Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable and very quiet—hardly heard any noise from other rooms and nothing from the outside.

My stay was average! When I checked in I was asked if I needed my room cleaned everyday, I stated every other day would be fine but I never got my room cleaned at all during my stay. Saturday morning I requested to clean my room or at least give me new towels before the end of the day. That was not done either! So went back down to request towels, I did finally get towels. Both times I was asked if I left the don't disturb sign on door and my response was NO! Room should have been cleaned once and I would have gotten towels! Otherwise was stay was average.

Weekend visit to celebrate friend birthday. Valet parking a little expensive but attendee was most helpful, professional and friendly. Room was clean with exception of shower. Found hair on wall and dirt on caddy shelf. Free snacks were plenty but one was stale. Breakfast was very good and attendees kept area clean and were very attentive. Even with these noted issues, my stay was wonderful and rate this hotel excellent.

Talk about a nice Hampton Inn? This is the perfect example! Great location, great amenities, very gentle and professional Front Desk staff all three shifts of my stay! Special things to Corynn the general manager. For taking care of us. I have been loyal to the Hampton in brand for over a decade and I will continue to do so. If you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Austin downtown, this is the perfect spot. Very affordable. Just two blocks away from the river. There’s also a parking garage from Austin convention center. I only paid $32 for over 24 hours. Overnight stay.

Some parts of our 2 day stay were good, the breakfast was fine and the room and bathroom were clean. I also appreciated the hotel’s prompt response in resolving a furnace issue. On the negative side I am very disappointed in the valet parking process requiring all communication via text and internet only. Also a negative for me was no option for cash transactions like paying for incidentals or getting change for tips. The last big negative for me was requesting towels and not receiving them. Unfortunately the recent decline in customer importance over company convenience seems to be a trend in a lot of industries.

We had such a great experience working with Trey to set up a courtesy block for our daughter’s wedding. He was so patient in answering all our questions and made the process so effortless. The guests loved the spacious rooms and the convenient location. I highly recommend Hampton Inn for your wedding guests or if you are traveling.

Great location and clean hotel. No self parking. Parked next door in garage. Service was okay but nothing special. I read a lot of reviews and there are a lot of five star reviews referencing the amazing valets. Since I didn’t use I have no way of knowing if this would have caused me to rate a 5.

If I could I’d rate the hotel 4.5 stars. I would stay again if rate is competitive with others nearby.
