Really enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard. High standard of gym equipment, better than most. Room seems to have been refreshed at least semi-recently and not showing signs of wear. Light fittings are all individually switched and can be tricky to find the switches for which is a little inconvenient but when that's the nit you find to pick, you're probably doing ok! Bed mattress also maybe towards the latter half of its life, and/or a little firm.

We booked this place specifically because it was advertised as having a pool on capital one travel site (see screenshots). We arrived to no pool onsite which seems to be illegal under state (and federal) law.
We mentioned this to the staff at the reception desk but their only response was that it's not their fault. No "sorry", no "we will contact capital one", literally not their fault, period. They also informed us that the pool wasn't there for over a year already which honestly makes them look worse because they had all that time to make things right and update the amenities.
We will be contacting capital one regarding this matter but this is just an example how unhelpful the staff here is when there is an issue. I also believe that they are the ones supplying capital one with hotel details.
Finally, we mentioned outdated Google maps pictures to the staff upon check in when they told us that there is no pool. They complained that they can't do anything about them but the truth is that google does allow for a request to remove outdated pictures. It's just that they are not doing it and by that misleading customers, which I find highly unprofessional.
This all on my birthday weekend :(

I stayed at this Courtyard for 17 nights while relocating to Seattle, and it was one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The hotel-wide heating system failed during my stay. Despite the freezing temperatures, I had to change rooms three times in a single day. Rather than showing empathy, the female manager was extremely rude and dismissive. When I requested two bottles of water on a day when room service was unavailable (they only offer it every other day), she showed visible anger and acted as if I were a burden.
The most concerning part was the lack of integrity. When I decided to check out early because the heaters were still down, the manager lied and said she couldn't refund the remaining nights because I booked through a third party. It wasn't until the tension escalated and her colleague had to step in to calm her down that the refund was finally processed. This proved she was initially lying just to be difficult.
After 17 days, I didn't feel like a valued guest; I felt like I was walking on eggshells around a manager who clearly does not belong in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Terriana, a supervisor at the Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown, was kind and professional with us during a family stay over the winter holidays. She made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The hotel itself is also a great choice if you want a walkable stay in Bellevue, within .5 miles of Bellevue Square and very close to the 405 freeway. It’s in a prime location near downtown Bellevue, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is also within range of the free ride service called Bellhop (which is available through the Circuit app) and close to the downtown light rail station- very convenient for visiting the area.
Thank you, Terriana, for going above and beyond and making our holiday experience smoother. I recommend this Courtyard Marriott in downtown Bellevue for its customer service and location.

Room is clean and basic. Aged looking.
Housekeeping detail: room for improvement.
Breakfast Buffet: same food options daily. Not worth the price charged. Easily get better taste of both food n coffee with the same pricing at nearby cafes. I do recommend the F&B director to taste the food and coffee offered.
Should go round different Marriotts global (out of USA) to understand how bad the taste offered by Courtyard Marriott Seattle Bellevue.
Front Desk: Unclear direction given to me when i asked for walking direction to Bellevue Square mall.
A boutique 2 - 3 stars hotels in Europe can explain better.
Lastly, its disappointing that there is no luggage storage service.

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed. Rooms are bright, beds are comfortable, they can send you water kettle if you need. Street parking was great, I can park my car safely.

The manager during the lunch buffet is very unpleasant, rude and have zero customer service. The food is over priced and less in portion. I get the lunch buffet take-out and they refuse to give me an additional small to-go box for my salad or desert. How am I supposed to fit my desert and salad with the curry in that tiny to-go box you hand me!!! Will never go there again! No hospitality whatsoever!!

Probably the best Indian food my wife and I have ever had! Service was impeccable and atmosphere was delightful. HIGHLY recommend this place!

Didn't get the buffet. ordered off the menu instead. It was serviceable Indian food. not the best I've had in my life but was edible and fresh. Curry was maybe a bit too much on the sweet side but not too bad. Would probably eat there again when craving Indian but isn't something I'd write home about.

Tasty food. Comfy place. But pricey for a limited selection. Was not particularly happy with the service. Some staff are good n some are outright rude. Look up groupon for some offers before u go.

I have been dining here every once in a while for the past 10 years. This used to be my go to place for Indian: the service was great and the food was yummy. However, I feel that it has been getting worst and worst: the service isn't as good as it used to be, and the meals don't justify the price.
