Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean.
Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character.
Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon, I requested a late check-out until 2 PM through Trip.com, which they kindly accommodated.
Breakfast was enjoyable but could be improved with a wider selection of protein or meat dishes. One small surprise was the charge for additional bottled water; had we known, we would have simply purchased water from the minibar.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again, especially as the surrounding area is noticeably cleaner and quieter than the Registan area.
