Don’t stay here if you want to be close to the main Samarkand tourist areas. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, rooms modern and clean. Hotel staff were reluctant to recommend restaurants and only wanted us to use the in house restaurant
Great hotel, Great hospitality & Clean.
Modern room, Modern toilet (very impressed)
Overall 9/10
Very quite place and it’s amazing canal view
The cleanliness was excellent, the service was friendly and professional, and the price offered great value.
I had an amazing stay at SavitskyPlaza in Samarkand. The ambience of the hotel is truly beautiful and relaxing. it immediately made me feel comfortable. The room service was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay.
I also loved the view from the balcony absolutely stunning! The rooms were very neat, clean, and well maintained, which made my stay even...
It's wonderful place. Near by event venue and late check out.

Un helpful people. Very rude and unwilling to provide with twin bed even after mentioning before hand
Dear staff of the Lia Hotel,
I would like to congratulate you on your professionalism, your kindness, and your helpfulness. I stayed at your hotel for work for three weeks, and you made my stay one of the best I have ever had abroad. I will always remember your professionalism, your smile, your support, and your availability throughout my stay.
Your kindness and dedication will always be associated...
Very well designed new hotel. Step off your bed and a floor headlight lights up. Step on bathroom floor and it’s nicely heated. Value for money.
House keeping skipped 1 day of my 5 day stay even though I turned on the please housekeep my room sign. My request to get my safe fixed (likely due to low battery) was not done. I had informed I had placed nothing in the safe and this could have been fixed...

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions!
From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail...
Everything was nice, it is highly recommended and it's one of my favourite locations in Samarkand away from the crowd, very Good services and staff are helpful especially Nigina and Nafisa in the reception, they are very friendly and helpful.appreciate their time and effort. Good room. Spacious, and good facilities, as well as comfortable bed. The house keeping did not perform room cleaning until I had to request it.
The location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed...
like the cleaniness and service here. the smile of the staff Ravshanbek is welcoming

Breakfast was not good enough. The staff was very good , The curtain design was very poor in 2nd floor
Small hotel but room was quite spacious . General public areas was tasteful and spacious as well. The staff were most impressive and helpful with our needs. Especially at the concierge, the language skill of the staff there made our visit so much easier and familiar.

Very clean place every time I come to Samarkand, I stay here. Friendly staff, great service, and nice complimentary items. Always a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is a bit remote, with no restaurants nearby, but the dining quality at the hotel is satisfying. The staff's attitude is excellent. The room is clean, tidy, and spacious. Upon check-in, there was a fruit platter and cookies provided👍
Overall this hotel is very good👍👍one disadvantage is,for travelers without Vandex Go apps getting taxis back to the hotel is a pain🥵🥵To get help go to the store to ask the people to get a taxi , the usually are willing to help. Far from old town —25 min to Registan, 50 min to the station by Yandex go, and the neighborhood’s an island. Still, the hotel itself is great: new, clean, helpful staff. Price is good—five stars from me.
Overall, I was very satisfied and would happily stay again.
We had a really pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand Sogd. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from the Hilton brand. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities.

The overall experience at EmirHan Hotel in Samarkand was below expectations. Room cleanliness was very poor, and the bathroom ceiling had leaks, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, breakfast was above average with a decent variety, and the outdoor pool offered a good place to relax. However, considering the issues with maintenance and hygiene, there are definitely better options...
The hotel was fine, I was disappointed by how long it took to check in having arrived at 12:15am nobody at the desk and they were asleep out the back and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. The breakfast was good and it’s not too far to the old town. They did help me organise a taxi to get to the train station.
The hotel staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. We were checked in early, without extra charges. They look for ways to help with all questions. There is water/tea in the room, sweets for tea. The only drawback is the lack of a kitchen. Breakfast is brought from somewhere. It is warmed up. Well, and there is nowhere to have a snack in the evening in the hotel either. But they offer and...
The decoration is average, the selling price does not match, more like a B&B
one of the best hotel in samarkand, they might be old but oldies but goldie. you can feel the culture with this hotel, and the staff here are amazing from receptionist to everyone serving food at the buffet, love the ambiance and hospitality. and btw you can get 15percent discount with emirhan restaurant if you are staying at this hotel. will be back here for

I like the style of the hotel very much. It is very distinctive and the breakfast is also good. It's very convenient to take a taxi to the attractions. It's just that there is a big mirror on the ceiling which feels weird, but I like it overall.

A hotel with good facilities and environment in the old city. The decoration style is elegant and comfortable, and the interior space of the rooms is considerable. The only drawback is that the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry areas, and the toilet drain function is defective. Overall, it's remarkable.

Breakfast, provided personally by the restaurant staff, was also very plentiful. Samarkand is a city known for its simple and honest people, and this was especially evident at this hotel.
The hotel is very nice and not far from the attractions. The hotel itself is new and well-equipped with everything. The front desk staff are very polite and attentive to our needs. Our train was at 8 am, and we asked the front desk in advance to prepare breakfast for us, which they did.

You know what? Everything's good. It's a small boutique hotel.
Aside from the air conditioning and heating being only so-so, it's pretty good overall.
Excellent fresh hotel with spacious rooms and a good breakfast.

Environment: The architecture is beautiful.
The road in front of the hotel is finally almost finished, and I can walk to a Chinese restaurant, which is why I always choose this hotel. The hotel is acceptable in all aspects, but don't book one that includes breakfast, as the breakfast is very poor. There is a supermarket across the street, which is quite convenient. It's about a 20-minute walk from the airport.
Good facilities and services, but road construction outside the hotel with barriers and air pollution
This treasure hotel is for shure the best in samarkand.. everybody smiles , helpful and the building inside and outside is shaped like an orient palace, so nice. Good breakfast, very modern room
The room matched the photo. The breakfast wasn't great: limited selection, but we were staying for a couple of nights, so it was fine for a quick bite before heading out. We were unlucky: the street where the hotel was was under construction and very dusty. The location is ok—it's a 10-20 minute taxi ride to the main attraction, depending on traffic. Reception doesn't exchange money.

Poor Location, very far away from city centers.
Supporting facilities and restaurants are no good.
Service quality is fair.

This is a fantastic place, actually more of a guesthouse, but I highly recommend it! The location is great, just about 800 meters from the hotel to Registan Square. The hotel cleans promptly, the staff speak English, and the breakfast is rich and varied. They even made my sleeping bag neatly!
The hotel is nice, close to the center, and the spa is definitely worth it. However, there are a few things that need some tweaking, especially regarding safety systems. For instance, during our spa session, there was no staff present in case of an emergency. Also, the stairs leading from the rooms to the courtyard have an unguarded section where a distracted guest could easily fall quite a distance...
The service and location were great. In terms of the hotel room itself, it was okay, but not great. The bathroom was very hot, and it seemed the AC didn't reach there. To make a queen bed, they pushed two twins together, and there is a strange and hard divet in the middle of the bed that hurt my back when I woke up. I appreciated the baths and sauna, but they could've been cleaner.
What I took issue...
The service was friendly and prompt and the room was clean and comfortable. They provided four water bottles which was much appreciated in this heat. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the full spa in the basement, which we had all to ourselves for an hour and a half. Great location about ten minutes walk from the Registan square. Its prime location near main attractions is a huge plus. We can easily walk or take a short taxi ride to popular spots. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for convenience and comfort
The best part about staying at Samaria Hotel and Spa was the location it is so close to Registan and all the beautiful cultural landmarks and the amazing Aziza on the reception! Aziza helped us find everything we needed!
