I had such a great experience at the AC Hotel Seattle Bellevue/Downtown, and I want to specifically recognize Michael Simmons at the front desk. He provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond. When I mentioned I’d be in and out of meetings the next day, he said, “I have something for you,” and handed me two complimentary tickets for ice skating in Bellevue. I was honestly blown away. It was such a thoughtful, unexpected gesture that completely made my day. I stay at many Marriott properties, and as a Marriott Bonvoy member, I’m genuinely impressed by the hospitality and generosity Michael showed. This is exactly what great service looks like! Thank you, Michael!

Great location for an overnight during the Fly Fishing trade show. Will be back next year. You should know the parking situation is a challenge for a pick up or SUV, and on property parking is $55/night, valet only. There is nearby surface parking that is free. You do have to hunt for those spots, but 5 minutes of searching save me $165 +tips. Call me cheap, but come on that is steep even for a city.

I had bad experience before I stay at the hotel but after staying I must say that it is one of the best spot I stayed in Seattle area. Very convenient, quiet and rooms are neatly maintained. I got amazing five days experience and having microwave in hydration room was a perfect bonus. Reception staff was very helpful and always smiling. Check in and check out was hassle free. If I come again, I will stay at the same hotel. Thanks

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! We found the Hotel to be spotless, the food was very tasty, hot and served quickly.
The front desk was prepared, helpful, friendly and seemed to take great pride in the hotel and their contribution.

If we’d been aware of the parking situation we wouldn’t have booked this hotel in the first place.

Our experience at the AC Hotel was considerably less than what we expected based off the photos, reviews, and associated price tag.

Unlike the photos lead you to believe, should you arrive by car, the main entrance is down a side alley littered with dumpsters and construction equipment. The temporary parking while one goes to check in is gridlocked thanks to valets trying to shuffle you into their que before telling you they charge $50 for their services before the mandatory gratuity. Should you decline their services and ask for a more affordable alternative, your options are the $30 garage across the street or after 6pm street parking.

The rooms are certainly lackluster in quality and cleanliness. The sound deadening between rooms is virtually non existent. If you have a room with a northern facing window don’t be surprised if you have a wonderful view of the wall covered in scaffolding five feet away.

In short, if you add on the additional $30-$50 per vehicle parking upcharge, the AC Hotel places itself firmly in the price range of significantly higher end hotels within walking distance. I would recommend going to those instead.

Nice hotel.Like it!

The hotel service is very poor. When I checked in, I was given another guest's room. I pushed the door open and luckily there was no one inside. I was in trouble. The hotel did not give any reasonable explanation and just said it was an accident. The security is very poor. Choose this hotel with caution. The room is very small, the air conditioner is very noisy, and the privacy is very poor. You can choose the InterContinental Hotel not far away, which is much better than this one.

The room is spacious and clean. There is Haidilao across the building. There are many restaurants around. It takes only a few minutes to walk there. It is very safe. I think it is safer than downtown Seattle. The breakfast of this hotel is pure American style. I like the orange juice in it.

Visited for my Birthday. The Food is INCREDIBLE. The design and decor is nothing less than 5 Star Diamond rating. Would have given higher ratings EXCEPT...I felt certain items on the menu we're a little overpriced. They are milking their location and therefore over inflating the prices on much if the items on the menu. We are used to saying high end price for upscale dining but I felt they were a bit far on the appetizer Tower to share for only 4 people and charged $54. I thought the flavor was right on point but it turned out to be an average of $12/person for 3 pieces of appetizer. Not sure it was worth that.
Overall, I would still visit SEASTAR again because the wait staff and personnel we're professional and courteous. We had an amazing evening... That's all that matters in the end.

They haven't lost their touch. The sommelier picked us a winner. The food is as great as ever. When it's this good it lets you explore with confidence.

