The pictures are from the second room the night guy offered us. The first room had bugs and a large stain in the tub. And it was on the same floor as the front desk. The second room was downstairs. After discovering the elevator was out of order. We schlepped our luggage down the stairs. Here, we discovered that our room was all the way down the third hallway. When we called the front desk about the condition of this room, we were informed that there were no more rooms available. We were exhausted and, at least the bed was comfortable.
In the morning, we were told that many tools were blocked out due to renovation. That explained the overflowing roll-off dumpster in the back. Along with rows of old toilets and a stack of old mattresses.
My advice is to avoid this place.

This place looks like a haunted place. we cut short our trip due to the horrible hotel room and we paid $89 for a night. Stay away from this junk. If the hotel is under renovation, do not allow customer booking . There is no internet , no safety.
1. Dirty, uncleaned bed
2.Room - not even cleaned and worst lot of crap under the bed
3.Furnitures/tables - not even dusted
4.Curtains - GOD knows when was the last time this was cleaned
5.Bathtub - full mold
6.unsafe living condition

When I arrived, I was told there was no Wi-Fi, even though the website clearly stated otherwise. They claimed it was due to ongoing renovations and blamed outdated information from a third-party listing. I asked for a refund, but they told me it had to be handled through the third party.
Once I got to the floor, there was construction everywhere—paint, paper on the floor, and an overall mess. The room had two AC units: one didn’t work at all and the other was freezing cold with no way to adjust it. The room was right next to a highway, so it was incredibly noisy. All the fire alarms had been removed. Most of the lights didn’t work, and the lamps were missing from the nightstands. The bathtub was filthy.
There was **** odor throughout the place and 3 gates were jammed open with rocks.
I just needed a place to rest, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t wait to leave and ended up checking out early.

Horrible Stay – Unhygienic, Unsafe, and Completely Unacceptable
If there were an option for zero stars, this hotel would deserve it.
My room was in disgusting condition—there were cockroaches crawling around, the sofa-cum-bed mattress was torn, stained, and smelled horrible, and the room hygiene was non-existent. To make matters worse, there was no proper door lock, making it feel unsafe to even spend the night.
The amenities listed at the time of booking were not available, and the staff made no effort to accommodate or apologize for the inconvenience.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs. It’s not only overpriced for what it offers, but it also fails to meet even basic cleanliness and safety standards.

Bad on roaches but the staff is super nice

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. To start, there was no WiFi for the entirety of my stay. The hallways were littered with stains and looked gross. They claim to have a 10 point cleaning process but none of it was followed. The showers were filthy, there was dried up blood on the door, and the towels looked like they were barely cleaned. And to top it off, the free breakfast was just prepackaged muffins and coffee in a small dirty little room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We booked this hotel to stay a few nights in Austin to see some friends and upon seeing the room took pictures, turned around; showed the front desk and they gave us an upgrade which was just as disgusting. Evidence of bed bugs, stains everywhere, filth everywhere, nothing was cleaned. I’ve never felt so gross in a hotel. Also it’s a smoke free hotel, and the room smelled of stale cigarettes and the smell still is lingering on our clothes. I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t normally do reviews and don’t have incredibly high standards for motels, especially extended stays but DO NOT STAY HERE.

Get ready to be judged. They assumed I was homeless just because I was dressed comfortably. The room is big, but had weird smell, unclean sheets, bed bugs, and the bathtub looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. It was disgusting, if I could get a refund, that would have been great. The place should be demolished. Avoid at all cost.

Our two day stay was great , customer service was awesome, the room we stayed in was cold just like we like it room was cleaned Front office attendance was very friendly as well ... could use a Lil more hot water temp for shower use but over all very satisfied Will stay again soon ty

FAKE PICTURES, FAKE MARKETING! IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WHEN I TAKE A LOOK INSIDE THE BEDROOM WAS SO NASTY, SMEEL DOG, THE BATHROOM WAS SO DISGUSTING, #353 WAS HELL... DO NOT RESERVE THERE! IM STILL WAITING THE PAYMENT BACK.......TAKE PREQUESTS!

Great food, perfect Texas sized portion, nice staff. Only problem the last time I went they were out of beef for my tacos. How do you not have beef? Chicken fajita was the other option and it was delicious
