Great hotel, perfect location close to grocery store, gas stations, a Walmart, fast food restaurants, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was a very strange hotel experience. The staff almost completely ignored me from the moment I got out of the taxi when the valet didn't even look up from his phone to greet me. The staff was often sitting/standing together chatting and never greeted me (or anyone). I love a historic property and wanted to like this place. I won't be back.

I had a wonderful stay but the price of the room and especially the parking fee of 50 dollars a day (plus tips for the valet) were way too high, I had no idea the parking was the price it was. It was not clear on the reservation and there were so many added fees iit almost doubled the cost. There are other comparable hotels not nearly that expensive. It’s a lovely old hotel but I won’t be staying there...

Housekeeping was poor. Overall it seemed the property was somewhat understaffed. Little things all around the property were not well maintained and managed.

It was a very good stay. The pool and bar area are outstanding. Bathrooms a bit dated but overall excellent hotel. I would be back.

Our flight got cancelled at DFW so we were exhausted, frustrated and hungry. Staff was very friendly! They had a little diner type of restaurant. Food was fine, room was clean and shuttle was perfect. I would definitely recommend it for an airport hotel.

The surrounding neighborhood is not very safe and there are homeless people; the room facilities are average.

I missed breakfast but was given tea for free. Had trouble getting cold water out of shower and also getting reception on tv(channels were scrambled)but response was immediate. Room smelled musty but I was able to open door on balcony.

Tired and in need of a refresh. The bedroom was clean and more modern, but the bathroom (especially the shower) is showing its age and needs a refresh. Gaskets were hanging from the shower door, there was rust/dirt in corners, bad caulking, etc. Bathroom sink light was really dim.

I love staying at courtyards. They are consistent and clean and great standards. This one upheld those just like all the others.

Not so clean. Went out to swim in the pool. Had a large RAT race out in front of me. Next morning there was Large cockroaches in the bathroom. See attached photo.

The very best part of our stay was the staff! Every single person was helpful and courteous! The property is dated and our suite was beat up. The couch was horrible. Door looked like it had seen a crow bar and kitchen cabinets were bad. The place needed to be dusted. Its a great location for medical stuff but just needs some work.

Location was great in terms of what we were doing. Noise from nearby roadways was a little loud. Hotel could use some updating but it served our purposes very well for the weekend.

Kind and efficient checkin staff with coffee available in the Lobby. However, the room was stuffy and musty.

There is no smart tv, or microwave Bottom Security lock was not working in my room. The rooms were in need of updating, there was peeling wall paper in the room and worn carpet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a free shuttle to local areas. The room was good with a comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Lots of hot food and other food to choose from. Would stay there again.

Convenient Front desk check in was easy. I was worried about checking in late after our event. It was great and she was very nice! We will stay here again.

There was no mirror or lighting that made it easy for putting in contacts or makeup. Also, no full length mirror. Underneath the bedside tables there were big unattractive wires hanging down. Staff was very nice and attentive.

Accidentally booked this through express deals on Priceline so I cannot cancel it after reading all the reviews. The lobby looks so fancy but the room is not. Stayed at the location for a training seminar within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and everyone was very polite and accommodating. Thank you to the bartender and host at breakfast. The made me feel like home. I will miss my stay.

The rooms are minimalistic by design with high ceilings. All walls were concrete so it allowed for a lot of echoes throughout. Heard people vomiting on the floor above.

The stay was great. The size of the room was nice, it was clean and spotless. The bathroom had a water closet which I loved. The rooftop area was nice as well and they had good food/drinks. The location was okay. There were good food options within 15 min of the hotel.

Everything was amazing. I just didn’t know pets was allowed. I’m totally allergic but the front desk gave me allergy meds and saved the day….

We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel but the time we did was great. Had breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. An excellent experience overall.

Room was ok. The AC was obnoxiously loud. The beds were fine and cleaning crew was good. The other people staying in rooms were soo loud in hallway. And it was like nonstop. Definently alot of indian folk stay here. Soo maybe thats just thier culture.who knows. I wont be staying again for that reason. I just wanna sleep. The breakfast provided was pathetic. We just went somewhere else for food.

Hotel quite close to the airport. And 40 minutes by train to the center of Dallas. The room was clean. The service was very nice. I give it fewer stars because unfortunately there was no hot water. The shower in cold water was not very pleasant.

The property is very nice and located in Avery nice location, you need to be careful about cleanliness as I found on towel to be stained. The hotel is on US 75 so you should expect noise almost all the time

Staff at ftont desk very helpful. Offered early check in, which I accepted. Of course there was an additional nominal fee. ( $ 10.00 ) . still I was already there.

Perfect stay for the money we spent. We weren't asking for much, but they delivered on all the important pieces. The only thing that bothered me was that the area around the hotel had a lot of litter and food trash, which wasn't great when I took my dog out for exercise in the morning. They do have a dog exercise area, and that is kept clean, so I think the hotel is doing everything it needs to....

Great value for the price. Close to a lot of great restaurants. We stayed with our dog and it was convenient; we had a ground-floor room. The area around the hotel is sort of messy, with litter that made walking our dog a little precarious (she likes to eat trash, if we're not watching carefully). But everything else was perfectly serviceable.

The staff on site is professional and easy to start a conversation with. I stayed for 2 weeks it was enjoyable, with plenty of options for food around it. A Wal-Mart and gas station are also located near the location.

The staff were courteous and the stay at the hotel itself good. There were however, a couple of cars in the parking lot broken into that night. I was surprised because this is generally an ok area.

We are checking out today, we stayed 3 nights with 2 people and a dog. In a king sized room on the bottom floor, right next to the elevator and the gym. It was so quiet and peaceful and we know for sure there were people staying beside us but it was barely noticeable...

