Yes the room lacked many amenities. For example, no soap at the lavatory you had to go to the shower and squirt soap in your hand. No trash can in the bathroom. The toilet ran and ran. Couldn't get the TV to turn on. Management took criticism positively. Cannot recommend even for one night.

They require a $75.00 deposit. That they say will be returned to you. I didn’t pay it.
They charged $5.00 for parking in the parking lot.
There is a potential for vandalism in the are that the hotel is in. You wouldn’t be walking outside the fenced area.

This is a great place to stay. The Manager and Megan were the best rooms, which were top-notch and cleaned.

The location and price were good, but more amenities would have been nice. There was no front lobby and no bottled water in the room.

My S/O and I stayed here in mid-November and were extremely disappointed due to multiple serious safety issues. We’ve stayed at Sonesta locations before, but this experience was nothing like what we expected.
The women at the front desk were wonderful—kind and professional—so none of this reflects on them. The problems were with the incidents themselves and how they were handled.
1. False fire alarm + unannounced room entry
Around midnight the fire alarm went off and we evacuated, thinking there was a real fire. The next morning, three men knocked and immediately entered our room without waiting for permission, saying they needed to “do a quick check.” They inspected the room, including the toilet, and left without any explanation or apology. It felt invasive and unprofessional.
2. Armed individual on the property
On our last night, we saw an unknown man lingering in the foyer. A security guard arrived and told us he had a machete, pointing it out on the ground nearby. While we were speaking with her, the man suddenly exited the building and fast-walked toward us. Fearing he was going for the machete, we ran to our car. Police and paramedics later took him into custody.
Overall, the stay did not meet basic expectations for safety or peace of mind. The women at the front desk were great, but we would not stay here again. I also contacted Sonesta multiple times afterward and never received a response.

The staff was incruduble. We were able to check in early, which was great after for traveling for several hours and in heavy traffic. The hotel was as advertised. It had a very convenient kitcenette with a full-size fidge. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was awesome. This location was perfect for all the places we visisted during our stay.

Clean room, courteous front desk. Common areas maintained. Quiet property just the way I like it. The lobby restroom is often not accessible. Area not walkable.

The waitress was really polite but she disappeared for 30 minutes before coming to ask if we needed anything. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and tables that had ordered after us got their food first. There was no need for this since there was only two other tables at the time and they each had 2 people. When the food finally got here, they had messed up half of our order. The food was okay.

Was not impressed at all. $12 hamburger was fair but not for the price at all. Tortilla soup was bland and the chicken tasted odd.

I had the BBQ Chicken Flatbread.
It was almost too spicy to eat. Loaded with spicy BBQ sauce and tons of jalapeño slices.
Service was great and brought me some sour cream that cooled it down a bit. And she kept my drink full.
Had the Bacon Burger for lunch and it was pretty good. Great spot if your staying at one of the many hotels here and do not want to fight traffic.

The survives suxs been sittin her 20 mins and still no one came and ask for drinks or our order. Tha tables that was set after use have been survived. No one that works here speaks english.. Worst place ever lord help these ppl

They get 2 stars because the food is really good. The service is the worst I've ever encountered. I've been here several times but won't go back again. I ordered 5 tacos to go, and showed up 15 minutes later. It took an extra 30 minutes to get my tacos, and every single one was wrong. It was like they made them wrong on purpose. Lately they hang up on you when you try to make a to go order. Pass!

This was the worst place I have ever been in my life!!! DO NOT EAT THERE! I ordered enchiladas with cheese only and the waitress brings me enchiladas with chicken. I went ahead and tried to eat it but the chicken tasted old and the tortilla was so hard it felt like I was cutting a steak. I had to go to the restroom 3 times to throw up the bites I took. I told the waitress I didn't like chicken and my order was wrong, she said "oh sorry". Didn't offer to change anything and still charged me full price. For the sake of your stomach DO NOT EAT THERE! WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE..

Went in at 9 pm. We were the only 4 in the restaurant and they got 3 out of 4 of our orders wrong. The waitress was rude and didn't offer refills. Asked us what kind of torrillas we wanted then never brought them. When one of us pointed out their order was wrong, she just said...sorry and shrugged her shoulders and walked away.
