Very close to the airport and with free airport shuttle service to the hotel. Ideal for the price. Comfortable and clean rooms.

Breakfast is 5 minutes before the opening and the rudeness is the worst. I have nothing to say.

My toilet ran the whole time so that was annoying and A little disappointed in the breakfast.

The environment is average, a bit noisy at night, the bed is very soft

This hotel has had to be one of the best that I have stayed in in quite some time. The front desk were extreme helpful when needed, they’re very nice! Never had a problem with them! 10/10 recommend! The service is amazing! Restaurant, vending machines, drinks were cold, fitness room and pool!

The house was as advertised with no hidden surprises. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The kids really enjoyed the activity amenities provided!!!

Nicely remodeled open concept home with lots of room to hang out with the family. I am definitely not a pool shark but it was fun getting to shoot a few games with our son. I loved the huge kitchen island. We were in town for a wedding at the Arboretum which was only 8 minutes away. That was a huge plus.

This hotel did not live up to Wyndham standards. The back parking lot had trash on the grounds and unkept landscaping. The breakfast area was nice and the breakfast was satisfactory. There was a funny smell in the hallway.

The location seems to be going through renovations at this time. A couple of minor things were fixed when ask and the location was close to where I needed to be for my trip. I would go back to see the final changes. W

Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfy, the shower had great water pressure, and the WiFi worked perfectly. The staff were super nice and always helpful, which made everything easy. Check-in was a breeze, breakfast was tasty, and even though there was the normal hotel noise, it didn’t bother me at all. Overall, a really nice place to stay—I’d happily come back!

Conveniently located, within walking distance to all central attractions. However, there are quite a few homeless people around at night. It's perfectly fine for a daytime stroll though, making it a top choice for a city walk.

The location is good, it's a 10-minute walk to the exhibition center. The road is safe and not remote. Except that the breakfast options are a bit limited, the hotel is located in the city center of Dallas.

It is relatively expensive to stay in the United States alone. The service in this hotel is very friendly. I arrived earlier than the reservation time and they gave me a room. The room has a nice view and the hotel location is convenient.

Clean room, good breakfast, nice looking hotel. Liked the room layout, the walk in shower is large and very nice. The only minor issue was low water pressure in the bathroom sink, but overall an excellent experience.

We stayed there for one night only. The stay was great. Clean,the staff were nice and checking in and out was fast and easy. Breakfast was awesome and no complaints. The only thing is I booked this hotel because on google said it was 14 minutes walking distance from AAC but it was definitely not. We had to pay uber to and from. That was the only inconvenience.

It was clean, in good shape, and there seem to not be any problem people. They allowed pets for free, bed was comfortable, shower was hot and clean. I just wise the had better parking and maybe a bigger area for dogs to use the restroom. I did not like that you could not come into the lobby, you had to talk to them, anytime of day or night, through the night window.

The team's staff provided friendly service, the rooms were maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, the laundry service was excellent, and the air conditioning performed optimally.

I stayed here for three nights and four days. It was a great experience from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked for toothpaste and they supplied it. Clean bathroom and a clean room. This place is the best bang for your buck as far as I can tell in the area. If I ever come back, most likely I'll come back to this same hotel.

This hotel is seriously underrated. The rooms are big and are practically suites. The hot.is beautifully designed, has a good bar and provides good breakfast. Parking is available for free. Easy access to freeway. Would rather stay at Wyndham than at kimpton.

Awesome hotel. Great bang for your buck since all the rooms are suites. The staff is responsive and amazing. We hosted a national conference here for a week and the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would come back and stay as a regular guest because they were just that awesome. Beautiful hotel and all staff was amazing. Bed was the worst bed I have ever slept in. I had to sleep in chair and my hubby didn't have a chair to go to. Daughter slept on pullout and it had hair and seeds all on it. They came up with bedding but had no way to vacuum it off?? Wouldn't stay their again because my back would hate me for it but the hotel and staff were great

Booked last minute at for a decent price, but there was an off smell to the room. The staff was very helpful in getting shuttles arranged to take our group to the airport.

For overnight layovers, you can call the front desk to book an airport shuttle. The pick-up took about 20 minutes (the front desk was very punctual). The drop-off service runs hourly, so you might need to book well in advance. The American-style hotel breakfast was average. It was sufficient for a one-night layover, and its value for money was excellent.

Lovely staff, clean room with comfortable beds. Perfect for a stop between flights. We were also able to extend our late check out past the usual time, which was super helpful with two small kids. Nice to have complimentary breakfast as well!

I stayed here for 2 days during my first visit to Dallas. The best part is it is near to airport and very budget friendly hotel. The rooms were not so spacious and there was hot water problem in my room.4 The food i found was good.

Staff was very helpful and friendly but the hotel was going through renovations and there were times it was noisy and dusty in the lobby. There was also a night that as we were waiting to pull into the valet area, there was an incident with someone on the street and multiple police officers practically swarming, weapons drawn right near our car. That was kind of scary to witness.

Everyone was very helpful and very kind. Only downside was that our TV couldn’t connect to the internet so no late night binging for me and my husband lol but it was such a minor issue I didn’t think it was worth mentioning again to staff after they fixed it temporarily.

Booked a 2-double bed suite and were given a 1-king suite with no apologies whatsoever. After 1 rough night, Symone, the front desk angel, tried to help. We ultimately were not moved but we appreciated her at least saying she would try versus the lady the night before who couldn’t care less. Breakfast was great. 1 elevator was broken causing long wait times. Pool/hot tub area was disappointing.

My brother was at the hospital down the street fighting for his life. We booked this location not knowing anything about Sonesta and the staff was just fantastic. The ladies were kind and courteous. This was actually 2 and 1/2 years ago. I don't know if they are still there, but if so, they deserve acknowledgment.

We needed to find a place last minute in the Dallas area and ended up at this cozy hotel. While it’s not a five-star establishment, it was surprisingly spacious and clean. The hotel offers a free breakfast and has paid parking available. The guest services were excellent, and the lobby had a pleasant and clean smell.

My husband and I had doctor's appointments at UT Southwestern Medical Center and decided to stay closer than we had on a previous visit. I am so happy to have found this hotel. Excellent staff. Nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower. Perfect location. Our appointment was extremely early so we did not get to try the breakfast but plan to do so on our next visit to the doctors.
