large and very comfortable. Great pool area. Clean. Central location.
Everything was great- the gold experience was totally worth it. The private concierge, the breakfast and lounge access were fantastic. The room was very clean and pleasant
You have a lounge to access with free beverages including an honor bar system where you can make your own drinks. You get breakfast and snacks included too. I had a king room with a city view
We did the gold package, and it was worth every penny! The staff was friendly, the Gold Lounge was stocked with great snacks and drinks, and the gym was very nice with a great mix of cardio and weight options
If I had a nitpick it would be that it took a long time for the hot water to come on in my room. I mention this because the property seems fairly new. In San Francisco I stay at the St
As always, I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Gold level. The staff are all so wonderful and welcoming. My number one place to stay in Austin!
It was in a perfect location. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The room was extremely clean.
I have been staying here for long term due to business. The hotel provides many amenities to make my stay comfortable. Its location in downtown Austin makes it convenient to go anywhere, and the city views are nice
The rooms are nice and well-kept and having a Starbucks inside is a huge plus in the mornings. The location is perfect for me, close to everything I like to do in Austin which is also why I love staying here
This hotel was very clean and in a decent area. There were plenty of places to eat around the hotel and some bars. Staffing was perfect as well and I would definitely stay again.
I love the vibes every time I walk into check in, it instantly feels luxurious and so lively with others and it sets the tone for a great stay
I’ve stayed at the Hilton Austin seven or eight times over the past couple of years, and it’s always my go-to whenever I’m here
The rooftop pool area is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed — the kind of place where you can truly relax during the day and then transition seamlessly into a lively, upscale atmosphere in the evening
Drinks are crafted perfectly, the seating is comfortable, and the overall ambiance strikes that perfect balance between luxury and laid-back Austin energy
Whether you’re visiting from out of town or you live nearby, this rooftop is a must-experience spot. Five stars all the way — I’ll definitely be back! 🌆🍸
Watching the sunset over the city skyline from up there is absolutely unforgettable. The service is top-tier — attentive, friendly, and always on point
Overall, it was a lovely hotel and we will definitely come back. I have to single out one person who made our stay even better
The delightful woman who checked us in, Callie, has a gift for making you feel like she's been waiting all day for you to arrive. Very friendly, efficient, and knows what she is doing

The staff were incredible! My family and I stayed from the 20th of Dec through the 26th. The Christmas buffet is something I'll dream of for years to come
Beautiful sprawling resort that is well maintained and staffed. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful at each encounter
It is a major safety hazard with adults and children slipping all over the place. My child fell 3 times just trying to slowly walk back to the pool. One of those times she hit her head on the metal part of the pool chair
The service throughout was excellent, and the property and rooms were beautifully maintained. A memorable experience overall, and we would gladly return
EVERYONE on the property was an absolute joy to engage with and the restaurant is Texas Spice and Crenshaw's became our go tos while we were there
The Spa attendants were absolutely amazing from being able to accommodate last minute bookings to the best massages and facials I've ever had

We always stay here when we visit Austin. Great and convenient location. Love the pool and hot tub and restaurants. We like the renovations. They could have upgraded the bathrooms.
We had such a great experience working with Johanna & Melanie to set up a courtesy block for our daughter’s wedding. They were patient in answering all our questions and made the process so effortless
This hotel is not only beautiful but the staff was amazing and thoughtful. Right from the start Pablo and Brooke at the front desk provided a great welcome to Austin after a long day of traveling
Our hotel room view was spectacular and everything felt so nice and clean. I was running out of toothpaste and the housekeeping staff noticed and got me a new one without even asking
The guests loved the spacious rooms and the convenient location. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency for your wedding guests or if you are traveling
Check in/out and valet staff were all professional and very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

We also called for towels because the shower leaked onto the tile no matter what and they never arrived. I did stop by the front desk and spoke to the manager who was very nice and addressed our concerns
Such a great location with nicely appointed rooms and the staff is terrific. We had dinner at Arlo which was so delicious and breakfast at Veracruz which was also amazing
Housecleaning missed cleaning my room (partially my fault as I was in the room for the first pass), but then for turndown service as a substitute, just replaced towels and that was all
Very convenient if you're doing business or just trying to get the downtown vibe. The pool and poolside bar are hopping, and the little taco shop is not only convenient, but the food is on point
The pool was always crowded except for late at night and it was not heated as advertised (and ultimately why we chose this hotel for my 50th) so we didn’t enjoy what we hoped for
Great location and view.
Clean and large rooms. Very helpful staff.
Daily housekeeping services were very good.
Alfred Coffees shop is very good.
Pool was very cold and not very clean, the pool deck had rusted metal fragments everywhere.
The beds were not comfortable, with very flat pillows and thin blankets only.
Clean room and public spaces. Jezzie at the front desk and Marcos at breakfast were awesome! They were huge positives to the stay.
Staff was friendly, check in was no issue. Valet parking was easy with in and out service. Onsite restaurant had a good selection of food. The room was clean and comfortable
We dealt with Harnett on arrival and he very quickly and efficiently accommodated our needs for a room change. We could not have been more satisfied with his handling of our needs/situation
Clean, comfortable and very good looking room. The quality of the hotel was also very nice
It was convenient to go for a steak dinner within walking distance, walk to our venue at Antone’s for a great show and walk back to the hotel to end the night

