The room is perfectly beautiful. Can’t really speak English but translation will do the job. Lots of mini marts right outside the hotel.
Beautiful hotel, it’s bright of everywhere 🤩 Big connecting family rooms with two bathrooms 👍 Near of all things ( mall, bakery, market, barber … ) Free access at water park 🥳 Super staff THANK YOU SO MUCH 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Clean and Accommodating staffs, budget friendly hotel.
Very good, kind front desk people. Arranged taxi good. Speaks good English. Patient and helpful.
This is the perfect hotel for family swimming pool inside and out good service good food good people
The room facilities may be a bit old and the bathroom space is small. Services require translation.

Hotel Asia Samarkand, Samarkand1 / 30
8.1
Samarkand, 50, Kosh-Havuz str., Samarkand (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is very well located for visiting the old town. Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible, as if someone had been smoking in it for a hundred years and the windows had never been opened. The mattress on the bed was a disaster, if you could even call it that. It was like sleeping on a wooden cot. The breakfast was wonderful and freshly prepared. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel
Third Asia hotel on our tour. Like the two before this one (in Khiva and Bukhara) three stars. Nothing lavish in any of the three our tour used. The location of the Asia Samarkand is sort of out of the way and in a fairly dismal area. Mattress quality poor and basics in the bathroom. However, this Asia had a shower instead of the almost two and a half foot high tub which is very hard to enter and exit...
This is the most old fashioned hotel I’ve ever stayed in . The decor is revolting. Everything clashes and is from the 1970s. There’s no lift , be warned . Unless you want to drag luggage upstairs ask for a room on the ground floor. There was one hard pillow and an empty duvet cover. The bed was extremely hard and the air conditioning very temperamental. The shower was over the bath but on the plus...
Very good. I couldn't book the popular hotel Kosh Havus next door, so I booked this one. Unexpectedly, it exceeded my expectations. Both the hardware and software were great. The guy at the front desk spoke fluent English and was friendly. The two of us accidentally booked a single room and paid an additional $64 for the single room surcharge. The hotel has complete facilities, a spacious and beautiful...
The hotel is well located and clean, but the service is poor (you have to wait at least 10 minutes to get a coffee) and the rooms are dated (old furniture and very hard beds). It definitely doesn't deserve its 4 stars, as it is only decent, not luxurious.
The location is very good and the staff was nice.

The hotel's location is super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and directly opposite Shah-i-Zinda. Breakfast was also delicious.
Me and my friends had a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a supermart 5-8mins away from the hotel and it is near one of the attractions. Literally you just need to cross the road.
I loved this hotel so much that I chose to stay here again after returning to Tashkent from Samarkand. It's run by Chinese owners, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is delicious and palatable. The surrounding environment is excellent, and both the city and the hotel left me with wonderful memories.
Clean, spacious, and great! It's right near the tourist spots.
Location is perfect for sightseeing. Hotel room is also very clean.
The amenities are excellent, the staff are very approachable, and the hotel’s overall ambiance and scent are very appealing.

An excellent hotel with very friendly staff. It's conveniently located, close to attractions. Breakfasts are very filling and varied. The rooms are also excellent. The staff actively maintains cleanliness.
I stayed there for one night with my wife and daughter. The hotel was very clean. It has a very good location. Their staff is very polite and kind. We used the pool for free. I am very grateful to them. We will definitely use that hotel on our next trip to Samarkand.
I totally recommend this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless as well. They even moved our baggage into the room before check-in. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I didn’t book this hotel myself — I was sent here because the hotel I originally booked was overbooked and had no room for me. We were worried about whether the bill had been paid by the original hotel...
I love this hotel. My choice was outstanding. Why? I was welcomed with a man who had a big and beautiful smile. His name is Almos. The view from my room is nice, too because there is a park in front of this hotel. The restaurants can be walked within 2~3 minutes. I don't want to mention the condition of the bed and bathroom. They are perfect! I totally recommend this hotel.
Hotel is amazing! room was great, clean and comfortable beds, everyone is "over the top nice and helpful, they felt genuine. Location is excellent and very close to monument and museums. I will be back next time recommend if you are looking for nice and cool hotel.
Clean, spaces, and good Room Furnitures. Great hotel services, with good listener and supporters staff. Fresh foods, vegtables, and Fruits. Transportation services are near the hotel. For Muslims, each Room has Qibla Direction.