Living in the area we don't go to the Seastar but for our special occasions. This is always a first rate restaurant. The service is top notch and the food is good although this time is was not great. We took our in-laws for their anniversary and everyone enjoyed everything. The only downside is the price. I think you can get excellent Seafood in the Seattle area for much cheaper but Seastar is worth it once in awhile.

This is my Birthday restaurant (and, any other time I get to go!). Very nice, casual elegance. Food is always heavenly! Wine selection is also excellent, but I usually let the servers make a recommendation and it's always been an excellent pairing. If anybody says, "Let's go!" Just say, "Yes!"

Food is awesome but, but portions could be better. Hate leaving hungry after spending $75 for dinner per person. Interestingly, never had this problem at John Howie's, another owned restaurant.

Nice evening, great food. The only thing preventing a 5 star experience was the greeter at the door. Service and attitude were pretty bad. That said. Once we were seated we had a great dinner.
22.11.2017 Mitch
Great experience. Whole dinner was about 2 hours and 30 minutes long. It's expensive and time consuming. A dinner for 2 is $160.00 USD. Expect to pay this. If you are looking for an experience this definitely is one. But if you want fast and affordable this is completely opposite. Mitch ~

I'd rate at the lower en dof 4 stars, but 4 none the less. i'll give them the benefit of the doubt. It's a little pricey but not bad. It's a fun place to eat, great experience if you haven't done so. I have often left hungry still though. Staff was nice and professional. The best part was they were able to get flowers to put on the table before my arrival. Of course i paid for them, but it was great having that option for flowers!
15.10.2017 Christa
Everything at the Melting Pot was phanominal. However, the desert fondue selections were prepackaged goodies that they arrange nicely on a plate. I wasn't totally turned off by this and the goodies in the chocolate fondue tasted great, I just wish everything was homemade. It's a cool experience to go to the melting pot if you haven't been! Wear your loose pants because you'll walk out of there SUPER full.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! The lobster was awesome as was the beef. I also liked the purses of mushrooms. Great experience, but very expensive. Go for special occasions!

We have always looked forward to going to Bellevue once a year and Wild Ginger has always been a highlight. We went last night and left extremely disappointed with the food and will not be returning. The potstickers tasted hard and overcooked where they used to just melt in your mouth. The menu was very limited compared to before. We ordered the duck sliders and pad Thai. The pad Thai looked liked leftover spaghetti repurposed and tasted even worse with my one bite including cold chicken. The servers were very helpful in getting us a replacement. We chose the fried rice which was very bland and tasteless. The location felt very sterile and tiny. We miss the old Bravern location. The only reason we didn't give a one star is because we did enjoy the duck sliders and because the service was good.
05.11.2017 Sean
Good dim sum for lunch! Excellent service. This location is an upgrade from the Bravern - Now with easy street access.
31.10.2017 LF
So so good. We used to go to the downtown Seattle location so was thrilled to see this Bellevue outpost. The food was as delicious as ever!! Hanoi tuna was fresh, tender and a great take on Vietnamese flavours. Seven flavour beef and duck steam buns also crazy good!! Service was efficient and portion sizes were quite large so don't let the prices deter you.
29.10.2017 Britney
My husband and I discussed whether a 2.5 star should be rounded up or down to this system. Ultimately I chose to round down due to the following factors:
1-all of our plates were served at the same time leaving no room on the table,
2- the buns for the duck had been prepared ahead of time and sat in the container collecting condensation, which dripped on the buns leaving them mushy (both replacements were the same),
3- the soup lacked much flavor, was under salted,
4- the price is astronomical compared to the quality of food and service,
5- I would prefer to spend that much on a meal I remember in a good way—like great use of local and organic ingredients, creative recipes, exceptional service....this was none of those experiences
24.10.2017 David
The food tastes really good, service is also good. Only reason I put 4 star instead of 5 is the price. We total have 10 people and spend $800, I feel it’s kind of over price. The picture is a sea bass I ordered, it’s $34 and I’m surprised to see the small piece of fish only and without any other sides. However the fish tastes super super good! So, 4 star.
