Milan Hotel in Tashkent

The hotel is exquisite. The location is excellent. Public transportation is very convenient. It offers great value for money. It's also convenient for getting to the airport. The breakfast is good. Overall, it's a hotel I would stay at again.

This hotel is less than a 20-minute drive from the airport, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a Sichuan restaurant just over 600 meters away; you could try it. The breakfast there is also quite good.

Service was excellent, very helpful, very accommodating, very polite, well trained English speaking staff. Rooms were nice, heated floors, only small complaint was the shower had one of those that had inconsistent temperature. For a few seconds it’s cold, then overly hot. Other than that, a superb stay. Breakfast was wonderful too.

Excellent hotel! The spacious room had all the amenities, and it's located close to the airport, so it's perfect if you're just passing through. I recommend it.

The hotel is very good, garnering top marks for service.
The staff is attentive. The rooms have everything you need, including nice robes.
There's a good spa area, but it costs $20 per person for two hours. It includes a sauna, a hammam, and a small cold pool. We booked the spa two hours in advance, but the sauna hadn't fully warmed up by the time we arrived (it only reached 70°C). The hammam was fine. Towels and robes were also ready for us.
There's a small fitness room; it's not supposed to be part of the spa (and is free to use), but it's located in such a way that if people book the spa, they have to close the fitness room. This is quite inconvenient, but we had no issues during our stay.
What we didn't like. The room was clean, but the top shelves of the closets were covered in dust. I understand that the closets are quite tall, but if there are shelves, they should be clean.
The breakfast buffet was very poor. There were no eggs or any meat dishes other than sausages. The lack of scrambled eggs was really disappointing; every hotel I've stayed at offered them for breakfast. This hotel only offered boiled eggs, which were very difficult to peel.
Also, on the last day, there were rotten tomatoes (with mold) at breakfast. I hope this was a one-off and doesn't happen again.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located between the city center and the airport, the staff is polite, the hotel itself is clean and quiet, and the breakfast is good. Cons: The air conditioning is quirky (it doesn't respond to the settings on the control panel and one day it didn't cool at all, which was quite a deal-breaker for me), and the room cleaning is very average (they're stingy with toiletries, the bathroom floor wasn't washed well, the toilet wasn't cleaned, and only one set of towels was left after cleaning). Overall, these are minor issues, but overall, they're not very pleasant, and you notice these niggles because the hotel positions itself as a hotel that doesn't have such issues.

Although I only stayed one night, I was very satisfied.
The facilities were clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained.
The toilet had a shower, which was very comfortable to use.
The hotel is a little far from Tashkent Station, but it's only a 10-minute taxi ride away.
There's also a famous restaurant called "Caravan" nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals.

The environment is pretty good

The room is clean, the breakfast is good, the front desk service attitude is very good, warm and thoughtful, there is a small gym where you can do a little exercise.