My stay was great and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. I utilized all of the amenities and really enjoyed being able to walk around downtown and to the running trail so easily
Me favorite hotel in the U.S.! It was clean, spacious, great views with lots of natural light. I loved the amenities and the pool. 10/10!
Room was spotless. Great location, 3 minute walk to 6th street locations and lots of restaurants. Cool bar and pool area.
Sadly during NYE the road in front of the hotel was closed and we couldn’t get to it for valet and parking and had to park in a parking garage a block away. Not a big deal but also not much bathroom privacy
Absolutely perfect stay at the Tommie. It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Location is convenient to downtown and walkable to South Congress and other surrounding areas
I highly recommend going to the Austin visitor center a block away to get your bearings and take the city tour, that helped me decide what I wanted to do next and where everything is

The hotel, the room, and the staff were excellent. The location was very convenient walking distance to everything. The price was also very reasonable. The hotel was very clean, and the food was great
Our stay at the Omni was great! The courteous and helpful staff made it enjoyable and pleasant! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable!
I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The concierge reached out to me, knowing that a balcony was important for a fun view. She upgraded us to a corner suite fully decorated for Christmas at no extra charge
It was wonderful! Housekeeping, valet, front desk, bar, and room service were all prompt and very kind! I’m so glad we stayed there. Great location as well! We’ll be back!
Overall was very impressed. Had an amazing getaway with my sweetheart. However, being in down where homeless people sadly have trashed the area around it did not make me feel good about it. Very sad
The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly! Along with a great location. We would stay here again for sure!
The only thing that is somewhat subpar is the pool - it’s still great but not as nice as it could be especially when compared to so many other new hotels in downtown Austin
The Four Seasons Austin is an institution as far back as I can remember in Austin when it was the only luxury hotel in town. Located right next to the river, overlooking the congress street bats as well
The room itself is very well appointed, luxurious bedding, heavenly bed, large sitting area. Doesn't really have a great work desk which is an issue for business travelers, but perfect for vacation
The lobby itself is impressively luxurious, opening onto a grand bar, seating areas, and then check in areas tucked away. The service is impeccable, from the valet at the front to the front desk
Love this hotel! Have stayed numerous times for work trips and for leisure. Service is impeccable and the location is perfect. Rooms have been recently renovated and are very nice
Great complimentary coffee and tea selection. Bathroom is also very well appointed, shower pressure is amazing, and very large bathroom. The rest of the property is also amazing

My family and I usually stay at the Omni every year for Christmas when visiting family, and the stay is always fantastic. Although the hotel is bit pricey, I can honestly say that it’s worth it
Staff was very helpful. Even after checkout we forgot and item. They quickly located it and got it back to us.
Very attentive staff, beautiful, open foyer. Well lit parking lot. Gorgeous and spacious room,
If you are interested in staying at the Omni, I would recommend using Priceline (my mom uses it for everything). You can usually get away with cheaper prices if you use it
Lovely stay! Service was amazing and I very much appreciated one of the staff members named
The pool amenity was a plus, even if you’re not going to swim, it’s such a nice place to relax and lay back, especially during the later hours into the night

We got the tickets for the free drinks although we couldn’t use as the bar closed early with no prior notice or signage posted. We received the probation a few days early, but with not enough time to book another place
The toilet tank was loose and looked like it was about to fall, which scared me a couple of times. There’s also construction going on, so it’s definitely better to be out of the room during the day
I qualified for an upgrade, but it wasn’t offered to me, which was frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I wasn’t impressed this time. On the positive side, the staff is very friendly
I was a little disappointed during this stay. I’ve stayed here before and it used to be my favorite hotel, but this visit fell short
Breakfast was okay, and Alfredo, the server, was especially kind and attentive
The location is great for shows at the Moody Center
This is our third stay at this hotel for ACL. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are great, nice rooftop pool, and a great coffee shop on site.
Pool area is great, very nice and helpful staff, well appointed rooms and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!
Clean, quiet, great amenities, lots of restaurants and bars in the area. I did not like that there is no shower doors and barn style bathroom door. Other than that, great hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff, great vibe and atmosphere, location close to downtown attractions. Good bar with tasty cocktails and finger foods before going out on the town. Would stay again.
We love Hotel Van Zandt! We do think the valet fee is ridiculous though. And we wish they had a hot tub. But overall a wonderful hotel for adults in Austin.
Front staff great. Early check in!!! Free 1 hour checkout delay! Great location with easy access to river trail.
I can certainly make up our own bed but all of our towels were dirty and on the bathroom floor and we had to call down and wait for new towels
The bathroom mirror and excessively bright lighting hide no flaws and are mercilessly unforgiving, that shocks the foundation of anyone’s confidence. Although I didn’t cry, I did come close
As with all Westins, this property is a solid 4 to 4. Good service (polite, quick, efficient), very clean, well located hotel. Richard, a bellman, was particularly helpful
Whatever lack of lighting the main area of the room suffers from the bathroom more than makes up for, with essentially bright, white, fluorescent stadium lighting
On the latter, the main room area has only 3 rather small localized lamps; no overhead lights at all…pretty dark (and we had a great view), if you like that
Overall, I loved the hotel, but I did come way about $200 lighter and significantly more self conscious because of that mirror and searchlight lighting…

