Nice location, nice and clean room.
The room was nice and the staff was attentive and friendly.
The people weren't super friendly just okay when we checked in. Biggest problem I had was the water temperature it doesn't get hot, just warm.
Only knock was the staff didn’t get any towels when I asked
The downside I would say is there’s NO FREE WIFI ! .. parking is $55… other than that the hotel room was clean and spacious. My boyfriend and I got a king size bedroom, Stayed for one night. ELLE (bar) (3113 Ross Ave) was 5 minutes away so it was perfect. I do love that check out is at 12p !
Last minute reservation. So easy to book and room was perfect.

Excellent e hotel and location. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Amenities , restaurants , rooms were great.
Beautiful property. Our room was perfect. It was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a nice view.
Our stay at The Crescent Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality from the staff truly set this hotel apart.
Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and welcoming, but a special thank-you must go to Manny, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Manny took extra care to ensure...
Unfortunately bar service needs to step up their game. Very slow & limited staffing was not the issue. Just plain sub -standard service for an upscale hotel.
Rafael at the front was excellent in providing us a wonder birthday experience. The hotel was in a fun vibe area that was walkable with lots of great restaurants and bars. They even had a surprise cheesecake piece for my birthday in the room waiting. Thanks Rafael - your the best.
The hotel was in a great location and the room was great. The only issue I had was a $75 overnight Valet charge.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was a decent place to stay, good location a bit outside the city but not far, and clean. But not exciting or desirable for much other than for sleeping. The pool is small. But the gym is quiet and sufficiently equipped.
The first room I checked into had an air conditioner that was as loud as an airplane engine. There was also no phone in the room, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it, and then they arranged a room change. The second room they gave me was clearly much smaller than the one I originally booked, but since I had a child with me and four suitcases, I didn’t bother asking for another change. The...
Wonderful stay - courteous service, prompt response to my inquiries, quiet hotel which allowed me to relax and get much needed sleep. As a female travelling solo, I felt very safe.
Love the hotel! It’s clean and beautiful. Breakfast is the best. Nice view too

Just top tier. One of my favorite hotels and rooms I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying at.
Everything was amazing, except the price of course. I would def come back if it was more affordable.
Very nice place to stay. Room was super clean and staff was very friendly.
The staff does a truly exceptional job at ensuring their guests are happy. I highly recommend! They always go above and beyond.
Cleaning has to be called in. And house keeping does not come for turn down.
For this to be a 5-star hotel, they fell short in some areas. The shower and bed hair random hair strands. The shower wasn't fully clean. The floors in the bathroom were also very dirty. They charge a daily hotel fee. The lobby was beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants.

This was one of my favorite hotel stays in Dallas ever. The staff was so polite, walking distance to American Airlines, good food, and incredible views. We will be staying here again
The staff was very courteous and kind. They provided a bottle of champagne as we were celebrating our anniversary!!
Very nice hotel. The bed, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable. We had a view of the American Airline Center. We attended the Mavs game that night. It was very convenient to simply walk across the street to attend the game.
Very convenient for going to the American Airlines arena. Don’t have to worry about parking.
Great Location
Perfect location and accommodation for anyone wanting to attend an event at the AA center or anything in Victory area.
The check in was okay, but they changed my room from a balcony room to regular suite room. One room was hot, the other was cool. The sink drain made a popping noise all night long. Not what I was expecting at a hotel of this nature!

The room and hotel was nice amd clean and going through updating at this time. It was cold, in the 30s outside and the heat never went above 65 inside, brrr, i did let them know when we checked out. Temp went up when we opened the door to the hallway in the morning to let heat in. Maybe the 9th floor is just cold! Had to ask for waters in the room, they said they should of been there and that they...
All of it! I loved the text message asking about my arrival time. The front desk staff (Alexa) was great, loved the champagne and cookies. The room was amazing, we ate at the restaurant and the food and staff were great there also. We were very happy with everything about our stay.
We only stayed for one night, so I can’t really comment on area and we didn’t have breakfast there. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good. Front desk didn’t welcome us. In the room 2 of the lamps weren’t working it was kind of dark. The bathroom door is barn style and super heavy. Floors were damaged and raised in some areas. But decor was really good and interesting and room was clean. Parking...
check in was very easy, the hotel is nicely decorated and the staff was very kind, courteous and professional. I loved the pool perhaps this area was my favorite. The bar/lounge was nice food was good the adult beverages were decent the prices were a bit high but it's hotel they all over charge. I had a nice quiet room and it was very comfortable.
Since Covid I have noticed that a lot of hotels have had a hard time with housekeeping, NOT the case at the Beeman. Our room was cute, comfortable and beautifully clean. It was lovely to come back after a busy day out and about to fresh towels and a tidy room. The coffee maker actually had decent coffee and there was great water pressure in the shower. We will be back!
I stayed here for 3 nights because I had something to do in Dallas.
The hotel was remodeled, so it was really clean and the lobby was nice.
It was clean itself and it was great.
Around dinner time, a musician sang in the lobby and the atmosphere was great.
I was busy, so I just guessed and came up. I regret it.
I want to recommend it to someone I know who is going to Dallas next time.

