Hotel is nice. The bar area had games and such, good place to hang out and have a drink. Room was clean, we got the 1 queen bed size room and it did feel a tad bit tight for my husband and I but it was still a good stay. If you have more than 2 carryons it might be better to get a bigger room or extra bed for the space. We were here for one weeknight and got in at 10 pm all the restaurants and bars were closed around us except for the pizza bar and that was not too far of a walk. Would stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this MOXY and will definitely be back. The staff was absolutely amazing; so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to assist me with parking instructions, let me know about the free overnight weekend parking, and even suggested nearby restaurants that were still open. Parking was incredibly easy and convenient with a parking structure right next door.

The room itself was outstanding; very classy, trendy, spotless, and incredibly quiet. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and well thought out. From the service to the atmosphere, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

The receptionist at the hotel was very patient. Detailed introduction. The lobby space and atmosphere are good. The indoor space is a bit cramped. But the bathroom area is OK.

Whenever my company books a Marriott, I know I'm in for an uncomfortable night, but this location takes the cake.

I don't care that the rooms are small, I'm not staying in it long since I'm here to work. I don't need amenities like a mini fridge or coffee maker, and the lack of an iron and ironing board was easily made up by the steamer that I had access to. The bathroom is small but efficient. The shower door that continually rolled open was annoying but could be dealt with. The laminate flooring that is detaching itself from the subfloor and bubbling up was concerning but didn't affect my comfort.

What wins the room a single star, however, is the completely inhospitable sleeping environment. The mattress had absolutely no give, the bedding was scratchy, and the pillows had zero substance. The AC in my room worked beautifully, except for the bright blue light that lit up the room all night long.

The location of the hotel is fine. If I were coming here for a vacation I would probably be disappointed, but I knew I'd be on the Amazon campus and adjusted expectations accordingly.

I only interacted with hotel staff at check-in and check-out, and they were polite and did their jobs.

For the price this hotel is absolutely not worth it.

Pros: friendly and accommodating staff. A free drink to butter you up.

Cons: what previous commenter (Lynne) said is absolutely true. Horrible, horrible, inhospitable beds. Pillows with absolutely no substance. I wake up every night I’ve been here so far because the bed is so uncomfortable I can’t take it anymore. It’s even too uncomfortable just to sit on!

No fridge in suite unless you ask. Rolling door on bathroom has way too much clearance and doesn’t make for a private bathroom. The toilet is right next to the door with frosted glass so the people you’re staying with can see you sitting on the toilet. Lots of noise all night, be it slamming of doors or garbage trucks in the area. No ice machines. No parking. Worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at.

Very cool lobby with fun games decor . Rooms tiny without any simple amenities like water or coffee. Coffee pump pots in lobby empty. Says pet friendly but not so much also charged 50$ for puppy Staff young and nice enough but kind of lazy. Mixed review.

The service was spectacular. Upon checking in, the front desk was friendly and super helpful. They gave us two poker chips to use as tokens for complimentary drinks at the bar. The rooms are small but that is something we had known ahead of time. And to be honest, it’s more than enough room for two. The bed was comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. Checking out, we had gone down to the lobby and given back the hotel cards and the unused tokens (we slept early because of a long day and forgot to redeem). The lobby host had offered to go Lattes and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend this place to anyone. Friendly people and a very homey cosy feel to Moxy.

Great array of gluten free options. Their signature item is a huge array of breakfast toppings for things like pancakes and french toast. Includes amazing whip cream, fruits like mangos and blackberries. Very fast service and food as well

The pulled pork chili Verde omelette is amazing. Coffee was great. Nice open vibe. Great place to hang out and chat for a little while. Service was friendly, prompt, and not overbearing. Would definitely come back.

(Excellent) Superior. Memorable, high-quality food; savvy service; smart concept. The amount of food we got was out of this world. The quality was so fresh and delicious. This restaurant is very laid back and trendy, with coffee cups that are quite funny. The restaurant was clean and had many views of the city streets. Did not seem to have a bad seat in the place. Highly recommend the french toast bar.

Good food and service but didn’t blow our socks off. Wasn’t terribly busy on a Saturday night which was nice for us and the main reason we picked it. Happy hour definitely worth it.

Excellent happy hour location with delicious dishes and the right drink menu. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, service was on point. Looking forward to future happy hours here.

A good fine dining place to have seafood in South Lake Union. I liked their fish and chips. The clam chowder was good too.
The ambience is quite nice and the service is good.

If you're craving pasta this is your place. More than generous portions, great for families or large groups. Fair warning though, smallest portion of one plate is for 3 people, so unless you are bringing an army, expect leftovers.

Ordered pasta and meatballs...the worst pasta I ever had. It looked like they just took it out of the box, boiled and added some sauce. Also, it was too pricey for what it was

We were a party of 8 with reservations. We might as well have been a party of 40 the way we were treated. We waited 25 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Several parties of 4 and 5 were seated after us and their order was taken, served, and eaten before we even received our appetizers. We ordered a large Caesar salad that was absolutely disgusting. At the two hour mark our main entrees were delivered to our table. Surprise, part of it was not what we ordered but the restaurant choose to substitute without asking us what we preferred. At the 3 hour mark most of our party left. We were still waiting on dessert.

Horrible service...and I'm being generous. The food was good but super overpriced. I had a dirty fork with dried food stuck to it, our kids plates weren't brought out until at least 15 minutes after our main adult dishes were served, we asked for water and bread but didn't receive it until the end of our meal and the table they sat us at was in a terrible location upstairs wedged up to a strangers table, next to a service door where buca employees were constantly in and out (practically knocking my mom over in her chair) while they had personal conversations and appeared to be stressed. Our waiter never ONCE checked on us and I watched him check on the surrounding tables several times. We felt completely neglected and undervalued. We have had family birthdays here at this location and loved coming here but NEVER AGAIN! What a shame! Feels like we've lost a friend. Bye bye Buca. ?

I would give it a zero if possible. Will not waste another moment of my life arguing with the management about being overcharge for my work party. It $1000 dollars to feed 12 people. Obviously a mistake on the bill but they could not fix that night so waited 3 days to have a manager contact me. I will invest my time explaining how poor my experience was. I was told the area would be in a quite area secluded from others with a fire place. We were seated in the main dining area . I was told for people drinking it would be a flat rate of 26 dollars for unlimited drinks. I was changed for all the alcohol and the 26 dollars as well. 12 people in the party and was charged for 16. I understand the original estimate was 16 but they were unwilling to make any sort of gesture to reduce the headcount. 18% gratuity was $156 to serve 12 people. The food was like something you would make in a microwave. It used to be much better. Totally embarrassing experience to take my team to a nice Italian restaurant for dinner and get this kind of food. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE YOUR PARTY SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE BETTER FOOD AT OLIVE GARDEN. IVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS AND WILL NEVER RETURN. WHAT A SHAME!