During my recent stay at the Hilton Austin Airport hotel, I had a pleasant experience overall. The room I stayed in was nice and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a long day of traveling
I stayed at the Hilton and paid extra for a larger room, but it felt quite basic and didn’t really justify the additional cost. The view from the window was just a concrete wall, which was disappointing
Room is tidy and clan condition. Their airport pick drop service is 24 hours so I can use it easily. They asked me to call when I’ve arrived but the number wasn’t correct so I just followed direction then found the van
(Between the pillar K&L)
Cleaning lady is kind and seems energetic. Some small groceries you can buy next to the counter. Airplane noise only thing you can endure from early in the morning because of their location
The location is excellent, close to the passenger terminal. There's a shuttle bus to the hotel, which is great for those arriving late at night
The hotel is quite large, with a restaurant right below the rooms, but breakfast is an extra charge

Parked in the Apple lot without issue, the valet folks were very friendly, the lobby smells amazing, the people at the front desk were kind, the bar and restaurant were fantastic, the room was large with a wonderful view, and it was very clean
The front desk clerk, Victoria, always appeared cheerful. My room keys were ready for me in an instant. The maitre d, Carlton (I hope that I spelled his name right), was enthusiastic and helpful.
The staff here is excellent- We got a room upgrade and it was so spacious! The pool and hot tub are so clean and the surroundings are lovely and tranquil. The food in the restaurant is excellent! Highly recommend!
Breakfast service had the server's kids at a table by themselves while she worked. Noticeable due to the low customer count and the child clanking dishes and silverware from neighboring tables
Room was nice but ligting throughout was dark. Restaurant was limited in selections and had to send my pesto back. The bucatini was not fresh and drenched in sauce
I went outside to get my husbands ID (my idea). When I returned she said my would have to come in. He is handicapped and has mobility issue. She insisted that she had to see him right then
Room very clean and well laid out. Bed very comfortable. Gym and pool area were clean well kept. Bar lounge was very inviting. Perfectly located to stores an fine dining
Super clean room, towels and linens. Loved the free parking at Nordstrom. Only con was a tiny bit of road n noise.
Easy check-in with very kind and professional staff. The room was immaculate and well stocked. The location was great, and I enjoyed walking around, shopping, and eating. I’d definitely stay here again
This hotel was great! Perfect location for those that want to do some shopping and have walking-distance access to many food options. It was very clean and modern and the staff were all very helpful.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating before I even arrived. Being able to communicate via text while en route was so convenient
This is definitely a Five Star property !! Everyone goes beyond to make your stay Excellent !! We will return…
The Wyndham was a good hotel for a 5 day business trip to Austin as it was located very near the central business and entertainment areas with lots of dining choices nearby. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
The only suggestion I would make would be to place the shampoo, creme rinse and body wash in dispensers in the shower; the small bottles that were provided were too hard to squeeze out the product
The staff was very attentive and very kind
The staff was very courteous and helpful- the two casita rooms worked great for our family
For the second consecutive stay there was a major problem in a room on the first floor. This time it was no air conditioner and the tv couldn't receive any signal. The hot water never got warmer than lukewarm
I’m thinking maybe the hotel was dead because of holiday week? Good room rate. I asked for medium well burger but it was too rare. Staff I conversed with were friendly. Nice shuttle service to airport
Friendly staff: spotless, comfortable room: coffee every morning on each floor; attentive valets fetch your car quickly; lovely pool area
Gorgeous clean room, excellent customer service from staff, and the amenities like the shuttle was great to have. We definitely recommend Hotel ZaZa!
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice, big and clean
I love the whole vibe of this hotel. The lobby signature scent is divine. Love the room decor and spaciousness
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel ZaZa for 5 days and 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable. My room was spotless, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay
Never expected to compliment a shower, but it’s not probably the best hotel shower I’ve encountered in a long time
Parking at the hotel is valet only! Parking in garage across the street is cheaper
Clean nice rooms, fabulous staff. Will stay here again and I highly recommend it
convenient location, lots of restaurant & bar options nearby. Pet friendly and comfortable rooms, quiet and clean.
Good location lots of bars and restaurants near by nice staffs
It was clean, spacious and the service was friendly.
The only thing that could have made my experience better would have been a portable fan in my room, or if the fan in the room could be set to stay on, and also a microwave to heat up my left over meal at 3 in the morning!
This place is loud during the weekends, and it should be. I was offered a quieter room if requested, but I didn't come to Austin Texas for a quiet room. Never made it down for breakfast, so can't comment on that
