pressure was minimal. We didn’t get breakfast because there were minimal choices.

Definitely a different hotel from standard downtown. Fits Austin well! We enjoyed our stay, but I was mislead into thinking that a balcony faced outdoors however it faced the interior hotel. The room was clean, bathroom was sufficient. We had such a great experience working with Trey to set up a courtesy block for our daughter’s wedding. He was so patient in answering all our questions and made the process so effortless. We stayed two weeks in this hotel as our house was being remodeled. It is a quiet, clean, safe place with good service. Covered parking available and pets allowed for a fee. It was so wonderful experienced. We really liked the bed there. It’s so comfortable. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The breakfast that has a variety of selection and we enjoyed the big breakfast are there.

The rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned! I can smell smoke, I can smell men’s cologne! The appliances are worn down. The carpet is dirty. The bathroom floors were dirty! The shower was filthy.

Overall, very comfortable, quiet, and clean! The only issue my boyfriend and I had was the room we originally checked into the AC wasn’t working. But they were able to get us into a new room which we were very appreciative! 10/10 highly recommended.

I had out of town family there to check them in at 3pm. There was no staff, no front desk staff. It had a sign that said we’ll be back at 430pm. A young man had to FaceTime someone to walk him through the process.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. I really like that the air/heating unit is not in the bedroom (very quiet), and I can set it to have the fan run all night rather than cut on and off . My only complaint is that the cleaning crew forgot to leave coffee packets! TVs in both rooms were large and offered so many choices!