There are a few restaurants in the area. There was also a sign by the door to make sure it was locked at night and not to open it to anyone. The pool was closed during my stay and apparently it has been closed for a while. It’s a budget friendly location so you get what you pay for.

Wi-Fi was down but that’s not their fault very impressed with the stay considering the price

Lots of noise from the people upstairs well into the night on my first night, sounded like a kid up way too late but that's not the hotel's fault. When I checkout out of OYO, I brought my receipt for the deposit. The staff never reminded about getting back my deposit. I had to ask them about it for them to give it back to me

CHEAP CHEAP SLEPT FINT The customer service was good. The room was cheap and PERFECTLY CLEAN. The halls were meh in a kinda bad neighborhood.

The staff was nice enough, the room was clean. It was quiet for the most part. They do need to fix their dryers. It's three floors and the stairs are very narrow but the elevator is very slow so take your pick.

The fragrance in the lobby is overpowering and it smells like it’s covering the smell of urine. Everything else is great but every time I stay there, my whole family says that it smells like a fragrance covering urine. It’s just way way way too strong.

I found this property by chance when I could not get into the hotel where I was going for a conference. This is an amazing hotel with wonderful comfortable rooms and a quiet atmosphere. I definitely want to go back for a long weekend.

Clean room. Staff was very helpful. The only thing that bothered us was the internet/tv service in the bedroom, it would buffer every few seconds. And on the tv in the front room some of the channels weren't working. Other than that everything was great. Hot water in the shower. Comfy bed. Full size fridge, silverware and dishes. Bottle/wine opener.

The location of the hotel is good . There some shops in walking distance. The main problem of this hotel is not very clean . It has some bad smell .

Very welcoming, and the airport shuttle is very convenient. Due to the hotel's location and price, the facilities and environment are not particularly surprising. But fortunately, everything is relatively clean, but the sound insulation is a little bit poor.

The only detail is that in some rooms there is no refrigerator or microwave and sometimes even though they ask for your rating to improve, they don't do it every time I have stayed in that place again, it remains the same, nothing has changed

Generally friendly staff and very clean...but not quiet and certain things make the place feel as if the renovation is not finished. The full 1 inch gap under the door allows in a lot of light as do the curtains. The noise level was consistently louder than it should have been. I would recommend it over Motel 6, but next time I will rebook at the Marriott TownePlace Suites for about 10 dollars a night...

Our stay was amazing. Picked up on time from the airport, and was brought back to the airport on time the next morning. Everyone was friendly and the room was very nice and clean. I would definitely do this again.

We stayed 4 days here......it was peaceful didn't hear alot of noise. The housekeeping staff comes by every morning with fresh towels and sheets. It's not the Hilton, but if you need to get away for a few days or traveling and need a place to stop this place is ok. Pros Ac works great they have armed security patrolling at night tv could be better but it has basic cable there is alot of stores and restaurants close to the location and staff is respectful no bugs Cons no swimming pool not in a great location but the drama stays outside of the property shower heads could be taller For 55 a night or stay 3 nights get one free you could do alot worse for more money

I don't understand what's the problem, if you have a problem with this place then leave. I like it here me being from LA this place is more than a safe haven, at least they have security guards (armed) my room is clean and always has been, this is home for because LA gave me hell. I met some family here, and ate and drank at their restaurant/bar. Amazing food, and even more amazing staff. The place was great, and I will never forget their hospitality!

Fantastic bartender! I was very impressed with the service. We arrived 10 min before closing on a Thursday night to have a cocktail... were informed that they were about to close. Nevertheless, were provided great service while they closed out. Nice wine list, beautiful open contemporary environment with a nice patio. I will return.

Black mold in the restroom, wallpaper about to peel as well. I did like the tile flooring in the restroom area and there are roaches but minimal.

After carefully checking all the hotels near the area. I gave Executive Inn a chance to give me the historic getaway I needed. Why was I right. This hotel gave me a wonderful concierge experience the minute I stepped my foot inside. After getting my room card I stepped into my room of choice. The room I chose had AC already on so it felt so good.

Freaking love it here don't remember if I had a pool or not. I was swimming alone in my own mind scratching digging trying so hard to find a way to stay out of trouble away to be more defined. In the end if you drink you won't understand and may have to think and Rewind and watch again.

Great day wonderful location close to everything

Everything was decent: the bed, bathroom facilities, and breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is directly connected to the airport. For 15,000 yen a night, I'd say it's good value. It's not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding area isn't very safe, so I recommend avoiding going out at night.

Positives- Location was easy to get to. The reception has nice cookies which I enjoyed. Negatives- I booked a king size bedroom, but was put in a double queen bed and when I tried to call the reception, the phone did not work. I had to call them on my mobile and then they told me to come get the new key without considering my luggage. It did not sit right with me that you have to pay a deposit...

The hotel was ok, no problems. Easy and quick check-in, a generic American breakfast (nothing bad, but also nothing remarkably good). If you need a place to stay downtown, nothing wrong with this one.

It was a great location. Very accessible to downtown and nearby attractions, however the cleaning services could've done better in refilling stuff in the toilet. Over all, the stay was okay.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Dallas Downtown is a well renovated, newly inspired property retaining some of the historic appointments while rejuvenating the overall environment. It was a pleasant stay.

Staff were amazing! Super kind. Rooms were super spacious and clean, Only issue was the elevator went out so the whole weekend we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs anytime we went somewhere. Wouldn’t have been the biggest deal but I’m recovering from a car accident so climbing up and down stairs was not the greatest choice for me. Other than that I would of gave it hotel 5 stars
