Now I did not have the room my friend did. But I have 2 mention how lovely the rooms and the staff where. I was a big fan of the bathrooms and the sliding doors to said bathroom and closet. The rooms looked great!? And the staff where great so informative and helpful, super nice 2 boot. They let me rifle through the sticker bin knowing I wasn't the 1 with the room. Like I said so super nice. When I come for next year's Comicon I'll surely stay at the Hyatt!?

Well located in downtown Seattle, with Pike Place Market and the Amazon Spheres within walking distance. The staff are professional, though the overall atmosphere feels quite business-oriented—perhaps more suited for business travelers. The amenities are slightly dated; features like centralized lighting control would be a welcome improvement, as having to operate each light individually can be inconvenient.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center, which makes finding food and getting around by taxi incredibly easy. Overall, it's decent, but the service felt pretty average, nothing really stood out.

Great location, within walking distance to Amazon. It's very convenient to get to various attractions downtown, and it's only an 8-minute walk to the Amazon Spheres. In the following days, I walked to the Spheres, but unfortunately, the Mexican restaurant downstairs was closed. Many areas inside Amazon are for offices, so it's very quiet. Parking is available; we parked at Amazon on the weekend for only 11 CAD.

Always my top pick when travelling to Seattle. Room is clean and location is convenient. The kids especially like the pizza vendering machine locating near the parkade elevator waiting area.

Wonderful hotel. The only sadness being that I was only there for one night and arrived late at night. Very comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. I ate at the downstairs bar which has a fairly limited menu but was quite good pizza. Overall, it was very good value for the price and would definitely stay again.

I have to say, one of the kindest Hyatt staff I've ever interacted with.

We were welcomed by Chelsie at the front desk who made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for.

We also had trouble of someone putting a breakfast charge on our room, which the staff and manager took care of it for us after they investigated it and confirmed we didnt make it.

The bed was also super comfy and the room decent!

The reason why I removed 1 star is as follows:

1. Air Conditioning Position in the room: the AC vent was placed at a position where it was blowing air on one side of the bed. This made controlling the temp really weird as basically lowering the temp would make the person sitting on the AC side feel really cold. On the other hand, increasing the temp meant the other person on the side of the bed feel hot. We made it work at the end but I woke up the first day with bad tummy because of this.

2. Elevator Speed: I've wasted almost +30 mins in my 3 day stay waiting for the Elevator to come. The hotel was busy and a conference was happening but the problem seemed more so that they had limited elevators running in general. The situation improved by day 3 but it was a major annoyance for us at the start.

Overall neither reasons would make me not stay here again or not recommend it. But I hope management takes note of this

This stay was a slow descent from “okay” to “never again.”

At first glance, it seems decent. Good location. Nice-looking restaurant and bar downstairs. Promising.

Then reality kicks in.

The shower pressure was so weak it felt like standing under a leaking pipe. The bathtub had hair in it. Instant mood killer. Cleanliness should not be optional.

Downstairs, the restaurant looks great. So we gave it a chance.

Huge mistake.

$50 for meatballs and a cocktail. The meatballs tasted like they were cooked hours earlier, refrigerated, and resurrected in a microwave. Dry, lifeless, and suspicious.

That night, I paid the real price.

Diarrhea. All night. No sleep. No exaggeration.

So not only did I overpay for mediocre food, I also got food poisoning as a bonus.

This wasn’t “bad luck.” This was carelessness.

When you combine poor cleaning, low food standards, and weak attention to detail, you don’t get a hotel. You get a liability.

This place has the location and the looks. But without serious improvements in hygiene, food handling, and quality control, it’s just a pretty shell.

Fix it. Before more guests learn the hard way.

So if you’re into dessert than this might be the place for you, however if you trying to get a bite to eat I would head in any other direction for better eats. This place always disappoints both in serving size and quality. I’m certain the only reason this place maintains steady business is location and preying on the unknowing. Seriously if you here for the cheesecake cool, otherwise get out and go a couple blocks north or west elsewhere.

I gave Cheesecake a second chance after they cancelled a reservation for a party I was in without warning. The manager I later talked to about that issue was very helpful and even gave me a gift card in hopes I would give them another chance. I did and that was a mistake. Me and a friend of mine were sat next to some younger teens that while we were less than 2 feet away started mocking us for speaking in ASL (as I am trying to teach my friend) this after they had made a racist joke that we overheard. As far as the food went I was disappointed. I had ordered "Evelyn's Favorite Pasta" and when it came barely warm and rather than having Pine Nuts on it like the menu said it would, It had unsalted sunflower seeds. It seemed like a way for the restaurant to cheap out hoping no one would notice. So, overall the restaurant was overcrowded, the people there were rude and the food was decent at best. Really excited to not come back.

The cheesecake was reliably good.

The restaurant was filthy. Table was sticky. Noodles were stuck to my bread plate. My napkin was stained.

When I was in the bathroom another patron commented that it was an F because it was so gross.

After a day of downtown shopping, we wanted dessert.

The filth really made the experience poor.

Never had a bad experience! Wait times can sometimes be a bit slower, especially whenever there's a convention going on or it's around meal time, but the servers have always been great. SO many different cheesecake varieties to choose from. Worth visiting just to try one or two!

This was a great place to eat. The food was great and the service was awesome and friendly as well. The menu was a bit daunting and took some time to look through, and the servings were pretty big and filling (not much of a complaint), but other than that everything was great. Definitely get the cheese cake (any of them), it was definitely the highlight!