The staff were all very friendly and we had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also delicious. It was very conveniently located near Samarkand Station. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. We brought our own so it wasn't a problem, and we didn't ask, but they might provide it if we asked. It may depend on the room, but our room didn't have a bathtub. The shower area overflowed...
The location is excellent, about a three-minute walk from Samarkand train station. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool, a plentiful breakfast, good service, and spacious rooms. Overall, highly recommended.
The hotel is right across from the train station, just a five-minute walk away. The room was fairly spacious, though the bathroom could be a bit larger. The breakfast had a good selection and tasted quite good.
A charming hotel with comfortable rooms, warm service, and conveniently located next to the high-speed rail station (just a five-minute walk to the tram stop). The swimming pool and breakfast restaurant are also excellent – don't miss out!
A very satisfying hotel. I originally booked it on the spur of the moment, but it was beyond my imagination. The hotel facilities are well-detailed, the bedding is comfortable, and the towel racks are all hot and dry. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and the water is clear. There are also many breakfast options. The soft furnishings are all decorated with ethnic characteristics. It must be highly...
We traveled through Uzbekistan by train, and this hotel is right next to the train station. To get into town, you use a taxi app. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. It's a little far from the tourist attractions, about a 30-60 minute walk, so you'll probably need to take a taxi to get around. The hotel facilities are new and clean, with excellent facilities and equipment. The breakfast and staff service are also excellent. My room was on the top floor, and was like an attic facing the road, but the other side was more open and nice.

This hotel is only a 20 min walk to Registan Square. It is adjacent a main road but double windows in the room does cut the noise. The breakfast looks okay from a distance but is not particularly wholesome. Good value overall
The hotel's location is good, about a 10-minute walk from both the Registan Square and the Gur Emir Mausoleum. The hotel is older, and the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still usable. The hotel didn't provide drinking water or hairdryers, but they were available upon request at the front desk, though I think it's better to have them. The breakfast was okay, with mostly cold dishes except for...
The hotel is fine. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were a good size. Heads up! The pool is seasonal. The hotel service was excellent. The staff were very friendly—they allowed me to check in early and even arranged an early breakfast so I could make it to the airport on time. It was great value for the price.

Good sized room for a basic hotel. TW was YouTube only, but we could get some news in English. The bathroom worked fine as did the nice windows on our corner room. Great hotel with very helpful staff. Nothing is too much for them. Family run for generations. Would definitely reccommend. The breakfast is amazing as well and complimentary.
The hotel is good, the staff is friendly.
Recently modernized hotel but quite poorly done, the entrance has excessively high steps, the rooms are clean but poorly arranged. The breakfasts are okay but nothing more (only instant coffee). Finally the hotel is far from the historic center
Izumrud Palace is the kind of small, family run enterprise that deserves our support. Room was clean and spotless, newly refurbished and everything was in great working order. Very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and rich breakfast. They do not have an elevator but there is always a friendly guy who can help you to carry your luggage. In case you don’t have a yandex taxi app, the reception administrator will very kindly order a taxi for you. No problem to leave your bags there while waiting for train.
The best hotel I have visited ever. Luxury design, convenient location, top service, delicious breakfast all these things you can find in Shahdil hotel! I am very pleased with the hotel staff who gave a discount and an upgrade of the room, as well as surrounded with attention and care.

