Extended Stay Ameirca The key machine was damaged by a previous customer. Unfortunately, no keys could be given out, but the front desk was able to unlock the door for me. The room was very clean, cool, convient location and friendly front desk.

Enjoyed my stay here. Had a good time with my boo. Enjoyed breakfast and comfy bed.

I was very impressed with the size of the room for the price. Nice to have a full fridge, stove top, and a place to wash dishes if necessary. Face soap bar visibly different than the body soap bar. Friendly staff, which was relieving after how angsty everyone seemed to be at the airport. A nice reprieve.

After some flight issues we knew that we were going to be coming into Dallas very late. With our infant son we knew that we weren't going to be able to drive to our destination that night as planned. Brilliant suite rooms. Comfortable. 2 TV's. Full kichen and sub zero, stove and microwave. Bath and shower. All different rooms in the suite. Office area in lounge. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. 24 hour coffee and tea in foyer. Courtesy bus available for whatever you want. Brilliant clean accommodation.

The hotel was nice. Very close to the airport but you really don't hear a lot of noise from the planes. Breakfast staff was very pleasant.

Perfect hotel to stay at if you fly out of DFW in the wee hours of the morning and about 20 minutes from Love Field as well. The reasonably priced room was great. We had people in the rooms on either side of us and never heard a peep. Planes were coming into the airport the whole time and we were just far enough that we couldn't here them take off or land.

Before going to Dallas, I read some of the reviews for this motel so I decided to just go to Dallas and check out other motels. I was unable to find reasonable motels that were inviting so we went to this motel and we had a very good experience. Praise God the room was cleaned for us every time we left it. It's a Motel 6 in a rough-ish part of town. If you're staying here, you're doing it because its cheap. The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. The rooms have all been upgraded to the new Motel 6 look, but someone always has to mess up nice things. TV looked like someone tried to take it home with them. All in all, you get what you pay for and you can't beat their rates.

Better than a bad hotel, ok, but worse in hygiene and service than other hotels in Hampton Inn

It was simply normal. I was on a night flight and was planning to leave early the next day, so it was good for a few hours stay. Since it was a Hampton Inn, I was glad to have breakfast.

When I arrived gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming ( older gentleman I forgot his name). Service was great. Only thing was no one was at the desk when I was ready to check out ( 10:30 ish ). Had a wait a while. I like there was different stuff each day for breakfast:

I've had more than a wonderful time at my stay, I met Larry Bird the first two seconds when I walked in the door he was checking in for 2 days for business so that was pretty fun and exciting to check in my hotel and get a meet one of my favorite basketball players above all time from the Boston Celtics baby!!

Old, but clean. Air good and cold. Awesome breakfast free, free news papers, polite staff that are willing to make changes if needed. We would stay there again since the price and other amenities were good.

We were staying here the weekend of march 10th. It seemed like a good hotel until we got home from the mavericks game. We weren't there 10 minutes and someone was murdered outside of our hotel room. I went to talk to the front desk lady about a refund or to talk to her manager and she was very rude and acted as if she didn't care. Hmmm..... The room was clean (except for the blanket on the bed, yuck!) Front desk staff certainly didn't go out of their way to be friendly. Not even a thank you at check out -it kind of seems like none of them like their jobs. Double charged my card. Next door neighbor partying and smoking in a non smoking area of the hotel, so yep, my kids were breathing in smoke -not okay. Close to downtown...

Acceptable for the price paid, but don't expect a modern hotel. Everything is old, rusty, used. Bed done but bedding not changed from the previous client!!! Also, advertised as breakfast included, but this place doesn't have breakfast. Not included, not paid, no breakfast at all.

Maybe it's because of the relationship between the living rooms. The equipment and water pressure are not good, but forget about the business.

There was no free airport shuttle service close to midnight the time I arrived The motel should have this service available even without phone service as per the booking. Convenient for the trip, about 15 min from downtown. Down the street from Waffle House, Starbucks and the post Malone canes! Only downside was Adult entertainment was surrounding the property though.

Room was next to staircase. VERY LOUD all night we heard stomping up and down all night. Door to the staircase was extremely squeaky, again, ALLNight long. Need better insulation or something!!!

Hotel with great value for money, clean room, very welcoming staff

The sheets were stained when we arrived, but we called and they changed them while we were gone. They had pretty good cleaning services. The pool was closed due to the season which kind of sucked, but oh well. Overall it was a pretty good cheap stay.

Renovation is long overdue. No elevator, and the room keys are hyper-sensitive to phones. I’m exhausted from trekking up and down the stairs just to get my keys reset.

The hotel is decent; it would be even better if the breakfast options were more varied.

Everything’s is ok expect room AC & before checkout hotels staff like to complain guest about water leakage in bathroom after shower.

Room was ok. But the whole hotel was smelly with cigarettes, to add on dirty carpet and sticky floors.. you feel suffocated inside the elevator.

We usually like to stay at Comfort Inns for the full breakfast. However the breakfast at this facility was not the same quality as others we've stayed at.

The staff was very nice. Always greeted with a smile. We did have a problem with our keys working. Had to have them reprogrammed everyday. There was limited parking due to large trucks parked in the very small parking area. Luckily we got back to our room around 6:30PM to grab the last open spots every night. My check-in was very easy. The lobby was clean, beautiful accommodating with fresh water, fresh coffee and hot water for tea. My room was absolutely wonderful. I'll return.

I've been in worse. This place just needs work. Looks like the room had been painted and they forgot to put the light and outlet plates back on. Adjustable shower head would be a suggestion I'm not 6ft tall. If the room sleeps 4 why not have 4 towel. 4 wash cloths, and a couple of hand towels. Ours had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Yes, everything was clean and the atmosphere perfectfor our adventure. Suggestions for those haded there. Have plenty of drinks snacks and toiletres especially your own towels. 2 aren't near enough for the fn that can be had there. Lol its kinda out of the way, so have your supplies ready. Past that, its a great spot to have adult fun!!

Novelty Stay. It’s exactly what I expected. We needed a cheap place to stay for the night until our following reservation the next day at a different hotel was ready. The novelty of the pole and the free pornography was great and the blue LED lights were a nice touch. I do with the pillows had pillow cases and the bed frame be cleaner but hey, add a couple more channels and I’d rate it 4 stars.

At times the hotel had a damp, wet, sewage smell, nice people clean room - SMALL shower, but good HOT water, I would stay again simply because of the hot water.

The staff was polite and accommodating, and the room seemed comfortable enough. We especially enjoyed the bar/restaurant. When it was time to tuck in, it got tricky. There as too much light coming in from the top of the curtains and a lot of road noise. It made it difficult to sleep.

Checking in the lady treated me like family and like I was a valued customer the shuttle driver Ray was one of the friendliest men ever met I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone or family. This hotel is a few miles from a location you can get on rail which was convenient. The bed and pillows were nice and comfortable.

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was just so-so but staff was friendly. Not the best neighborhood but close to the airport. There is excessive noise from freeway.

Overall experience is good, the facilities look new and comfortable. On the other side, I experience that the hot water from the tap is milky white and did a comparison between the cold and hot. Took a video and show the front desk. I simply gotten a reply that this should be normal because " no other people complain about this.....". Anyway, I just avoid using the hot water cause it's just one night...
