Nice location, nice and clean room.

The room was nice and the staff was attentive and friendly.

The people weren't super friendly just okay when we checked in. Biggest problem I had was the water temperature it doesn't get hot, just warm.

Only knock was the staff didn’t get any towels when I asked

The downside I would say is there’s NO FREE WIFI ! .. parking is $55… other than that the hotel room was clean and spacious. My boyfriend and I got a king size bedroom, Stayed for one night. ELLE (bar) (3113 Ross Ave) was 5 minutes away so it was perfect. I do love that check out is at 12p !

Unfortunately bar service needs to step up their game. Very slow & limited staffing was not the issue. Just plain sub -standard service for an upscale hotel.

For this to be a 5-star hotel, they fell short in some areas. The shower and bed hair random hair strands. The shower wasn't fully clean. The floors in the bathroom were also very dirty. They charge a daily hotel fee. The lobby was beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants.

check in was very easy, the hotel is nicely decorated and the staff was very kind, courteous and professional. I loved the pool perhaps this area was my favorite. The bar/lounge was nice food was good the adult beverages were decent the prices were a bit high but it's hotel they all over charge. I had a nice quiet room and it was very comfortable.

Since Covid I have noticed that a lot of hotels have had a hard time with housekeeping, NOT the case at the Beeman. Our room was cute, comfortable and beautifully clean. It was lovely to come back after a busy day out and about to fresh towels and a tidy room. The coffee maker actually had decent coffee and there was great water pressure in the shower. One of the cleanest Hilton properties I've been in Texas. Staff was super friendly and the rooms very well kept. The only issue was the tub, it leaked and dripped all night long.

The artsy feel of this place is fun and creative. To me it gives a little “Beetlejuice” vibe at the entrance which is kinda cool and the elevators with the peephole adds a European vibe. They pre-charged me for incidentals charged to my room before I even opened my front door. I asked why and they said it's for anything I would charge to my room, but I wasn't planning on charging anything to my room and they charged me anyway.

Staff was great, it’s the hotel that’s frustrating. We had to have maintenance come into our room to change a valve from the heat to the AC. And breakfast was written about in our key cards and mentioned at check in but no one ever said it cost 18$, till we had a plate and ready to eat. Almost put the plate down and walked away but didn’t want to be rude.

Unfortunately, there was a sewage leak and we had to switch rooms. There was an older and each one of the rooms that we were in. The best part was the staff member Johnny. He was so helpful and even helped locate some activities in Dallas for us newcomers. I would stay again, but they need to fix the sewage.

It's in the middle of Deel Ellum, the most fascinating culture spot in Dallas. What I loved the most is the safety I felt when I come back after the day. All the staffs(even of the neighborhood buildings) are very kind and helpful. The view, facilities, cleanness, interior design, delicate lighting system, restaurant — I loved them all. This hotel made my trip here perfect. Definitely will come back

Room was nice, had a good view of the city and Thanksgiving park from the 12th floor. Lots of of food and drink options within a short walk but lots of putrid smells and homeless along the way.