Best hotel of my trip in Uzbekistan. The hotel itself is an attraction; every corner is "Instagrammable" and the location is unbeatable. Beyond the beauty of the building, the staff are wonderful. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering tea and snacks while I waited out a rainstorm in the lobby after checkout. Really make my day on a rainy day.
Pros: 1️⃣ Fantastic location, most major attractions are within walking distance. 2️⃣ The hotel is incredibly beautiful and very photogenic. 3️⃣ The bedding is super comfortable. There were three of us, and even sleeping haphazardly on one bed, it felt spacious, and the room itself was also large. 4️⃣ Although it showed fully booked for both days, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. 5️⃣ The breakfast...
Overall, it's pretty good. Hotels in Uzbekistan are generally expensive and not great value for money, especially international brands. So, compared to others, this hotel is decent. It might be a little old, though. When I first entered the room, there was a slightly musty smell, and I had to open the window to air it out.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed! The service is excellent, the staffs are friendly, helpful & attentive, the architecture and interior are exceptionally beautiful, the location is top notch, you can walk to Bibi Khaym & Registan Square. The hotel offers traditional spa which is a plus point. Can’t recommend this hotel enough to everyone who visits Samarkand
The hotel is excellent! We only stayed for one night, and we were very sad to leave. The hotel has a beautiful modern design, is clean, has friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, is quiet, and has a great location (walking distance to all the attractions). We highly recommend this hotel, and if we visit this beautiful city again, we will definitely stay here.
Definitely worth it! The hotel is beautiful and quite clean. You can also enjoy a free sauna experience. The location is great, making it super convenient to get around, and the breakfast is good too. Highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed here for two nights when we visited Samarkand. The location, staff service, and food were all excellent. I especially appreciated the complimentary water bottles. The staff were amazing! They were so kind and engaging. I truly hope to see them again and stay at this hotel in the future. Thank you so much!
I had the most economical room. Even so, it had a small window. Due to the thin walls, it wasn't perfectly quiet, but overall it was comfortable enough. Breakfast is served upstairs, and it can get crowded. There's also a terrace. The location is convenient for Registan and the Mausoleum.

The luxury room is so comfortable to stay with kids and easy to move around the city.
The area of the hotel is quiet, the hotel itself is really clean, the service is good and the food they have is excellent
very good. but pening and closing the balcony door was difficult.
Luxury room is perfect — large, two bedrooms, clean and beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. Large bath, smart toilet, coffee machine, large sofa, etc. Breakfasts are good. Downside: there is restaurant just above the room. And despite good soundproofing very loud sounds can be heard to late night.
Avazbek is very good and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel
The facilities were very clean and well-maintained. I was able to use the hot shower without any problems. The breakfast buffet was very satisfying, with an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits. The background music from the restaurant on the top floor can be a bit loud at night. Centrally located hotel within 2.5 km of all tourist locations. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Elevator isn't working so lifting luggage is messy. Shower curtains are missing, hence the washroom is a challenge after every shower. Breakfast is average, that can easily improve if the more items on the menu are served hot.
In principle good hotel with excellent and friendly service. Warm water is coming also outside peak times if you let it running for some minutes. Evalator is not working. A peaceful strategic area with a less than a kilometre reaching to Registan Square. I felt safe walking alone at night in this area. The hotel does not have a lift (elevator), so be mindful of heavy luggages.
The budget hotel has a good location and a quiet environment. It's about 300 meters from Timur Mausoleum and a 10-minute walk from Registan Square. The front desk service was okay; the two-hour late check-out was very convenient. There are some restaurants nearby, mostly serving kebabs, which are quite flavorful.
There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and there was a park in front of the hotel, so it was a quiet, comfortable location in a tourist area.
The hotel is right next to Timur's Mausoleum, about a 5-minute walk (by car), and Registan Square is 1.6 km away, which is also within easy walking distance (by car). The nights are very quiet, and the breakfast is good, with delicious pasta dishes. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste; you need to bring your own.
It's a little far from Registan Square. But there are things to see up there, so it might be nice to take a walk. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator. The toilet drains weakly. The hotel has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to Registan Square. The decor is quite stylish, but the room amenities are basic, especially the bathroom. Similar to other reviews, the drain had a strong odor, and the soundproofing was average. Aside from that, everything else was fine.
