Excellent stay! The front desk staff were very polite, and the sauna and spa were quite unique. It's also very close to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque and Registan Square. The hotel is great overall, the only minor downsides were the bed being a bit hard, and that we were assigned room 103, which was facing the street and near the luggage room. The hot water in that room wasn't very good; even at its highest setting, it was only lukewarm and a bit cool for my liking. Besides that, everything was perfect. I'd definitely try a different room type next time.

The uncle who helps with luggage at the entrance provides excellent service. He takes great care of customers and is kind and polite.

The hotel is located in an alley, about a 10-minute walk from Registan Square, which makes it relatively quiet. However, it gets a bit dark on the way back to the hotel after watching the light show at night. The hotel has an elevator, but you still need to walk a half-flight of stairs after exiting it. The room is quite spacious, and the shower is a wet-and-dry separation type. This 'influencer-favorite' hotel is a bit pricey, so it's probably worth experiencing once.

Location is not at Main Street. But it is close to Registan Square. Staff is very helpful. Beautiful Hotel. I would stay there again if I go to Samarkand next time.

Very cozy and relaxing stay, free sauna and jacuzzi is a plus. The location is also very central, it is within walking distance to Registan Square. Recommend.

Great boutique hotel, super cosy and charming. Location is close by to all my attractions in the town. The bed was supercomfy.
