Everything is great. But they have only one option in dinner for vegetarians. Due to some event, entry is restricted. Staff is supportive but there are many challenges like taxi service, market is very fare, no option for vegetarians, etc….

Best in Samarkand Silk Road by Minyon is absolutely the best place to stay in Samarkand. Beautiful design, warm atmosphere, excellent service and perfect location. A truly memorable experience — highly recommend.

We stayed in a 67m2 junior suite for 10,500 yen including tax. Clean. Great view. Great bath. Fresh and dried fruit provided. Also, the milk carpaccio and mushroom soup at the restaurant were excellent.

Great hotel. I had an Executive King room and I really enjoyed the executive part of it. Executive rooms are situated on the floors 15-18 for better views and also the complimentary access to the executive lounge from 8.00 to 20.00 hours is included in the price.

I was charged (via my VISA card) slightly more than the agreed amount. When I asked why, they said "the exchange rate is different in our hotel". I asked why its different then Central Bank of Uzbekitsan (which is the standard reference for all transactions in the country) they did not reply.

I stayed at different Hilton hotels worldwide, but this one was very exceptional. We very enjoyed breakfast, rooms and view. Especially the service was on a sky level, the Deputy Manager Mr. Begzod and Guest Relationship Manager Mr. Jasur made our stay unforgettable, I never meet such Guest caring Managers, big thanks to them!!! Definitely will come again!!!

I had a lovely stay here. The bed was super comfortable and the room had everything I needed. The lobby area is the main focus though. It is so thoughtfully curated. It's a stunning place. I'd come back!

Don’t stay here if you want to be close to the main Samarkand tourist areas. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, rooms modern and clean. Hotel staff were reluctant to recommend restaurants and only wanted us to use the in house restaurant

We had a lovely stay here with amazing staff including Asadbek and Sevinch. They even reached out to me via text to check on our stay. They were proactive and always ready to help whenever we required assistance. I would recommend anyone who visits Samarkand to stay at this property as you will definitely not regret it.

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. The rooms and amnesties were great! however, the hotel changed our booking to different room types without notifying us. Although we were happy with the new rooms, it seemed that their computer system also did not record the change properly. it took extra long for the staff to find our booking and check in.

I didn’t try the hotel, but I tried message booking. I booked an hour for me and my friend and confirmed that we want separate rooms, and it was confirmed that more than one lady will be available. After come on time, the spa tried to charge us more, also only one lady available. So they want us to wait each other. Incident happens as well as existence of lack of administration. The service was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly kind and beautiful, and she handled all our needs perfectly. Breakfast, provided personally by the restaurant staff, was also very plentiful. Samarkand is a city known for its simple and honest people, and this was especially evident at this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and not far from the attractions. The hotel itself is new and well-equipped with everything. The front desk staff are very polite and attentive to our needs. Our train was at 8 am, and we asked the front desk in advance to prepare breakfast for us, which they did.

I stayed here for one night while sightseeing in Samarkand. The amenities were excellent and the room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant right in front of the hotel was also delicious. There was also a convenience store nearby, so I think it's perfect for sightseeing.

The room was spacious and in good condition. The bed and lighting were excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, meeting all our needs! There's a huge supermarket just steps away, with everything you need. The only downside is that it's 3 kilometers from the main tourist attractions, but taxis are cheap, so it's not inconvenient at all.

We really liked the hotel. It’s new, clean, with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently close to the airport; it’s better to take a taxi to the main attractions, but everything is within about 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and genuinely try to help the guests.

The hotel is very well located for visiting the old town. Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible, as if someone had been smoking in it for a hundred years and the windows had never been opened. A real palace to stay in, the rooms are spacious, the service is over the top, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had transport to/from the city at all time. Free coffee and tea at arrival, the hotel has pool, rooms with jaccuzi and great breakfast. Very safe and Highly recommended

I had the most economical room. Even so, it had a small window. Due to the thin walls, it wasn't perfectly quiet, but overall it was comfortable enough. Breakfast is served upstairs, and it can get crowded. There's also a terrace. The location is convenient for Registan and the Mausoleum.

It's a single room, and the beds are too close together, so I don't mind being a little uncomfortable, but the breakfast was so terrible that I gave up after two days.

The hotel is a bit out in the middle of nowhere, but you can get anywhere quickly. The facilities are very elegant. The room cleaning leaves a little to be desired, but it's adequate.

The hotel is not in the city center, about a 35-40-minute walk from the center. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was modest, as the hotel is sparsely populated in winter. We tried the pool, but you need to book in advance. The sauna was good, and the pool was warm. The only downside was the dripping ceiling due to poor ventilation.
