I stayed here for a few days this week after visiting some friends in the area. Considering the time of the year I stayed (2018/19 holiday season), it was no surprise the hotel was nearly dead. Always clean and reasonably quiet. Smoking rooms aren't quite as well kept, but that's pretty typical. Shower is TINY and shower curtain isn't quite long enough, so water will get all over the floor. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Breakfast is minimal, probably because of the restaurant across from the lobby, but there's a Jack in the Box across the street if you want a more substantial meal. Very pleased with our stay. The staff allowed us to choose where our room was located (upstairs or downstairs). Location was quiet. Slept through the night with no complaints. Beds were also very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice perk. Decent food.

I've had more than a wonderful time at my stay, I met Larry Bird the first two seconds when I walked in the door he was checking in for 2 days for business so that was pretty fun and exciting to check in my hotel and get a meet one of my favorite basketball players above all time from the Boston Celtics baby!!

Old, but clean. Air good and cold. Awesome breakfast free, free news papers, polite staff that are willing to make changes if needed. We would stay there again since the price and other amenities were good.

Stayed here for a weekend at the Dallas stair fair. Ubering there on a Saturday morning was ~$12, and ubered back at night for about the same price. Better than a bad hotel, ok, but worse in hygiene and service than other hotels in Hampton Inn

It was simply normal. I was on a night flight and was planning to leave early the next day, so it was good for a few hours stay. Since it was a Hampton Inn, I was glad to have breakfast.

Acceptable for the price paid, but don't expect a modern hotel. Everything is old, rusty, used. Bed done but bedding not changed from the previous client!!! Also, advertised as breakfast included, but this place doesn't have breakfast. Not included, not paid, no breakfast at all.

Maybe it's because of the relationship between the living rooms. The equipment and water pressure are not good, but forget about the business.

Pretty much same service and cleanness as the hotel fare. Look location!

Not ideal for long stays, I paid $10 a day to a cleaner much well kept hotel in the Philippines.

Convenient for the trip, about 15 min from downtown. Down the street from Waffle House, Starbucks and the post Malone canes! Only downside was Adult entertainment was surrounding the property though.

Room was next to staircase. VERY LOUD all night we heard stomping up and down all night. Door to the staircase was extremely squeaky, again, ALLNight long. Need better insulation or something!!!

Hotel with great value for money, clean room, very welcoming staff

The sheets were stained when we arrived, but we called and they changed them while we were gone. They had pretty good cleaning services. The pool was closed due to the season which kind of sucked, but oh well. Overall it was a pretty good cheap stay.

its ok for a short stay if you don't mind the distance to shopping or good restaurants.

Renovation is long overdue. No elevator, and the room keys are hyper-sensitive to phones. I’m exhausted from trekking up and down the stairs just to get my keys reset.

The hotel is decent; it would be even better if the breakfast options were more varied.

Upon arrival and entering hotel was not greeted by front desk worker. The front desk worker would leave the front desk and not be of service when we needed help. Just an unpleasant experience, I don’t recommend.

The room was okay. Stayed with my son overnight. Only real complaint was the noise from the freeway. Also I had requested a roll of TP and they weren't exactly happy to provide me a new one. The one they gave me was already opened. I found that a bit strange since the roll of TP in the room upon check in was already more than half used as well. You'd expect better for $82 for a night.

The room was spacious and the A/C worked wonderful. The bed was so worn out that we felt like we slept on the box spring so we woke up very sore. The bed only had 2 pillows for a king sized bed. The restroom door hit the toilet every time you closed it.

Very peaceful, rooms are clean, customer service was very good and friendly, pet friendly too. I highly recommend this Motel 6 Dallas Tx North Dallas. Not bad for the price and No Deposit Required.

I love the fully stocked kitchen, the location, and the fact that you can get a smoking room... And, one on the first floor! One of my go to spots!

I've been in worse. This place just needs work. Looks like the room had been painted and they forgot to put the light and outlet plates back on. Adjustable shower head would be a suggestion I'm not 6ft tall. If the room sleeps 4 why not have 4 towel. 4 wash cloths, and a couple of hand towels. Ours had 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for 2 people. Yes, everything was clean and the atmosphere perfectfor our adventure. Suggestions for those haded there. Have plenty of drinks snacks and toiletres especially your own towels. 2 aren't near enough for the fn that can be had there. Lol its kinda out of the way, so have your supplies ready. Past that, its a great spot to have adult fun!!

Novelty Stay. It’s exactly what I expected. We needed a cheap place to stay for the night until our following reservation the next day at a different hotel was ready. The novelty of the pole and the free pornography was great and the blue LED lights were a nice touch. I do with the pillows had pillow cases and the bed frame be cleaner but hey, add a couple more channels and I’d rate it 4 stars.

This is the only place to stay in Dallas when passing through, staff is always friendly and accommodating.

They clean every room every day, it’s Motel 6 but a little nicer and better rate. Right off the freeway in an industrial park so there aren’t many people around other than other guests. Convenient drive to anywhere in DFW, and they do weekly rates too.

The staff was friendly and the shuttle drivers were great. However, the room had a bright flood light from the pool area beaming in to a point even the curtains did not make the room dark. Best place to stay for airport parking & shuttle service….well lit & staff monitors parking lot often

The staff was polite and accommodating, and the room seemed comfortable enough. We especially enjoyed the bar/restaurant. When it was time to tuck in, it got tricky. There as too much light coming in from the top of the curtains and a lot of road noise. It made it difficult to sleep.

Excellent hotel, accommodations, cleanliness, food, happy hour, staff and room!!! VERY UPSET to drive up to the hotel to park, and find parking was over $20 / night!!! OUTRAGEOUS! We didn't know until we got there. We parked, and hotel staff confirmed we had to pay for it. We paid for 3 days even though we stayed 2 nights. NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION!!!!!

Prices at bar were ridiculous. $12 for a beer? $27 for a bourbon? Housekeeping was awful. Had to call. Room only serviced once. Crumbs in hallway were there when we checked in and were still there when we left this AM. Very disappointed. Have stayed at this hotel every time we visit family in Dallas. May have to reconsider next time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites; however, the area next to our room was under construction. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but I wish someone had informed us in advance. Also, I'd like to point out that you're charged for parking as a guest.

Found old M&Ms by my bed on the floor. I liked the breakfast, that was nice. All the workers were great.

The room was clean and we saw a few roaches as if they had exterminated and they decided to come out because after that we didn’t see anything else. It was really quiet,the staff was nice. The breakfast was basic nothing facncy eggs and sasuage, cereal, waffle. The jacuzzi not working in the sense it didn’t get hot was a bummer bc that was why i booked it was basically 2 cold pools.

Staff was nice location was good.I did not like the hotel The water got warm not hot so we had to take fast showers it was cold. The sink had a leak so when turned on water was everywhere had to put a towel to soak it up. I will not stay there again. You get what you pay for.

Everything’s is ok expect room AC & before checkout hotels staff like to complain guest about water leakage in bathroom after shower.

Room was ok. But the whole hotel was smelly with cigarettes, to add on dirty carpet and sticky floors.. you feel suffocated inside the elevator.
