My stay at La Quinta was satisfactory overall, but there are several areas that require attention. It is evident that the property has not been adequately maintained. While the rooms appeared generally clean, the linens were outdated and stained (though laundered) in both my room and my parents’ room. The room was clean and modern. It was a medium size room, plenty of space for the two of us. The mattress was great, no dips and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of towels

Great and easy accessible hotel. The staff was nice and room quality was great. The tv was up to date which is something i was surprised to see in a hotel for that price.

This hotel did not live up to Wyndham standards. The back parking lot had trash on the grounds and unkept landscaping. The breakfast area was nice and the breakfast was satisfactory. There was a funny smell in the hallway.

The location seems to be going through renovations at this time. A couple of minor things were fixed when ask and the location was close to where I needed to be for my trip. I would go back to see the final changes. W

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfy, the shower had great water pressure, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The staff were super nice and always helpful, which made everything easy. Check-in was a breeze, breakfast was tasty, and even though there was the normal hotel noise, it didn’t bother me at all. Overall, a really nice place to stay—I’d happily come back!

I arrived at DFW late in the evening and was grateful for the warm welcome and quick check-in. The room was well laid out and quiet. I appreciated the amenities and had a nice breakfast in the morning before heading out for a long day of driving.

The service of the shuttle bus was not good. We waited for half an hour and took another half to other two hotels then arrived at this one. The room is ok and the breakfast is very nice!

Not the usual springhill suites I am used to staying, just because the bathroom is small. It is not the same bathroom as other springhill suites. However, room was clean and bathroom was spotless.

The only thing is I booked this hotel because on google said it was 14 minutes walking distance from AAC but it was definitely not. We had to pay uber to and from. That was the only inconvenience.

Conveniently located, within walking distance to all central attractions. However, there are quite a few homeless people around at night. It's perfectly fine for a daytime stroll though, making it a top choice for a city walk.

Cant go wrong with Springhill suites. The staff are amazing! From the front desk to the housekeeping, they are all nice and friendly. The location is good, it's a 10-minute walk to the exhibition center. The road is safe and not remote. Except that the breakfast options are a bit limited, the hotel is located in the city center of Dallas.

Pretty good, close to the booth

It is relatively expensive to stay in the United States alone. The service in this hotel is very friendly. I arrived earlier than the reservation time and they gave me a room. The room has a nice view and the hotel location is convenient.

It was clean, in good shape, and there seem to not be any problem people. They allowed pets for free, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and clean. I just wise the had better parking and maybe a bigger area for dogs to use the restroom. I did not like that you could not come into the lobby, you had to talk to them, anytime of day or night, through the night window.

The biggest hotel room I've stayed in and at an affordable price! So spacious for a King bed, sofa bed and a kitchenette! Convenient 12pm checkout! Hallways are wide, our room had a great view of the tall buildings in Downtown. The room was clean and welcoming, the hotel is walking distance to Main Street. This property is in a great location, with it taking only a few minutes to walk to the convention center and restaurants in the city. The rooms are very spacious and would be great for a family.

Staff was very helpful and friendly but the hotel was going through renovations and there were times it was noisy and dusty in the lobby. There was also a night that as we were waiting to pull into the valet area, there was an incident with someone on the street and multiple police officers practically swarming, weapons drawn right near our car. That was kind of scary to witness.

The very best part of our stay was the staff! Every single person was helpful and courteous! The property is dated and our suite was beat up. The couch was horrible. Door looked like it had seen a crow bar and kitchen cabinets were bad. The place needed to be dusted. Its a great location for medical stuff but just needs some work.

Location was great in terms of what we were doing. Noise from nearby roadways was a little loud. Hotel could use some updating but it served our purposes very well for the weekend.

My brother was at the hospital down the street fighting for his life. We booked this location not knowing anything about Sonesta and the staff was just fantastic. The ladies were kind and courteous. This was actually 2 and 1/2 years ago. I don't know if they are still there, but if so, they deserve acknowledgment.

