great service with great location. It's very safe place and convenient to ACC
The hotel is located on Second Street in downtown Austin, and the surrounding transportation and food are very convenient. There are many restaurants, but there is no Chinese food. In addition, the breakfast in the hotel is average, and there is no European hotel number.
The location was great and I love the convenience of the Starbucks in the hotel.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, and there are many restaurants around. Hotel service is in place.
Close to all the bars/restaurants/shopping
Staff was very courteous and professional. The check-in process was quick and painless. They took the time to explain the multiple amenities the hotel had to offer and where they were located. They were also very knowledgeable about area attractions and nearby dining options. They followed up after we checked in to ensure the room was to our liking. The room and the facility as a whole was both clean...

I stayed here with a big group for an event and had a great experience! Every person I interacted with was super helpful. In particular, the UPS employees had great attitudes throughout the busy days, and the lobby attendants, specifically Clinton, went above and beyond! Great stay all around. Thank you!
I have been staying here for long term due to business. The hotel provides many amenities to make my stay comfortable. Its location in downtown Austin makes it convenient to go anywhere, and the city views are nice. All the staff here are friendly and provide excellent service. I am satisfied with everything about this hotel.
Staying for 2 nights and what can I say! It’s been an amazing experience! The room is amazing, modern and clean! The bar is fantastic. Pool is perfect. Staff have gone above and beyond. Shoutout to J.Ortiz!
I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Austin! I had an issue with water temps being extremely hot with no way to use the cold water. Notified the front desk around 10pm, and they had maintenance in our room within 5 minutes to fix the issue. After he was done fixing our shower, he noticed we were low on towels and brought some up to us. That was so nice of him and it left a great impression. I wish I...
The property was wonderful. I loved the pool area. Local was perfect
Great staff and nice attention to detail. The front desk will give you bottled water everyday if you ask.

Everything is good except it doesn’t offer free water
This is our second time staying here for ACL festival weekend. They are dog friendly within limits. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great views of the city and Lady Bird lake from the upper floors. Very convenient if you're doing business or just trying to get the downtown vibe. Plenty of scooters nearby. The pool and poolside bar are hopping, and the little taco shop is not only convenient, but...
We were recently at the LINE for my sister's wedding reception. We were there all morning for bridal party hair and make up- the suite was more than ample to accommodate everyone and all of our things (more than 1 trash can would have been nice) I was able to check into my own room early with no issues. The valet attendants were super nice and quick! The location is great and is within walking distance...
I wasn’t overly impressed by my stay at The Line. The hotel is arty and chic, however lacs a lot of functionality and could use some updating. The location is great for getting around downtown and there are tons of scooters/ it’s very walkable. The hotel is rather dark. The entrance is like walking into a cave. We mentioned that the lights were out early in our stay and desk staff just laughed it...
The room's AC was inconsistent, difficult to find the right temperature. The room we had was right behind the elevators so it was hard to sleep hearing them going nonstop til 3am. The bathroom was also extremely dark and hard to even see yourself in the mirror.
The location was great. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Amenities were everything

Great hotel. Stayed here for a friend's wedding and was very impressed with how helpful the staff was. Great location too right next to Town Lake. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm down in Austin.
We had a conference at this location and the service was exceptional. The location is walking distance to local attractions, restaurants, so it was a good location. Enjoy Austin, music and BBQ. The city has plenty to offer and the hotel just made it easier to work and still had a little time to play. Do a little research ahead of time to make the best of it. I wish I had more time to spend, would...
The Hyatt is an Austin original. Great restaurant and bar and walking distance to almost everything Austin. Whether it's shopping at the Yeti store or watching the Congress Avenue bridge bats. Not to mention thread girls world headquarters restaurant is just across the way. The Hyatt also offers a great parking venue, in their garage, Another place with a great view, from the top floor.
Great hotel. Nothing crazy to boast about as everything was as expected, nothing disappointed. To get 5 stars I would've liked to see something more interesting in terms of the decorating, as it is advertised as a 'luxury' hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly, the available amenities that could be ordered to the room was extremely extensive! Cannot comment on the breakfast as I was not eating...
I really enjoy coming out here. Super family-friendly, with tons of activities for kids. The food in all of the restaurants is quite good. Call ahead for the food theme that night, and don't eat anything before you go - you want to have room for the dessert table. The upstairs restaurant is very nice, and makes a great date night. Give yourself time to stroll the grounds.

