Great hotel, nice rooms and really friendly receptionists

We stayed here for the first time during a concert weekend, and the experience was truly wonderful. The hotel looked fantastic, with a spacious and welcoming lobby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging an upgrade for us during a busy weekend. We valeted our vehicle and the process was very smooth. Lola’s, the hotel’s restaurant, was fantastic and served a great breakfast. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We were just a 6-minute walk from Pike Place Market and a small mall, which was super convenient. The only reason I’d say it was almost perfect is because I love having a pool wherever I stay, and that was the only thing missing.

Great location and really friendly staff. The room is quite big and very nice decoration. It is located in a good area with a bunch of restaurant around a hotel. Many options for self parking through a third-party app.

This is me and my wife’s first time staying at this particular hotel it was for our anniversary. The check in time was great. They took us early. The room‘s perfect location very very good. Everything that we wanted to do was within walking distance. We did try the restaurant downstairs. The food was good. It was overpriced. The service was good. The big drawback you could not charge anything to your room through the restaurant they simply stated that they weren’t affiliated with the hotel, which I found a little unusual since you’re attached other than that our stay Was very, very good

All of the staff treated me so well and the room was incredible. Not only did the designer find the perfect balance between harmony and variety, but they made it extremely functional -- an absolutely wonderful use of space. It made the room feel so comfortable and inviting.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful- the rooms were spacious, the lobby workers were very pleasant and considerate, the lobby itself was relaxing and this hotel is right in the thick of things but not on the busy streets all the same. There is an AMAZING Italian (legit Italian!) restaurant right next door and that place can't be topped! All this aside though, the one thing that MADE our trip was the concierge. He spent 2 hours with us asking us what we liked to do (my son, his girlfriend, and I had never been to Seattle) and then he helped to plan out our entire weekend. His recommendations were AMAZING and exactly what we asked for which was "off the tourist path". He gave us some fantastic things to do and see around the city and every time we walked in and out of the hotel, he was there to greet us and make sure his recommendations were appropriate and to our satisfaction. This guy deserves a huge raise! He is funny, he is pleasant, he cares about the customers, he wants to make every customer feel special and "at home". He is the face of the hotel. He's like a wonderful ray of sunshine and is the best brand representation you could ever ask for. Bravo to him and bravo to you for keeping such an incredible employee!

My short stay at Hotel Ändra definitely left me wanting more. As soon as I arrived, the staff was attentive, allowing me to check into my room a bit early. The room was so nice. I had a corner room with lovely views of downtown, a spacious closet, and the cutest vanity to utilize for getting ready. The lobby, definitely gave the coziest, living room vibes. And, the convenient location of the hotel was the perfect place to enjoy the city. I can't wait to tell more people about my stay. I'd recommend any single person or couple to visit Hotel Ändra (and maybe a small family).
