Housecleaning missed cleaning my room (partially my fault as I was in the room for the first pass), but then for turndown service as a substitute, just replaced towels and that was all. I can’t say enough great things about our stay! The concierge reached out to me, knowing that a balcony was important for a fun view. She upgraded us to a corner suite fully decorated for Christmas at no extra charge. It was wonderful! Housekeeping, valet, front desk, bar, and room service were all prompt and very kind! Yes, room was good but I wish this highly classy hotel room had an another chair to sit. The ONLY recommendation is to install a water bottle filling station at least in one location in the hotel. We live in the 21st century and we all owe it to mother EARTH to preserve the environment. It is also not good the introduce microplastics in our bodies too. We stayed in the spring suite at this wonderful hotel. The staff is always amazing! The spring suite has a beautiful screened in porch on the upper floors. The hotel is so nestled into the trees and is right off the main drag of SOuth Congress Ave. Lots of shops,restaurants, music.

The location is nice if you want to be in the middle of South Congress and the noise. If you are on the first floor you can hear loud walking and talking upstairs and all around you. Not good for a couples getaway. More of a business trip or party atmosphere