We needed to find a place last minute in the Dallas area and ended up at this cozy hotel. While it’s not a five-star establishment, it was surprisingly spacious and clean. The hotel offers a free breakfast and has paid parking available. The guest services were excellent, and the lobby had a pleasant and clean smell.

Sonesta extended-stay suites is close to the UT Southwestern medical Center and Love Field. My husband and I had doctor's appointments at UT Southwestern Medical Center and decided to stay closer than we had on a previous visit. I am so happy to have found this hotel. Excellent staff. Nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Perfect location. Our appointment was extremely early so we did not get to try the breakfast but plan to do so on our next visit to the doctors.

Brad and Chelsey have been amazing. Brad saw kids including mine outside in the pool and brought them Popsicles. The kids loved that. Brad went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and the kitchen is a good size.

Perfect hotel to stay at if you fly out of DFW in the wee hours of the morning and about 20 minutes from Love Field as well. The reasonably priced room was great. We had people in the rooms on either side of us and never heard a peep. Planes were coming into the airport the whole time and we were just far enough that we couldn't here them take off or land.

I stayed here for 2 days during my first visit to Dallas. The best part is it is near to airport and very budget friendly hotel. The rooms were not so spacious and there was hot water problem in my room.4 The food i found was good.

Delay in checking in as the desk clerk was off somewhere else and the person attending the desk didn't even acknowledge I was there. The room was clean but very stripped down no small refrigerator or microwave or even small coffee pot. Bed sounded like broken springs everytime you moved or turned. Very noisy with hotel guests as well as road noise.

Clean rooms great customer service and they even allow early check ins. Right off the hwy so easy on/off access!! Super quiet & spacious. Only downside is no microwave in the room.

I asked for a non-smoking room, it said non-smoking on the door but when I walked in there, it smelled like smoke. Non-smoking means non-smoking.

The lighting in the room was horrible, the breakfast was not good at all, & between foot traffic & housekeeping we were not able to get much sleep.

The water in our shower didn’t get hot even after they thought they fixed it. We had to change rooms for our second night there. The other customers were rowdy and the noise level was unacceptable. The staff was very kind to us.

I booked this hotel because there was an indoor pool. When I arrived I was informed the pool water was cold. Jacuzzi was not operational. Everything else was good.

The staff was very nice. Always greeted with a smile. We did have a problem with our keys working. Had to have them reprogrammed everyday. There was limited parking due to large trucks parked in the very small parking area. Luckily we got back to our room around 6:30PM to grab the last open spots every night. The price was the best part.

The staff were amenable, room was mostly clean and amenities seemed nice although I did not utilize most of them. Only complaint is pest control may be needed as I found two roaches near the microwave in the room I stayed.

Booked last minute at for a decent price, but there was an off smell to the room. The staff was very helpful in getting shuttles arranged to take our group to the airport.

For overnight layovers, you can call the front desk to book an airport shuttle. The pick-up took about 20 minutes (the front desk was very punctual). The drop-off service runs hourly, so you might need to book well in advance. The American-style hotel breakfast was average. It was sufficient for a one-night layover, and its value for money was excellent.

Lovely staff, clean room with comfortable beds. Perfect for a stop between flights. We were also able to extend our late check out past the usual time, which was super helpful with two small kids. Nice to have complimentary breakfast as well!

It's a Motel 6 in a rough-ish part of town. If you're staying here, you're doing it because its cheap. The staff was great; very friendly and helpful. The rooms have all been upgraded to the new Motel 6 look, but someone always has to mess up nice things. TV looked like someone tried to take it home with them. All in all, you get what you pay for and you can't beat their rates.

The room was ok, does not look like pics. The shower curtain had mold, the tub and sink did not drain. No pictures at all hanging so room was very plain. I guess you get what you pay for though- it’s just a shame because it could be a nice place