We had a great stay here and the valet men were absolutely fantastic. We interacted with Timothy on our checkout and he was so great! He helped me load my luggage in the car and was very attentive! Thank you Timothy!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to CJ in valet—he went above and beyond to make my experience seamless and stress-free. Five stars for his excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
Trying to decide on a downtown hotel, we selected this for the location and the great reviews. The place is lovely, clean, and contemporary. The service is excellent and location is spectacular. The rooms are nice and clean, but nothing that blew me away. Small rooms, but comfy beds and otherwise excellent accommodations. Keep in mind parking will cost you about $60, whether you self park or use valet
Very Nice place. High end. Luckily my Son works at an Omni. Great staff. Awesome building. Neat artwork. Very helpful and pleasant staff from the Valets , Front Desk, Maids and Security. You all helped make my stay less lonely when my Sons were busy or working. Thank You.
Highly recommend the Omni! Even before I arrived, a manager reached out to inquire if I needed anything. Beck at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. We LOVED this hotel! Marie-Grace at reception was wonderful and set the tone from the moment we arrived. She extended a warm mimosa welcome and later guided us to Tacos 10/10 which was one of our favourite spots to eat. The hotel has a boutique feel and changed our perception of what a Westin can be. Nothing about this felt like a chain hotel. The lobby is lovely, the rooms are tastefully appointed...

This was a great hotel stay. We enjoyed the poncho suite. Sexy and swanky the vibe is fantastic. Food at Geraldine was flavorful and the gin drink was hands down my new drink fav light floral and perfection. Johnny was a great addition to the experience--definitely keep him around. Only request? Add some robes to the room.
I cannot begin to explain how impressed we were with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was so gracious and accommodating. Upon our arrival, Bushra was all smiles and full of life. Very good hotel. The area is very interesting, with lots of nightlife and an incredible variety of options. The only downside is that there is music playing outside, but that wasn't a problem for me. The room is very nice and the spa tub is amazing. The price is right for a room of this caliber. Will definitely come back again.

As others mentioned, for the quality and the price point you just expect a little more. Example: balconies with beautiful views but no furniture to sit on and beds that are not as high of a quality as you might expect for Omni. It seems like they rely only on their golf course views. The property is beautiful and the golf course is immaculate. The pool chairs are ripping and quite uncomfortable. The...
I wanted to love Omni Barton Creek as it is a beautiful property and stunning to drive into. The surroundings are stunning and the golf course is immaculate looking (didn’t play). The resort was just okay. Much needed renovation. The pictures in the hallways are so out of date. Hard to believe they still have them up. Pictures were from Jim Crow days. We went for Christmas and they were short of staff. Hospitality industry unacceptable.
I had my wedding reception here. Everything went really well. The event planners and managers were always on top of everything and everyone was very accommodating.
Hotel is fantastic! Views, scenery and use of nature/outdoor areas is awesome! Service at the bar was a little slow, but I'm told that's temporary until renovation is completed. All else was great! Can't wait to come back in December for ice skating!

My family and I usually stay at the Omni every year for Christmas when visiting family, and the stay is always fantastic. Although the hotel is bit pricey, I can honestly say that it’s worth it. Like every penny pays off. If you are interested in staying at the Omni, I would recommend using Priceline (my mom uses it for everything). You can usually get away with cheaper prices if you use it. I came here for a work Christmas party. Ballroom was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful. Great experience.
This hotel is very conveniently located near interstate Highway 35. Also the ballroom is great for a company functions and of have attended several here in the past. If your company looking at having a gathering here I would recommend it, plenty of parking available and an easy to find location.
Nice hotel close to the highway and only $10 cab ride to downtown Austin. Really enjoyed our stay, it was very nice to be outside the city limits but still have access to all the nightlife and restaurants of Austin and the surrounding areas. Free parking, close proximity to gas stations, and various grocery stores.

Party of 7. Part of group did not receive all of their breakfast. Our steel oatmeal was cold. Service was questionable. More tables to serve then waitresses. Will not eat breakfast again.

The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants & a really cool area that the streets are blocked off at night. kind of like 6th street but it’s definitely a much higher economic level.

Incredibly convenient accommodations to the capitol. Have stayed here a couple of times for business. I have chosen to park at the parking garage on the same block which was about $40 a day vs $55 at hotel valet. Nice thought out rooms. They have motion activated lights. Very cozy.
The toilet in the corner room is part of the room, and the toilet bowl is not separated from the bedroom by a wall, but only by a glass partition. This funny design decision gives the feeling of the literal presence of someone using the toilet next to the sleeping person on the bed.
Newly built Hyatt hotel in the center. Since its new its all fresh which I like. After a few days my AC broke and the hotel kindly upgraded me to top suite with amazing views. Very kind and service minded staff that work hard to keep you happy. Had several dinners at Lumiers restaurant on the ground floor which also serves the breakfast - all good. I recommend this hotel.
Very new hotel with a new style. The building is very tall and narrow, with only about 1/2 dozen rooms on each floor. Our room was very stylish with great views, large windows, and interesting decorations. However, it was smaller and more narrow than a traditional hotel room (larger than Hyatt Tommie, but smaller than Hyatt Regency). Best for couples and singles, not recommended for families with children...
What a great stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were brand new and very stylish. We stayed in a deluxe room capital view which was phenomenal. Breakfast at Luminaire was delicious. The location is perfect. It was centrally located to everything in a very walkable city.
The hotel restaurant and check in + bar area is well designed and has an upscale, modern and welcoming atmosphere. I'm not entirely familiar with Hyatt's centric as we normally use Marriotts family of hotels. The only Hyatt experience we have is Grand Hyatt San Diego that we have stayed at twice.
