Dewey was amazing at check-in. He remembered my name from check-in all the way through check-out, which was a really nice and unexpected touch. It made the stay feel personal, and overall it was an excellent value for the price.

Room was clean, extra pillow and layout of room was nice! The staff were amazing and breakfast was amazing! The only negative thing I would say there was a smell maybe stale smell when we entered.

Amazing staff and hotel. The location was great - right near the DART line for easy access to airport and Dallas city. The breakfast was fantastic and rooms clean. We discovered they also have a free airport shuttle. The staff at the front desk were so lovely and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

Stayed at the location for a training seminar within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and everyone was very polite and accommodating. Thank you to the bartender and host at breakfast. The made me feel like home. I will miss my stay.

Room was nice, had a good view of the city and Thanksgiving park from the 12th floor. Lots of of food and drink options within a short walk but lots of putrid smells and homeless along the way. Hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming. The biggest complaint was upon showering in the morning the water wouldn't get hot, lukewarm at best.

Stayed at CANVAS Hotel Dallas and really enjoyed the artsy loft vibe, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The rooftop infinity pool and bar have amazing skyline views and are easily the highlight of the property.

Room was smaller than expected but none the less enjoyable. Loved the industrial look and the rooftop. They were hosting an ugly Xmas sweater party which was cute. Loved the holiday decor

Charged an additional fee which was not disclosed on ******* when booking. I was told this was Expedia’s fault. True? Besides this, hotel offers a unique experience and definitely check out rooftop bar. Had a great time, but the surprise charge was unfortunate as we concluded our stay.

Perfect stay for the money we spent. We weren't asking for much, but they delivered on all the important pieces. The only thing that bothered me was that the area around the hotel had a lot of litter and food trash, which wasn't great when I took my dog out for exercise in the morning. Very nice rooms that was larger than an average hotel room. Had a balcony. Wonderful on site spa type restaurant with very fresh food. We were going to events in Uptown and Highland Park which was 20 min away. Lots of Uber. Hallways have too much scent spray.

The fragrance in the lobby is overpowering and it smells like it’s covering the smell of urine. Everything else is great but every time I stay there, my whole family says that it smells like a fragrance covering urine. It’s just way way way too strong.

Was easy to park and food near by

There are a few restaurants in the area. There was also a sign by the door to make sure it was locked at night and not to open it to anyone. The pool was closed during my stay and apparently it has been closed for a while. It’s a budget friendly location so you get what you pay for.

Everything was decent: the bed, bathroom facilities, and breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is directly connected to the airport. For 15,000 yen a night, I'd say it's good value. It's not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding area isn't very safe, so I recommend avoiding going out at night.

Negatives- I booked a king size bedroom, but was put in a double queen bed and when I tried to call the reception, the phone did not work. After carefully checking all the hotels near the area. I gave Executive Inn a chance to give me the historic getaway I needed. Why was I right. This hotel gave me a wonderful concierge experience the minute I stepped my foot inside. After getting my room card I stepped into my room of choice. The room I chose had AC already on so it felt so good.

Freaking love it here don't remember if I had a pool or not. I was swimming alone in my own mind scratching digging trying so hard to find a way to stay out of trouble away to be more defined. In the end if you drink you won't understand and may have to think and Rewind and watch again.

Hotel quite close to the airport. And 40 minutes by train to the center of Dallas. The room was clean. The service was very nice. I give it fewer stars because unfortunately there was no hot water. The shower in cold water was not very pleasant.

I often come here on business trips and often stay here. It is very convenient to rent a car to travel.

The hotel is in the middle of reconstruction so some of the amenities that we were looking forward to making use of were unavailable. The staff was as accommodating as they could be and we enjoyed our stay none the less. We are looking forward to the renovations being done, as I'm sure the rest of the staff are as well.

Hotel is under major renovations with front lobby and main entrance under construction. Entry is through back by the pool where there’s a makeshift lobby that has a podium as front desk. That temp lobby is very noisy during day due to construction of main lobby. And be careful as temp entry walkway has broken tiles as you come in. Am sure that once completed hotel will more than meet 4 star rating...

Nice hotel, under construction so didn’t get the best lens to write a review. I will say that the windows on the Maple street side are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING happening outside, especially the bar across the street (which the bar is very great and the owner is very nice). You definitely need a sound machine to drown out the noise, if not, then enjoy hearing everyone enjoying outside...

Staff were amazing! Super kind. Rooms were super spacious and clean, Only issue was the elevator went out so the whole weekend we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs anytime we went somewhere. Wouldn’t have been the biggest deal but I’m recovering from a car accident so climbing up and down stairs was not the greatest choice for me. Other than that I would of gave it hotel 5 stars

During my 2 nights and 3 days stay here, I saw three different dead cockroaches. There were no bedbugs in the bed. The hangers were rusty and covered in dust. There were no problems using the bathroom, and the other guests were quiet, so it was a comfortable stay. However, I sincerely hope that I will never see a live cockroach during my next visit. Please make sure to exterminate the cockroaches.

The house was as advertised with no hidden surprises. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The kids really enjoyed the activity amenities provided!!!

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. Kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was well-organized. The bed was very comfortable. The fenced yard provided plenty of space for our collie-shepherd. The neighborhood's sidewalks were great for walks to the nearby dogpark. Justin is an awesome host!

Nicely remodeled open concept home with lots of room to hang out with the family. I am definitely not a pool shark but it was fun getting to shoot a few games with our son. I loved the huge kitchen island. We were in town for a wedding at the Arboretum which was only 8 minutes away. That was a huge plus.
