I was checked out of my hotel room and my items were thrown away before the 11am check out time. Front desk was not sympathetic and didn’t care to have a solution.

The room was just ok. But liveable. There was no shower curtain, no dishes , no cook ware and house keeping told me they charge $10 to clean the room unless I am there for at least 2 weeks...

It was ok for our visit. The staff was great especially the maintenance man who replace the refrigerator in our room.

This is an older hotel, No coffee equipment in the rooms, you have to ask for kitchen equipment from front desk, there is no workout/weight room. No hot breakfast. This hotel seems to be in an area that most restaurants won't deliver to. Staff was very nice and friendly. Check in time did not take a very long time. It was very simple to get checked in.
Al-in-all, I rate this with 3 stars only because there were no coffee makers in the rooms there was no hot breakfast and had no weight room to workout.

The people here were really helpful. The area is very convenient and quiet. They did provide a breakfast, albeit very basic. The furniture here shows some wear and tear, but basically still solid. The only actual issue I ran into was the hot water boiler for the building shut down the night I stayed here, and I had to take a cold shower. Not the end of the world, just a little inconvenient.

Staying there for an F1 race was what we were looking for! We know this property is very basic. So it was ok for the purpose we needed it ok .

Did not have anything for the kids. The kitchenette was lacking. Dishes had to be requested and no complimentary dish soap. The floors were not very clean. Our littles would get dirty feet. Staff friendly. The grab and go breakfast was lacking.

Because the location of the hotel, you should have option to eat there, like cold sandwich or salada in a vending machine, and and ice machine. Maybe add fruit for the morning coffee. But the staff also the room was good.

Carpet was coming up, sink had debris, and the tables were not wiped down properly. Shower was not working properly. The lock on the door also did not work properly. The main lock and the latch did work but not the inside lock.

We stayed one night so it was ok but if you are stayng longer and expect some kind of decent hot breakfast, then this is not the place. The nearby La Quinta Inn for comparable price has much better hot breakfast and same kind of rooms.

Usually good food. Wish it didn't stink like burning (what is that burning smell?) inside. If I sit inside, I leave smelling like the place the rest of the day. Best to order and take it to go. Great shakes and sandwiches.

Great food. But ice machine broken and still selling drinks but not telling anyone it was broken. They will give you a bottle of pop if you come back up but they still should take care of the issue before you pay and get seated.

The whole team at this location is the best. Michelle and Christina remember my order and have it ready when I walk in. Great service !

Sandwiches are very good. Prices are reasonable. Restaurant seems a bit dated but appears to be by design.
