We had such a great stay last week that we decided to extend our stay for three more nights this week. Everything from the service to the room amenities was satisfactory.

It was okay, nothing special. The location is good and convenient for getting around, with plenty of shops nearby. It's a recommended choice for tourists due to the easy transportation. The hotel is relatively new, but the facilities are just average.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 days during my Seattle trip. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located for sightseeing, though walking uphill to some attractions can be a bit tiring. It was great to have water available in the lobby downstairs.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to commercial areas, making shopping super convenient. Transportation is also easy, and the service attitude was great; they helped us find things we wanted to do, which made us very happy 😃.

The room was clean and tidy, and quite spacious. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to the river and the city center, and not far from bus stops and the subway.

Lunch time visitors: rice and beans are often undercooked so you get crunchy bites of things that shouldn't be crunchy. Overall the food at this location is "meh" quality at best.

Absolutely no flavor, texture of the beef was like baby food. Pico was bland and boring, nothing to see here folks.. Move along

Expensive and food isn't all that great. But it'll get you by if you're in a rush for a bit of Asian type food

The food is served as a pay-by-weight buffet. It turns out to be a relatively expensive lunch option, but it is very fast.

The mall is clean, well lit, and very open. All tthe staff and sales people I have interacted with are very courteous, helpful, and eager to please.

The reason for 3 stars is the restroom. When I used the facilities there was someone washing their hair in the sink. Another person was in the handicap stall smoking something. The the third was fast asleep in one of the stalls.

Went during Figgy Pudding so it was busier than normal. Menu is nice. Lots of variety. Inexpensive happy hour food. Drink menu is extensive but very few decent craft beers. I had the burger-better than average but not great. Son had pepperoni pizza which was excellent. Wife had some chicken spinach pizza which wasn't done and was literally swimming in liquid. Taste was great but was more like pizza soup!

Our go-to pre-theatre dinner spot. They call themselves an Italian restaurant but don't come here expecting basic traditional recipes, I don't even think they serve lasagna. They do have a delicious selection of pizzas, fancy sandwiches, seafood, pasta and steaks. Everything is plated beautifully and tastes great. We consistently receive great service every time. Don't be thrown off by it being in a shopping center, it's a very classy dinner choice without being stuffy or overly formal.

This place has two sections, a fine dinning part and a happy hours section. We love doing happy hours at this place. Plenty of choices, very good ingredient, tasty and prices are very reasonable. Happy hours fan should give this place a go. Go early for the happy hours as it gets crowded by 5pm.

I have been here a few times and I enjoy this place for several reasons. First and foremost its a nice restaurant that I can take my kids to and its located in downtown Seattle. Think Olive Garden but better. The food is good and the location right next to the central shopping area is great. If I am looking for a romantic location with a more intimate feeling I would go somewhere else. When its time to share pasta with family I'll go here since there is no Olive Garden close by.
