Highly recommended hotel once you visit Samarkand, Uzbekistan. They are 7th month old in the business. It's a family own and the owner, staffs are very accommodating. They offer delicious and generous breakfast.

Overall, the hotel is not bad.
It's new, and the interiors are very nice.
The hotel is located in a green, quiet area.
Registan Square is a 20-minute walk away.
The family two-room suite on the second floor is very nice and spacious. The triple room on the first floor is spacious but not cozy. The double room is very small.
The bathrooms in all rooms had an unpleasant smell of dampness and sewage. One morning, there was no hot water in the rooms.
The breakfasts were meager.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Astoria Boutique Hotel in Samarkand, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The rooms were immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated, with a tasteful blend of modern elegance and local charm. What made the stay even more memorable was the outstanding hotel staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, courteous, and genuinely supportive. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The breakfast each morning was another highlight—fresh, flavorful, and wonderfully refreshing.
The hotel’s location is also excellent—peaceful yet conveniently close to the city's main attractions, making it easy to explore the beauty and history of Samarkand.

Utmost hospitality. The hotel is brand new, just opened a couple of months ago. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet and convenient. We got royal treatment as we were the first Americans to stay with them since they opened. Pleasant walk from the hotel to Registan square.

Surprise! The rooms and facilities actually look like they do in the pictures. The hotel is practically new and has been open for a month. The family that operate and own it has put a lot of love into the interior. The hotel is in a busy area. However, as it is in a back courtyard, the rooms are still quite quiet. The atmosphere is family-like and the breakfast was better than expected. Friendly and relaxed. We felt very comfortable.
