We spent a long time carefully choosing a hotel, reading reviews, looking at the map. Now we can draw our own conclusions. My overall rating is 8.5 out of 10.
Pros:
1. New. This means everything is clean and modern. The interior is modern and beautiful. Fresh sheets and towels (the terry towels are simply superb). Beautiful new white tulle curtains and thick curtains protect against the sun, which is very important in this country.
2. Good breakfasts with every choice. There are vegetables, porridge, fruit, omelets, boiled eggs, sausages, desserts, and pastries. My favorite is the cheesecake – it's delicious.
3. The staff are all helpful and friendly, willing to accommodate. They changed our room at my request. The only issue was that the receptionist was unwilling to calm down our noisy and drunk neighbors during the night shift. He limited himself to just one call to the room; he should have gone there and talked – it would have been more helpful. 4. The location is both a pro and a con. We knew this and were prepared for it. It's a quiet street. There are construction sites nearby, but you can't hear them. Cars pass, but not as often as in neighboring areas. It's far from the center—a 30-minute walk from Registan Square. There are shops, a beer street, and cafes nearby. Taxis are inexpensive.

5. Comfortable pillows—that's important to me! However, the mattresses are hard. For me, that's a plus. But that's a personal preference.

Con:
Lack of soundproofing between rooms.
You can really hear your neighbors. If someone isn't talking quietly or snoring, you'll hear them. I'm a very light sleeper, so I've been wearing earplugs for five years now. They've saved me. But as soon as I took them off, I could hear both snoring and conversations. My husband suffered the night before the flight - the neighbors had a get-together until late at night.

I loved everything! The staff was polite and always ready to help! Everything was clean! The breakfast was excellent and varied, I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

We stayed at this hotel in March 2026. It's new, clean, and beautiful! The reception staff is very friendly, always ready to help with any questions.
Breakfast is the same every day, but we always found something to eat! They always offer coffee, which they brew themselves! There are always delicious dried apricots, raisins, and nuts with the tea.
The room had three single beds, a good bathroom, and everything was new and clean!
We really liked the hotel; if we come back to Samarkand, we'd be happy to stay there again!

Stayed for 2 nights, easy check in/out, comfortable clean rooms with all mod cons. Slippers and toothbrushes are included now, to answer the previous review :) Hotel should be a lot busier than it is, very friendly staff. Specific mention to Mohammed at reception who was incredibly helpful with taxis and restaurants. Good breakfast (not doing lunch/dinner), solid room wifi. Only disadvantage would be that the location is not right next to the sights, but they are quite spread out in Samarkand, so would need to have some driving regardless.

This small hotel is located 8 km from the airport. Its advantages include private parking and a shopping center and Korzinka grocery store nearby. The triple room is a decent size, very clean, and everything is new. The breakfasts are passable; you won't go hungry. All the advantages are outweighed by the terrible soundproofing in the rooms. There is absolutely no soundproofing. In the mornings and evenings, there is monstrous impact noise from closing doors, cleaning, and moving furniture across the tiles. The common hallway has no carpeting; the floor is tiled, and the noise from walking on the tiles carries all the way upstairs. It's impossible to sleep either morning or evening because you can hear your neighbors as if you were in the same room. I don't recommend this hotel even for a one-night stay near the airport because you won't get any sleep that night. Yes, there are private houses nearby and construction is going on; at 10 PM, for example, they arrived to unload rubble. The construction will last a long time, keep in mind there are more than one house there, including on the street across the street.

I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel! They refused to give me two room keys, only one. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day. I asked a staff member to clean it, and on the third day, the staff member went to the manager, saying I had damaged the room's facilities. That afternoon, the manager rudely banged on my door, and when I opened it, he demanded an extra $50, claiming I had damaged their property. I asked what was damaged, but the manager didn't know, so he called the staff member over, who also couldn't answer. That was the end of it. If I hadn't contacted Ctrip customer service, they wouldn't have even given me my check-in confirmation. The value for money is terrible; just the thought of staying in such an insulting hotel while traveling is like asking for trouble!

It's a good hotel, well located in a central area of Samarkand (not the best; the best would be near the Boulevard). Some shops are within walking distance. It's a decent hotel, but it lacks basic amenities for its level, such as toothbrushes, slippers, and shampoo—things that any other hotel provides. The service is friendly, but no one speaks English, so everything had to be done with a translator. Even so, it's highly recommended.

I am so grateful to the entire staff for a fabulous vacation. Your hearts are filled with warmth and love, and your care for your guests is incredible. Any wish is easily fulfilled. The hotel is fresh, brightly colored, clean, with new furniture and all the amenities. The breakfast was delicious. Everything was spotlessly clean. Honestly, I didn't even want to leave. Thank you for your birthday wishes. I keep your memories in my heart. ❤️
