Had an excellent experience at Hyatt House! The hotel is right across the street from the Space Needle and MoPop, and just a couple of blocks down from great food! The staff was super nice and knowledgeable, and the room was so cute! Our housekeeper Hasha was so sweet and attentive to our needs, five stars!

John at check-in was ahhhmazing! Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. No prices on snacks, bit of a sticker shock. Carlos the night attendant on 1/6 was helpful and kind. Loved the location.

Nice, large room with kitchenette. Was able to celebrate a small birthday party in the room with ease.

Great location!

The room looks like neglected, and also the receptionist was not good for someone who doesn’t know the city well.

It was good. The only thing was people talking on the speaker phone on the hall way in the middle of the night. Not the hotel’s fault.

Nice rooms, great location right at Seattle Center. MoPop and the space needle are literally right across the street; the photo I am attaching was taken from the window in my room. Perfect for events at Climate Pledge Arena. I go to Seattle a couple of times a year and I don’t usually drive. This hotel is great because you leave the airport on the Link Light Rail to Westlake station then take the monorail at Westlake Center to Seattle Center. You can use the monorail to cut the walk time to Pike Place from the hotel too. Multiple food options across the street at the Armory which is a food court not an armory. It’s not open late though, they’re good for lunch but the only thing open there after 6 pm is MOD pizza which I think is open till 10. I was there during the week, not sure if weekends are different. Had a nice time, I would stay here again.

The room was in good condition and the staff were courteous. However, there were some hiccups regarding parking. The first option ($20/night) we opted for at their Hyatt location a few blocks over did not work with the key card provided at check in. We went back and asked to change to on-site parking which was over double the price. We were told $45/night at the time. When we checked out, the total with added taxes came out to $112 for 2 nights, which felt steep.

The pillows were very uncomfortable and the rooms are not very quiet. We could hear the people next door and above us and had a hard time sleeping.

It's in a great location, but we're unlikely to return.

It's very close to the needle tower, only about a 5-minute walk.

The hotel is in an excellent location for traveling with children, within walking distance of museums, playground, and monorail. The bathroom has a shower but no bathtub.

The 5 Point Cafe is quintessential Seattle. It's a mellow spot for good food and good drinks with friends. The interior is a cross between a 60s diner and the Post Alley gum wall, in all the best ways. The service is always phenomenal and on occasion the patron at the bar who may have had a couple too many provides some of the best entertainment Seattle has to offer. I love this place from the brassiere laden moose to the ice filled urinal with a view. So whether you're a local who's been here a million times or you're a tourist visiting the Space Needle down the street, pop in for a drink or 5. Stay weird Seattle.

Really chill place with a grungy punk vibe and good food. The server was friendly and took our orders without writing it down. Sometimes iffy about that, but be a badass. The food did not take long at all and it was delicious. Got the Veggie Reuben with mashed potatoes and a veggie gravy. Bomb! If you are in Seattle it’s just a place to visit for some late night food, good music and good company.
10.12.2017 Brietta
This place is great. It has vegetarian bacon and the food is delicious. It's definitely more of a diner than an upscale location but for those that are happy with diner food, you'll definitely be happy with five point. Also the drinks are stiff and delicious!

If you like your morning breakfast and coffee served with a heavy dose of AC/DC this is for you. Music will be loud for those that prefer a quiet morning. Attentive and friendly bar staff. Great food options as well.
13.11.2017 Jordie
Fun place, quirky staff, great music, BUT the food....is okay. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, and when it arrived the biscuit was a hockey puck and the gravy was disappointing. I'm from the South and the biscuits should be big and fluffy and the gravy should be made with sausage and sausage only. I asked the waiter how it was, he stated they had had 50 years to prefect it......they might want to work harder...