One of the cleanest Hilton properties I've been in Texas. Staff was super friendly and the rooms very well kept. The only issue was the tub, it leaked and dripped all night long.
Valet, Doorman, and Front Desk attentive and friendly, clean and fresh room, and quiet, private stay - the trifecta of perfection.
The desk manager, Kabir, was exceptional in handling multiple things for me. He provided excellent customer service.
Room was okay - first day had to have maintenance come turn off shower because handle was stuck - was told not to turn it to far towards "hot" - sink also "backing up" -
Beds fine.
Not nearly enough working outlets in room (incase you are there on business). Lose outlets for chargers fall out of wall.
Lights in bathroom really weak/ lots of paint to cover up "age" of room -
Loved the high ceilings. Toilet placement in the bathroom is a little odd.
Very nice stay, some minor wear and tear in the room, e.g., rips in upholstery, lopsided lampshade.

Really enjoyed the hotel, the option of room service was great! Everything was as expected, and created a great experience. Thank you
Flew into Dallas for a 3 day / 2 night work trip and stayed at this hotel.
Rooms:
I liked my room but not necessarily the new/modern styling of it. Too many mirrors in awkward places causing light/tv reflections off the glass headboard.
The electrical outlets in the room were all surprisingly loose, to the point of one of my chargers repeatedly connecting/disconnecting on my phone.
The shower...
I love turning new people on to this local gem. The art installations are beautiful & intriguing to anyone. They have full size blue men (sculptures, not living people) climbing the walls, swimming in the pool, and surprising you around random corners. Excellent on-site food. Only complaint is that some floors feel a little industrial, You step out of the shower and directly on to stone or concrete...
The artsy feel of this place is fun and creative. To me it gives a little “Beetlejuice” vibe at the entrance which is kinda cool and the elevators with the peephole adds a European vibe. The room is comfortable and the renaissance feel is different indeed. Downfall is the road traffic noise otherwise if you want a unique experience this hotel can offer it.
The hotel was great, clean, and trendy; the location made it easy for us to commute to dinner, drinks, and breakfast in the morning; the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly, and I would like to give the place 5 stars.
Unfortunately, due to the proximity to I-30, the noise coming from the highway is unbearable. Like, whatever you’re imagining when I say that, double it. I’ve never experienced...

Everything was good except the hot tub wasn't working and that's one of the reasons we booked this room was to enjoy the hot tub. I will always ask next time if the hot tub is working. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was courteous and the beds were comfortable with big pillows!!
They pre-charged me for incidentals charged to my room before I even opened my front door. I asked why and they said it's for anything I would charge to my room, but I wasn't planning on charging anything to my room and they charged me anyway.
Staff was great, it’s the hotel that’s frustrating. We had to have maintenance come into our room to change a valve from the heat to the AC. And breakfast was written about in our key cards and mentioned at check in but no one ever said it cost 18$, till we had a plate and ready to eat. Almost put the plate down and walked away but didn’t want to be rude.
Unfortunately, there was a sewage leak and we had to switch rooms. There was an older and each one of the rooms that we were in. The best part was the staff member Johnny. He was so helpful and even helped locate some activities in Dallas for us newcomers. I would stay again, but they need to fix the sewage.

The hotel was great. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Room was large, comfortable and clean.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.

The hotel is under some major renovation and feels very understaffed. We booked the highest category room and received a nice corner room with pretty views but much smaller than what a 480 sq ft room should feel like. My flight arrived early so I got to the hotel in the morning. I have stayed at the Warwick many times! They have always been so accommodating about trying to get me into a room as soon as possible. They wanted to charge me $50 extra to get into a room. When I refused, I asked, What the earliest option would be. They said 1 o’clock. At 12 o’clock I watched many patrons get checked in till finally I...
It was hard to get the receptionist on the phone. I had to make multiple calls and the front desk did not have much clue about what was going on on new year's eve.
Our 6 day stay with you was very pleasant. We requested a quiet room with a view and we received exactly that. We were impressed with the cleanliness, in our room and throughout the hotel.
We would definitely consider staying here again 😊.
Loved the Landmark Prime Rib for dinner, and our breakfast through room service was amazing. Loved the spacious room, the lobby was beautiful and inviting, and the staff was all so friendly and welcoming.
The resort fee stated includes bottle waters in the room, which was not the case, went to the front desk and asked for said bottle water and they said would send up, never received the requested water.
Also asked at checkin for late check out and a male person said 1pm was ok, right after 12 noon a female Spanish housekeeper knocks on my door, expectation # 2 fail again.

Building is old, no fridge, no microwave. Wouldn’t even let us checkout late. Overall an underwhelming experience
Nice hotel overall, but definitely not what I’d call luxurious. The elevator and lobby had an unpleasant odor, and the valet service was terrible, even after requesting your car, you still have to go out front and ask again. Honestly, not worth the price point.

Late ish booking/choice because our normal place was unavailable. We've stayed at a variety of Hilton hotels but never a Garden Inn but a little disappointed, and probably wouldn't choose to stay at this location or another in the future.

Overall it was a good hotel. The view of the city from our room was beautiful, clean bathroom and clean sheets. There is a coffee maker in the room which is nice, but they only give you 4 sugar packets which to me isn’t enough. Good location and kind front desk staff. Looks are overall quite nice, but I've never met a worse shower! (Or a colder pool). Overall feels like a nice place that just isn't up to snuff yet
Room was nice, had a good view of the city and Thanksgiving park from the 12th floor. Lots of of food and drink options within a short walk but lots of putrid smells and homeless along the way.
