Best hotel of my trip in Uzbekistan. The hotel itself is an attraction; every corner is "Instagrammable" and the location is unbeatable. Beyond the beauty of the building, the staff are wonderful. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering tea and snacks while I waited out a rainstorm in the lobby after checkout. Really make my day on a rainy day.

Pros:
1️⃣ Fantastic location, most major attractions are within walking distance.
2️⃣ The hotel is incredibly beautiful and very photogenic.
3️⃣ The bedding is super comfortable. There were three of us, and even sleeping haphazardly on one bed, it felt spacious, and the room itself was also large.
4️⃣ Although it showed fully booked for both days, the hotel was surprisingly quiet.
5️⃣ The breakfast selection was excellent, though I personally didn't get used to the taste.
6️⃣ There's a free sauna experience which offers great privacy and is very relaxing.
Areas for improvement:
1️⃣ Some blueberries at breakfast were moldy. Staff should be more careful.
Overall, I had a very comfortable two-day stay.

Overall, it's pretty good. Hotels in Uzbekistan are generally expensive and not great value for money, especially international brands. So, compared to others, this hotel is decent. It might be a little old, though. When I first entered the room, there was a slightly musty smell, and I had to open the window to air it out.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed! The service is excellent, the staffs are friendly, helpful & attentive, the architecture and interior are exceptionally beautiful, the location is top notch, you can walk to Bibi Khaym & Registan Square. The hotel offers traditional spa which is a plus point. Can’t recommend this hotel enough to everyone who visits Samarkand

The hotel is excellent! We only stayed for one night, and we were very sad to leave. The hotel has a beautiful modern design, is clean, has friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, is quiet, and has a great location (walking distance to all the attractions). We highly recommend this hotel, and if we visit this beautiful city again, we will definitely stay here.

Definitely worth it! The hotel is beautiful and quite clean. You can also enjoy a free sauna experience. The location is great, making it super convenient to get around, and the breakfast is good too. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay! The front desk staff were very polite, and the sauna and spa were quite unique. It's also very close to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque and Registan Square. The hotel is great overall, the only minor downsides were the bed being a bit hard, and that we were assigned room 103, which was facing the street and near the luggage room. The hot water in that room wasn't very good; even at its highest setting, it was only lukewarm and a bit cool for my liking. Besides that, everything was perfect. I'd definitely try a different room type next time.

The uncle who helps with luggage at the entrance provides excellent service. He takes great care of customers and is kind and polite.

The hotel is located in an alley, about a 10-minute walk from Registan Square, which makes it relatively quiet. However, it gets a bit dark on the way back to the hotel after watching the light show at night. The hotel has an elevator, but you still need to walk a half-flight of stairs after exiting it. The room is quite spacious, and the shower is a wet-and-dry separation type. This 'influencer-favorite' hotel is a bit pricey, so it's probably worth experiencing once.

Location is not at Main Street. But it is close to Registan Square. Staff is very helpful. Beautiful Hotel. I would stay there again if I go to Samarkand next time.
