Service at the Arctic Club was wonderful. Check-in was quick and front desk was very polite. They asked if they could text me throughout my stay to make sure I had no issues. I accepted and have received about one text a day to make sure I am still happy with my stay. The room was small but very nice and clean. There are several minibar items and snacks available for purchase in the room at the normally high prices for such fare. Room service has done a good job each day cleaning the room. My room had a king size bed with four pillows and there was an extra pillow and blanket in the closet.

Building is filled with history, and is a quaint hotel with alot of charm. The layout is a bit unusual, having a second floor entrance/lobby and a first floor keyed entrance and restaurant. But overall it works because of the historical theme. This place is quiet and not terribly crowded, and would be best for couples looking to add a little adventure to there Seattle stay. Enjoyed thoroughly.

The Artic Club has a style that is authentic and unique, usually unseen in hotels with corporate values. I've stayed there several times and enjoy the unique room layouts. Generous and stylish. Changes are in place to support digital keys, which would help, since hauling bags up the steps on Cherry is not really fun. I am a fan of the Polar Bar.

The Ambiance of the north room was amazing! The lounge downstairs also had a great feel to it. However, the bartending staff was kind of inconsistent. One bartender didn't know if it was an open bar or not for the function we went to, and one never came back with the waters we ordered. Overall the rest of the staff was very nice and professional. It would be a nice place for a social function.

Amazing hotel! Classic early twentieth century hotel beautifully restored in 2008 with care. The Hotel has a large ballroom with classic styling. The main lobby is welcoming and warm with dark wood and leather accents. The staff are professional. When I arrived they knew that I like high floors and put me in a room on the top.floor. I had a hot tub in my room which was a nice touch. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I would stay here again definitely. I do not think there is a comparable classic old hotel in the city.

We stayed at The Arctic Club since it was a block away from my company's Christmas party. It made for a wonderful weekend downtown. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The room was great, the hotel has a great atmosphere that you don't find in many places. The only draw back was a lackluster view from our room.

Ate at Juno. Food was decent. Service was great. Main issue I had, was that I had a large reservation in place for 6 or more weeks. The day before, I called to confirm and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I called several other times to catch someone live and no one answered. I called the next morning before the reservation and still didn't get a response. They did have my reservation and everything went fine, but it created unnecessary stress around a holiday party reservation.

The place to a 50s there very much like film The shining. It's a combination of cozy, and classy with a dash of possible ghost. Location is around business areas but walking 10 minutes will get you to many food places. The service is good. They can text to communicate, but I just go for phone call.

Such a cool hotel! The rooms have so many little touches and details that really make this place stand out from all the standard hotel fair. The views from the balcony are great and really put you in the hart of Seattle. The staff were welcoming, accommodating and went the extra mile to make you feel like they wanted you there. All this plus the historical aspect of the building and what the hotel has preserved of that make this place a no brainier. This is where I will stay when I am in Seattle.

Magnificent bar. Truly wonderful classic high end style. Big open space. Laid back lounge. Really nice pool table. All the charm of the Arctic Club.
